Memorable Experience

We were five of us (family) and we booked a 2 hour boat ride with Indiaboats. Chaitali was very professional and attentive to our needs. Since it was for my wife’s birthday, I wanted this to be a memorable experience and it was that! The arrangements were excellent and the yacht was very maintained. They had made nice arrangements with balloons and a cake. They gave the two ladies in the group, thoughtful “International Women’s Day” gifts. We had great views of the sunset, and overall a great experience. I strongly recommend Indiaboats.

Heyy Mamta, I am proud of myself for choosing an India boat to sail. Even at the last moment you made the arrangements pretty well. Crews were awesome. Very polite and friendly. Vipul took many pictures of us & Avinash was showing us the points and giving us a lot of info. I was thrilled to have this experience. I really wanna thank you for making it so special even at the last moment. The escort manager was also very nice. He pro actively recorded our video while we were in the yatch and though I was late by couple of minutes he very patiently waited for us giving the instructions. I'm definitely gonna recommend you to all my family and friends and next time for sure m gonna come with my family💓🤩✨

Overall experience was good. One should must experience this atleast once. From booking to sailing everything is well handled. Only drawback is the heat and dizziness we felt inside the room as it was very hot. There should be more than one fan or some alternate arrangements for that.

IndiaBoats Yacht Party

Organized a yacht party with IndiaBoats for my dad's 70th Birthday. It was a very well managed event my Mamta from the IndiaBoats team. Considering all our guests were 65+ they thoroughly enjoyed the yacht ride, food, DJ and their serving staff were very courteous. All of our guests had a great time. Highly recommend IndiaBoats for any social events. They are the best in this field. Thank you!

Memorable Marriage Anniversary!

Right from the moment of booking till coming back on jetty was a wonderful experience. Mamta madam handled the booking very well considering my cancellation and rebooking. Dilip made sure the timely arrangements for boat transfers. The sailor and his team on Princess 61 yacht were exceptionally helpful and courteous. We celebrated my parents marriage anniversary with family and friends. The sunset was beautiful and everything was perfect. Great experience with India boats

Booked a yacht from India Boats to celebrate my best friend's birthday along with a group of friends. It was indeed an experience worth every penny. I had contacted India boats and spoke to Mamta for the booking, who was very kind and supportive to suggest best options that fit our budget and give us the best experience. She helped us with a good package which included the decor, a cake. We finalized a yacht named Nemo, which was indeed a beauty - it was spacious, well maintained and designed. A last minute booking, but it sailed through well!

We booked the Premium Yacht to celebrate our anniversary, We were two couples and a child. I enquired with Indiaboats, just 2 days before the anniversary, which was a weekend, and Mamta who managed the whole experience was extremely professional and humble. She was very prompt & responsive to queries over Whatsapp and calls too. She suggested which yacht to select, with a good time slot and a great recommendation in terms of food selection. The sailing crew lead by Suraj was very helpful and professional too. Overall it was a pleasurable experience! P.S. The Yacht cabin looks bigger in pictures than in real and if there could be a provision of a microwave would be helpful.

Great sailing experience by India Boats

We booked a private yacht for sailing last weekend from India Boats and it was a pleasant experience. Their back office team is quite proactive and helpful in managing the bookings. The on-ground staff was also cordial and made sure that our experience was great. Infact we had a small kid onboard with us who was feeling uneasy and the staff made sure that our experience was smooth. The boat was quite well maintained and very clean. I would definitely recommend India Boats if you want to go sailing in Mumbai.

Great hassle free and pleasant sailing

The trip was well organized by Indiaboats.We met at the appointed hour and we're transferred to the Yatch Nemo. The crew was very courteous and pleasant. They were very accommodating since we had kids as well as my parents and made our sailing journey memorable. Indiaboats also arranged a photographer and decorations as well in the boat since it was my parents wedding anniversary. Am looking forward tob next sailing trip with tem in future. Excellent experience of sailing at sunset

We were a group of 4 friends who hired the 8 seater sail boat, Nemo for a sunset sail in Non 2022. The guidance given by Mehul Ashar (CEO India Boats) on choosing tube right boat, the support given by Ms Mamata during the reservation process and finally by the boat’s Captain Dilip during the sailing made the trip very comfortable. The crew were polite and groomed, the boat was new and the overall trip was very memorable for us.

Terrible

It started when I made an online payment to book a boat. 3 days no response. Called and after multiple efforts spoke to agent. Quoted very high price. Different from online. Asked to send deposit back. They refused so had to go ahead with booking. I have all texts saved as proof of this. Multiple times asked if seniors could go on yatch. It was my big birthday celebration. Was assured this would be good. Well not true seniors could not come to yatch. Had to go back. Food was wasted. Only half ppl got on yatch. We lost one hour of yatch time figuring out how to resolve issue. Then we requested our paid time on yatch as we lost so much time discussing how to get half party on yatch. They gave is 30 minutes extra. Then next day demanded Rs 15000. I refused to pay. Their communication is poor. Quotes and real cost is different. Food made us sick. Bathroom was stinking on yatch. Owner called my family member who was not involved not a part of party who owner coincidentally knew to cry on his shoulder. Unprofessional, dishonest and poor service. I have all texts with evidence of above. So even if they respond know it’s all not true. I booked from USA. So I think they thought some naive foreigner booking. But all my friends on yatch were other Drs, lawyers etc. They r fortunate we are not reacting the way we should with their unprofesionalism. Be careful. Get everything in writing and refund upon unfulfillment of contract.

Sunset sail and night lights

The sailing was fun and the staff was friendly. I got sea sick after an hour and had to lie down. I attribute that to the food and drinks I had earlier in the day and the fact that I was suffering from jet lag from the previous weekend. My brother also got a headache and then nauseous afterwards. So take care and come prepared and be wary of sea sickness. The experience itself was incredible as you get on a small boat that takes you to the Yacht which sets sails into the sea. Had an incredible sunset over the Mumbai skyline and later saw the night lights towards the end of the tour. There was a music system on the Yacht that we connected to through Bluetooth and chilled playing music. Too bad I could not bid a proper thanks and bye to the staff as I was recovering from my sea sickness.

One beautiful evening

A very different experience one can have in Mumbai. The backdrop of sunset and the peacefulness of the sea makes it a perfect evening. Mamta ma'am provided excellent service. Extremely promt in her reply. A big shout out to the crew caption and vice captain Avinash and Sagar respectively. Both of them played a huge role to make it a perfect evening

I proposed to my girlfriend on a yacht. India Boats provided a fantastic experience! Their staff was very cooperative. Priya arranged a beautiful decor of balloons, ribbons and flowers. Very nice food arranged by her team. The photographer Hardik was really good and clicked some amazing pictures! Haresh helped us with good execution on ground! Avinash, Suraj and Vipul too helped in delivering an amazing and memorable overall experience.. Will surely use India Boats for family parties in the future..

Must experience activity in Mumbai

Had a wonderful experience sailing on the Yacht on Valentines day. Chaitali helped us with the booking and ensured we had an amazing experience. Akshay on the boat made sure it was memorable for us and shared interesting experiences and stories. We were also lucky enough to spot some dolphins!

I had booked Nemo through Chaitali and had a great experience with my family. Haresh was our coordinator at the jetty and both he and the attendant were very cordial and accommodating. Overall i will highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and memorable experience sailing and celebrating.

Excellent experience of hiring a sail yacht by India Boats! I had reached out to multiple vendors for a boat but the entire pre sales experience and follow up by Mamta was very convincing and made sure that I go with India boats! She brought in lot of empathy and agility in the discussion. On the day of the excursion, the crew - Sagar and Avinash were too good! Very polite staff. Neat yacht, and Sagar assisted in taking loads of pics and he also recommended poses 😊 2 hours was just about right for us but if u plan to go with a larger group, then u might want to book it for 3 hours as u will take more time to click pics! I definitely look forward to going again soon… thanks a lot India Boats for the lovely experience 😍
