Tour guide Mukesh was excellent! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to spend the day with. He made it super easy to see everything the city has to offer. The tour itself was excellent, but Mukesh really made our day special!

Great tour with Mystical and Mukesh

Mukesh was an excellent tour guide and driver. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He has good English and was easy to speak with and happy to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Mystical Mumbai and I would recommend asking for Mukesh.

Mumbai has a lot to offer!

Ghandi museum was very interesting. The largest open air laundry service is really something to witness! The hanging Gardens Park was a nice surprise!

Amazing Bombay Tour

Namaste! We had a great tour with our guide Anthony today. Apart from the many tourist places and sights of Mumbai, he also showed us insights into very special, not so well known places. His basic knowledge of Mumbai is amazing and he is always courteous and responsive to requests. We had the special case of going to a wedding and he helped us find the clothes we needed. The food we ate together was really great and we not only take away great spices from the market visit, but also heartwarming and great memories that we collected together with Anthony. Thank you so much for the time and the experience, my friend!

Excellent Tour!

This was a wonderful tour. Mukesh was our tour guide and did a fantastic job of taking us to the sites that were relevant. He is very knowledgeable and personable.

Disappointing

A "private" tour that comprised 23 other guests. Boarding the coach was difficult with high and narrow steps. Venues were difficult with so many guests and many road crossings through chaotic traffic. Commentary was difficult to hear or understand through the portable boom box, and often addressed only to the front two rows of passengers. No toilet or lunch breaks were offered. My Wife is diabetic and we arrived back on ship to eat after 2.30. It must be said that when we did the tour it was during Dewali, a Indian festival and the streets were crowded more than usual (if that is possible at all).

Mumbai tour done perfectly!!!

This tour was amazing! If you want a great Mumbai experience with an awesome tour guide, ask for Mr. Mukesh. So patient and understanding, well spoken, and made sure to look after all our requirements. Plus we go to see Mumbai from such a different perspective. Loved it and highly recommend this tour with Mr Mukesh!!

The tour was fantastic, Mukesh was an amazing guide and driver, so funny and intelligent, he gave great insight into Mumbai and made the experience so interesting. As a solo female traveller it is often difficult to feel comfortable but Mukesh went above and beyond to make sure I was most comfortable and happy Mukesh is an amazing person, tour guide and driver and I am so lucky to have been on this tour, would definitely recommend as you can see all the sights in South Mumbai it truly is a full package experience. Definitely recommend and request Mukesh as your guide as he is truly fantastic at his job!!

Dev was an amazing ambassador for this two-day tour of Mumbai. He was energetic, caring, and wanted to show us his city. He recommended an awesome breakfast place, found a place for me to change money, and showed us things we would have never found on our own. Recommend highly!

A day we will remember! Fun for the whole family!

We got to see many sights in a short time. It was very hot and if we had tried to do this on our own with two young children, it would have been difficult and tiring. We probably would not have completed all sites. Intead, we had a very enjoyable trip in our private AC car and saw everything we had planned. Also, it was nice to be able to make our own itinerary for the day and flex depending on how the day went. The driver and organizer were very nice yo work with. They provided a large van that accomodated all of our luggage and we felt safe leaving it all in the car with our driver.

Our driver was brilliant, so friendly and knowledgeable and happy to take us wherever we wanted to go. He knew all the best places to stop to get the best photos and gave us so much information about Mumbai. Felt we really got a feel for the city in a way you couldn’t with a coach tour. I would thoroughly recommend this company without hesitation.

Good way to see the city in a short time period covering the south part of Mumbai including the Gateway and Victoria terminal.

Fantastic individual tour

Suraj, our guide, and Nawaz, our driver, did a great job. They showed us the hotspots of main interest in Mumbai. Suraj is an excellent guide and as a student of tourism he knows a lot about the city’s history. We enjoyed the tour very much and came back with a lot of impressions. Pickup at the cruise port was in time and well organized. Absolutely recommendable!

Ticked every box!

This tour gave a great overview of the wonderful sights of Mumbai. We visited each place long enough to appreciate it and then moved on to the next. Dev was a knowlegable and interesting guide and Manoj drove very well in the Mumbai traffic. An enjoyable day and a highly recommended tour!

Might depend on the tour guide

We booked this last minute and they were able to pick us up in Thane (a suburb) and drop us off at own hotel in Mumbai at the end. It was an okay tour to see the basics but tour guide wasn’t that great and the car wasn’t very nice. Overall the tour was a little overpriced for what it was.

Mumbai sightseeing in one day

We had a fantastic day with Suraj who showed us all the top sights of Mumbai in 6 efficient and pleasant hours and very concise and clearly explained us about each sight, India Gateway, Ghandi’s museum, Crowford Market, Dobi Ghat, Hanging Gardens were just some of the many marvellous sights we explored.

Wonderful hits the highlights

Dave our guide did an outstanding job of giving us great information. Our driver dropped us off and picked us up at all points. The day went very fast and left us with great memories. Impressive that the guides and drivers all live in one of the slums and give part of their income to help children better themselves.

Amazing Tour!

Me and two friends arrived in Mumbai and booked this tour. We met up with our guide Dhaval who took us to all of the best sights in Mumbai, including Ghandi’s house which was my favourite spot! Dhaval was able to give us a full description of Mumbai’s history and has great knowledge of the local area. Cannot thank him enough, 5 STARS! ⭐️

The full-day tour was a perfect way to see so many highlights of Mumbai all in just one day. My tour guides (Anthony & Mukesh) were fantastic, and were extremely knowledgeable about the city. They were very polite, personable and always made sure I was enjoying myself throughout the tour. Great Tour of Mumbai

We really enjoyed this tour. We saw all the main attractions and also did a tour of the slum. Anthony was really knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had and helped us buy train tickets. The driver was really polite and helped us buy bananas. I would reccomend this tour for anyone visiting Mumbai.

Shailesh was an excellent guide (PhD student and founder of the business!!) giving a super perspective on Mumbai covering all the key sites as well as an amazing experience going round Dharavi where he and his family have lived for 3 generations. Fascinating city, fantastic guide

Our guide Anthony picked us up at the cruise terminal after we had contacted him by phone, so we were able to start the tour straight away despite the chaos at the terminal. Our driver drove us safely through the crazy traffic of Mumbai the whole time without us feeling in danger even once. Anthony was the best guide we have ever had. He planned the tour according to our ideas and the most suitable itinerary. He impressed us not only with his excellent knowledge, but also with his warm manner. He managed to give us an insight into the attitude to life and the way of life of the population. The tour through the slum was very impressive, although we had reservations about seeing the misery of people as a tourist attraction. But it was incredible to see the conditions under which the people live and work hard here, but despite the misery they are so friendly and somehow seem content. The sightseeing tour was also really interesting and we had an excellent meal in an Indian restaurant. A big thank you to Anthony!
