Excellent tour to Kanheri caves and pagode

Me and my colleagues did a private tour to the Kanheri caves and the Global Vipassana Pagoda, it was great. It was a very hot day but our guide bought drinks and food for us whenever we asked. The cars where nice and air-conditioned. Our tourguide Sahil was very nice and the costumer service was very good. I would recommend this.

Fantastic Private Half-Day Mumbai Tour

Feeling absolutely spoilt being treated with the best sights in a record time. This tour is great for those strapped on time and don’t want to do much walking. We were treated with Neha and Hasan presence who showed us all the highlights plus customised the tour to our liking. Best half-day tour to discover Mumbai

As per planned, hotel pick-up was communicated right away followed by a lovely introduction of themselves and what's to come. Neha and Hasan were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We learnt so much with Neha's facts from each landmark site in this swift sightseeing adventure. Has Hasan was extremely courteous and made us feel safe driving around busy streets, also as a side note he is an excellent cameraman! Highly recommended, we feel closer to Mumbai already! Thank you!

Just want we wanted

Great tour - all we wanted to know in 4 hours. Sunil our guide was a very good communicator. Arranging our meet and then as we travelled around Mumbai he kept us well informed. We would recomemend this tour and Sunil to anyone.

Nice but very expensive tour

The driver (JQ) and guide (Neha) was very nice and helpful. They explained the attractions in detail. The issue I had was with payment as we were informed very last minute of an extra 2000 rupees we had to pay because we weren't staying in South Mumbai. We were only staying in Ramada at Juhu beach which isn't very far. It was a surprise to us as we already felt the tour was expensive (£81 for two people) for the amount of time/things we were doing. We tried to speak to Sameer (management team) but he was unhelpful and were given no choice but to pay. He said to us that in the contract it states this extra 2000 rupees cost but in reality who is going to read the contract? This information should be very clear before booking the trip. Communication from the management team was poor as I had to initiate conversations to welcome myself. The tour itself was okay but I would recommend searching for this same trip with alternate tour companies.

Utterly disappointing

Totally disappointed. The tour was cancelled after the start time, and we were only advised of this because the hotel reception called the operator on our behalf. We left messages and attempted to call the operator (when the tour time came and went) and these were unanswered. It ruined the start of our holiday. I could write more but I have put this behind me now.

So much fun!

Sahil (our tour guide) and Ash (our driver) were great! We did the half-day Mumbai sightseeing tour. We had a group of 5 and Sahil had something to chat about with all of us. We had a lot of fun! I would highly recommend any of the tours, as we had such an amazing experience!

Excellent day around Mumbai

A very interesting day. Both guide Ashab and driver Hassan were really funny, nice and friendly. Lots of explanation and information during the day. I enjoyed the tour around Mumbai. Highly recommended.

Huge swathe of city - absolute highlights of Mumbai

Such a great tour. Ashab the city tour guide and our driver were awesome - Ashab knew lots about the city and had a lot of passion for Bombay. Gave great insights into British history, Indian heritage, and much more. The amount we covered was awesome. Car was comfy, solid air con, new upholstery, clean. Very smooth well-oiled operation and great sights built in! Then the Dharavi tour was awesome. Pooja is a champ. She knows everyone, knows so much about the industry there, and is genuinely such a bright person - the best part of the tour was meeting such a quality person! Would certainly recommend. 10,000 INR is solid price, but worth it.

We enjoyed our tour...

We enjoyed our tour around South Mumbai with Sahil and Shamsher. If you are staying in the North part of the city you should add in extra time for traffic. There is so much to see in a short amount of time. A full-day would be best but if you only have time for the highlights this hits them all. Our guide Sahil was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and each location. He made sure we had everything needed. I would recommend him for another tour.

Excellent Tour

Tour guide was very knowledgeable, our group had a lot of fun and got to see a lot of main sights in Mumbai in just 4 hours!

Mumbai attractions from north to south in one long day

We picked the places we like and our guide Sahil was very patient to arrange for us to finish within one day. It's a long day trip from Golden Vipassana Pagoda in north to Elephanta Island in south with many other attractions like Gateway, Marine Drive, Terminus and other temples. Also thanks to Driver Jaithur and the guide from Elephanta Island.

Great tour, really helpful guide, useful hotel pickup and safely driven around the city

We didn’t have long in Mumbai so wanted a tour to share the best bits and these guys did a great job. Our guide Sahil spoke great English and knew a lot about the city, sharing the best sights and insights. The hotel pickup was so helpful and the driver Jainul did a good job taking us around. Great tour

The tour was great and gave me a real flavour of the city. My guide Sahil was very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Talking with him between stops gave me many interesting insights into everyday life in Mumbai. I only had limited time in Mumbai and this tour was perfect for giving me a real feel of the city.

Tight schedule, excellent intro to the great city

This tour goes by a tight schedule and we just get a fleeting glimpse of many important things which are to be enjoyed leisurely. But surely, this is a great way to get introduced to Mumbai. Once wee do this, we can plan a more detailed tour on our own later and see and experience all the places to visit one at a time. Essentially, we need to look at it like the trailer of a film to be launched later!

Best guided tour

My husband and I took half day tour with Sahil and Ram and it was the best experience we had in a guided tour. Sahil explained in detail every place we visited and told many stories and anecdotes along the way that truly helped us learn and appreciate Mumbai, it's people and the culture. We learnt so much during this trip. We have so many nice pictures to keep as memories and share with others that Sahil took for us. It was truly a great experience and we highly recommend. Wonderful overview of Mumbai with a personal touch

Sahil of Magical Mumbai Tours showed us a wonderful time. He was very knowledgeable and a fun conversationalist. He patiently answered all our questions about Indian culture. I especially appreciated his flexibility and desire to tailor the tour to what we wanted in addition to his very nice overview of the city. He also shared with us some really professional photos of Mumbai sites—way better than anything we could have taken ourselves. We ran into him later at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, and it was like seeing an old friend! I’ll always remember his generosity and expertise.

A perfect way to see Mumbai

This was a truly beautiful experience. Sahil is extremely knowledgeable, personable, funny, and kind. Having visited Mumbai many times before, I left this tour with a completely different appreciation for the city, its culture, and its history. We went with our 7 year old son, not sure how much he would enjoy the tour, but Sahil adjusted the tour to make it accessible to our son and enjoyable for us at the same time - our son ended up having the best time and will remember this experience forever. Half day Tour Mumbai

Our guide Sahil and driver Sam picked us up at our hotel in north Mumbai and then we went by the car to the south which took us around one hour. We had some multiple short stops where we had the chance to take some photos. The tour is great if you have less time and want so see as much as possible of Mumbai. As we already had a tour the day before we wrote them in advance that we don't need to visit all the stops. We felt comfortable all the time and recommend this if you habe less time.

Wonderful morning spent

I had a lovely time seeing the sights with Sam and “Lovie” (not his real name, I just mispronounced it!) I was fortunate that it was just me and we got to adjust the tour to my schedule and I could ask as many questions as I wanted. Both gentleman were so knowledgeable and proud of the history of their country. I learned so much!!!

Great tour with excellent guide

Not only was Sahil very knowledgeable about all the history and architecture of the tour stops, he was also very outspoken and confident in his delivery of the information. Sahil was also very accommodating in adjusting the tour programme to fit our needs and to make short stops that were not in the original itinerary. Two thumbs up and would definitely do it again!

I had a very great day with the tour guide Sahil. He and the driver picked me up at the airport hotel. We drove to all the sightseeing points which are mentioned. Sahil has a very good knowledge of Bombay and he explained everything very well! He always asked if he should take a picture with me in front of buildings etc. The tour took approximately 5 hours including pick-up and drop-off. I can highly recommend them!

This was a great tour, and gave me a wonderful perspective of Mumbai. Both the driver and the guide were so knowledgeable of the history and the sites of the city. Amazing Bombay

Did the tour with Sahil, great guy with many interesting stories and facts, visited many places you would not find on your own. He got me some great pics. Bombay is an incredibly picturesque place. The Dhobi Ghat and fish market were highlights. Good mix of colonial buildings, temples and Mumbai daily life. Will do more tours with these guys.

Halvdagstur i Mumbai

Vi kom till Mumbai med kryssningsfartyg och hämtades av vår guide Sahil och chaufför Hasan. Vi fick en rundtur som anpassats perfekt efter våra önskemål. Sahil var mycket kunnig och lyhörd och lade upp turen så att vi undvek onödig trängsel. De var båda mycket trevliga och serviceminded, jag kan absolut rekommendera denna tur!

La guide et le chauffeur étaient sympathiques. Mais la guide n’avait rien d’une professionnelle. C’était une balade confortable de 4h.

Carro bom para 3 pessoas e muitas malas Guias pouco sabiam e não falavam espanhol ou português . Pouco se entendia o inglês indiano. Pontos turísticos sem estrutura e pouco sabiam informar. Falta de profissionalismo. Pararam para comprar salgadinho para eles comerem no carro durante o tempo do tour. Inacreditável. Pagamos perto de 1.000 reais para ficar no carro 4 horas. No aeroporto tb não sabiam localizar o carro e tivemos que pagar o estacionamento do aeroporto.
