Seamless airport city transfer

The airport city transfer was seamlessly carried out by the owner. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Communication was through Whatsapp. Came to the airport to personally greet us and get us situated in the vehicle of our choice. Driver was safe and informational. Would definitely use again and heartily recommend.

Good transfer service from Mumbai Airport to city

Excellent communication via messaging and WhatsApp. Very easy to find driver and car was clean and safe driver. Price much higher than Uber or fixed price taxi but was still reasonable and worth the extra cost for the assurance of having someone pick up early morning after a long journey. Would recommend this company.

Difficult to get pre paid taxig

In January landing at Mumbai airport it was difficult to find official taxi counter. There was only one taxi counter open and as it was prepaid which was fine but ended up paying double then what it should have costed. Not only that but as he directed where to go and pick up taxi was just so difficult, upon asking for the right place ,was directedd place by place and eventually got the right taxi. No right direction or help So difficult

Great Service

This is the second time we used Sameer , service was excellent, was at the gate for our arrival, car was clean and he didn't leave till we had the right accommodation found.

Great communication and friendly driver

Great experience getting picked up at the Mumbai airport and taken to our hotel. The driver was there with a sign with our name, helped with our luggage, and knew exactly how to get to where we were staying. The owner of the company was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Communication was great with Vikrant who well coordinated all my three total transfers under his service. Everything transpired smoothly. He adjusted vehicle size accordingly in a way that our luggages and us- 2 passengers are fitted comfortably. I can recommend his service to friends and family who may visit Mumbai in the future.

Easy airport pick up.

Booked through trip advisor. Operator contacted me by whatsapp day before arrival, gave me name and contact of Driver. Mr Moshin was waiting for us just outside terminal with a name tag. Expertly fitted our luggage in the car and dropped us off safely.
