Great day in Mumbai

I booked a last-minute trip to Mumbai and wanted to see the highlights in 1 day. This tour was a great overview of southern Mumbai. My guide Yash and driver Abhi were terrific. They took time to explain things and answer my questions. After the tour was over, neither had anywhere else to be, so they went out to lunch with me. It was great to get a chance to talk to them more about life in Mumbai and India. Overall, an excellent time.

Great day in Mumbai

Great guide who was fun and chilled out making it easy to be in his company. We got to see the main attractions in a day which is what we needed. Shame we didn't go to the Afghan Church.

Amazing Mumbai 1 day experience

I had an amazing time doing the city and slums tour. Balaji the guider was so friendly and explained everything with so much detail. He has a great knowledge about Mumbai and I felt safe the whole time we were in the slums. The guy just have so much patience and energy. The driver Pranav played his role as well, being very friendly, driving smoothly, always in the right pick up spot and keeping the AC freezing cold. The whole tour took about 7hrs, so couldn’t be happier and highly recommend those guys.

Awesome short introduction of Mumbai

Ravi was my tour guide and Satyam was my driver during my visit. I am amazed with Ravi's knowledge on the city's history. Satyam is a careful driver. I really reccomend them!

Short tour in Mumbai

Great Way to see Mumbai. We did a three hour tour due to limited time. Can recommend and the guide was friendly and very nice

Guide Balaji and driver Deepak were great. Balaji was a very knowledge guy and full of enthusiasm, Deepak also played his part as a safe driver.

Excellent tour

Very interesting tour, showing all the important tourist areas of Mumbai. The guide, Chirag,had very good English and was very knowledgeable, not just about his tour areas,but any questions we could think to ask. The driver, Abhi, was excellent and always managed to find somewhere convenient for us to hop in and out of the car(not an easy achievement in Mumbai). All in all a brilliant experience and well recommended.

Insightful, well paced, overall great

This was a great half day trip that I booked last minute as I had some time before I left Mumbai (after staying for a wedding). Husain was very responsive and provided a great tour for a solo traveler. I learned a lot and he made sure it was well paced and took great photos. I highly recommend this if you can’t do a full day!

Fantastic tour through Mumbai

Amazing City Tour with a Truly Wonderful Guide

Rakesh is a really entertaining and knowledgeable young man who really knows his city. He goes out of his way to inform his visitors with as much or as little as they wish and is very flexible with his time so that nothing is missed. Five star quality.

Dhobi ghat and Dharavi tour

Rohit was a fabulous guide. It was a very informative and eye opening experience. I got to visit the open air laundry of Dhobi Ghat and then had a tour of Dharavi Slum. Highly recommended !

Efficient, Fun, Magical

I scheduled the start for 16:00, so this was partly an evening tour--no worries, though; that made things even more memorable as I got to experience sunset along Marine Drive and a cool, nighttime walk through the Hanging Gardens. Both driver and guide were true experts. They also made me feel taken care of, being sure to bring me somewhere where I could grab a quick (but good) snack since we were out during dinner hours. Highly recommended. Rohit is great at what he does.

Yash was a great guide and the tour was fun and informative. We saw a lot of great spots, and he was able to answer all of our questions, and was very pleasant to spend time with. Highly recommend booking him, the tour is a great deal.

Fun, personal, relaxed tour with Yash!

Yash Kadam was the best! We hired him for a four-hour guided tour of south Mumbai with a driver. The driver and Yash picked up our group of six Americans (five adults and one 7-year-old) in a three-row SUV with enough seats for all of us. There were six new mini bottles of water in the car for us. We had a short stop at each location where he gave some history and a bit of a reflection, but not too much. It was a conversation where he asked us information about ourselves and our country and related his tour talking points to us. He never droned from a script, and he was accommodating when we asked to do the standing parts in the shade. He suggested group photos in the right spots and took them for us, asked us questions about our lives, was curious about ways he could improve his tour, and made it all relaxed, yet on time. He was honest and personal, sharing a bit of his own family story. He was quick-witted, funny, polite, and clever. We could ask him questions about customs, his opinions on geopolitics or local Indian current events and he was modern, worldly, respectful, and intelligent. We found him super helpful and communicative throughout the whole day and even leading up to it when we asked for special accommodations like an extra driver for a different excursion. His tour was a great way to see the central part of old Bombay, focusing on 5-6 selected stops where he seemed to know and be friends with everyone. People like stall owners, drivers, and other guides would call out “Yash!” and wave and smile. He never brought us to any particular shop or stall to give a kickback to his friends, and only stopped to let us buy something if we had specifically requested that item. He kept us safe in crossing streets, kept the car cool, and engaged us for a fun day as if it we were friends. We could tell that even though he has done this tour a thousand times, he still loves what he does and enjoyed his time sharing it with us. Highly recommend!

A perfect way to experience Mumbai’s highlights

Fun, interesting and informative… I thoroughly enjoyed my half day private tour with Yash as my extremely knowledgeable tour guide and expertly driven by Pranav. I only had one day in Mumbai but feel as if I really got to see the city. The highlight for me was seeing the incredible exotic fruit for sale in Crawford market and the many books on display in the Gandhi museum. Highly recommended.

Great group mini trip!

This was a great and easy way to see some of the highlights in Mumbai! The tour lasted about 3.5 hours and we had lots of fun as a group! Would recommend for a big group visiting for the first time!

Great tour! Chrrag was amazing and súper informative and nice. We were a group of 16 friends and had an awesome time exploring the city. The bus was always very comfortable with A/C. Will recommend this tour and our guide Chrrag!

Great tour, very professional !

Rohit as guide, Vijay as driver. We had a great tour looking round all of the main attractions of Mumbai. Rohit was extremely knowledgeable and the whole tour was directed around what I wanted to see and also making sure I was dropped off for my connecting flight in good time. The overall tour was very enjoyable. Vijay was also very professional.

Disappointing timing/ wasted time

Nobody came to pick us up as confirmed at 10am. Hotel helped us get in touch with tour operators and they said they never received viators email until this morning and then said someone will come at 11. After many calls someone came at 11.10 am. The driver Balaji was very good. No WiFi available. Very upsetting when you pay in London and then nothing is happening.

So much to do an see!

When you can't decide which sights to see, this a great way to get them all in one trip! Yash was extremely knowledgeable and encouraged questions throughout the tour. His knowledge runs deep, so this tour can take a bit longer than what is stated, and the time is worth it! While someone else navigated the busy city streets, I was able to hear the histories of so many landmarks. It was a lot of information, and I am truly appreciative for the insights! He even offered to help arrange for other tours.

We booked the morning city tour of Mumbai and were not disappointed. Yesh was a super good guide. Extremely knowledgeable and he answered all our questions . We got a very good overview of Mumbai in our short time here. Would recommend .

Perfect Mumbai Experience

We have been very lucky over the years to have visited different countries and had some great experience with our guides, so we always expect a good service. But today the bar was raised as we experienced the BEST EVER tour guide and driver experience with Yash (guide) and Mahesh (driver). Communications - outstanding. Contacted to confirm the booking for the following day. Contacted just before arrival which made pick up easier. Experience - brilliant A fully packed half-day experience. I won’t list the itinerary as that’s in the details but suffice to say the itinerary was broken down into details when meeting Yash. The tour was executed to the exact letter. The Guide - the best Yash speaks perfect English (we’ve had a few guides before with different companies where a lot of guess work had to take place!). He is attentive, gives great descriptions and offered as much time as you wish to wonder around and always giving option. The Driver - perfect Mahesh is the perfect driver, navigating the Mumbai streets with ease and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. To finish off…. If you are thinking of booking this trip, stop thinking and get booking. You will not be disappointed.

Good Memories in Mumbai

This is a memorable trip that i would cherish. I’ve being guided by Rohit & Pranav, their explanation are very good. Car is comfortable & clean. Manage to get through many good places surrounding in short of 5 hours. Highly recommended.

Yash was amazing and knowledgable. Pranav the driver was so kind and polite. We had a great time on our tour. They were flexible and friendly. Even set us up with cars for the next few days. Yash even kept us safe from street beggars or other ppl that would come up to us. They also made good suggestions on other things to do. The driver was probably the only driver on the road that did not honk his AT ALL while all others did it so much it hurt your ears. We cannot recommend them enough if you want a comfortable and safe experience.

Great half day Tour of Mumbai

An excellent half day tour of Mumbai. We took advantage of an 8 hour stopover in Mumbai to do a quick tour. In only 5 hours we saw an incredible amount without feeling rushed. The Driver Pranav was very safe and courteous with a ready smile. Rohit our guide was a great storyteller. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his role in delivering the history and intrigue of Mumbai. He obviously loves his job and his enthusiasm was refreshing. Would definitely recommend.
