Great tour of south Mumbai

Yash was an amazing guide who showed us all the must-see sites in south Mumbai. He is a wealth of knowledge and would highly recommend! Our driver Ajay was great and kept us safe along the trip.

A Mumbai must, especially if you want the best experience in a short amount of time.

Ravi and Vijay picked us up directly at our hotel near the airport, despite it being quite a long way through traffic to the area of interest. Ravi was an engaging guide, telling stories and history filled facts about the sites we visited. During the 5+ hours, we stopped at several places like the Gateway to India monument, the CSM train station, the Laundry, Malabar Hills, Marine Drive, the home of Ghandi, and even stopping when we noticed an unusual item being sold and wanted to try it. An ice apple. I’d never heard of it, but it’s definitely a good way to keep hydrated. There was also a vendor selling pressed sugar cane with water, and it was surprisingly good without being ridiculously sweet. They definitely provided a much better experience with the timeliness and local knowledge that I could have done with even a lot of research beforehand. I highly recommend!

Great Experience

It was my first visit to Mumbai and I enjoyed sightseeing which was guided by Yash. He has a lot of knowledge and shared interesting stories about the city. I also thanked to Deepak as he was a safe driver and provided me a comfortable time.

Ravi and Vijay were excellent as a guide/driver team. They picked us up at the hotel and showed us to some of the major tourist and historic places in Mumbai. Ravi was very knowledgeable and engaging during the tour, and even said we could stop when we noticed a man selling Ice Apples, as we had never even heard of them before. A natural fruit, and definitely a tour highlight. We were taken to Malabar Hills, the Laundry, Crawford Market, Marine Drive, the Gateway to India and Taj Mahal Hotel, and more during the 5+ hours on the tour. I definitely recommend this package to anyone with an afternoon to spend and a willingness to learn about this wonderful city.

Excellent service and knowledge

We did two days with this company. I chose Mumbai slum and pottery tour and the second day we want to go at the Markets and have someone with us. we really enjoyed the tour I think especially the Guide, Yash. He was very funny. The driver, Abhi was chatty and drove the car as safely as possible. They both worked really well together, and very accommodating to our start time and finish time. I requested to go to the CP tank Market and I ended up picking up a pair of shoes for one dollar AU$1.50 the Guide would not get involved in bartering at the market as this was not acceptable but he did inform us before going that we should at least discount the asking price by 50%. thanks for the advice! I know at times we paid more, but as long as we were happy and the seller was happy with the agreed price we did not mind. as for the company, I found it very easy to communicate with them before we left Australia, and when we communicated by WhatsApp, they were always very responsive. i highly recommend these two as a team and the company. 3 travelers - ages 17 / 47 / 77

Fun private tour!

We really enjoyed our customized tour with Abhi and Satyam. We booked that same morning and they arrived on time. Abhi is a knowledgeable guide and Satyam navigated Mumbai traffic will! We hit the highlights and really enjoyed walking around Crawford Market.

The driver met us outside the cruise gate but the tour guide never turned up , we were made aware that he had an accident .We did the tour with the driver only. We complained and got 40% of the money back . it's not the same without the tour guide as he would have explained the history behind all the buildings and monuments we visited. we were disappointed but had we had tour guide we would have given 5 star

Great experience- can only Recommend

Great tour especially the Dharavi slum tour was very interesting and highly informative. Our guide Chirag was super friendly, knowledgeable and with great English skills. Our driver Ajay was great and made us feel safe in the chaotic traffic all the way. I can only recommend this tour if you want to get a one day impression of Mumbai.

Mumbai half day tour with Linda tours

Chirag our guide and Pranav his driver of Linda Tours made Mumbai come alive in half a day. We felt part of this chaotic city and at no time like remote tourists. We shopped like locals, visited the hanging gardens and saw the Malabar hills luxury as well as the laundry and shopping of Crawford markets. In rush hour we saw the flood of thousands jumping on trains at Victoria station and observed first hand the formality of a Navy ceremony at the Gateway to India before experiencing the rush of traffic getting back to our hotel. Chirag has a great command of not only English but the history and facts of the city and we felt like we left knowing the city as insiders must. Well done Linda Tours and if you come to Mumbai book them and these two if they are free.

Perfect tour of Mumbai City

Yash and Neerag were our guide and driver for the tour and both were absolutely delightful. Neerag was there to meet us and drove us around in safety and with care. Yash was very informative and knowledgeable and gave us the perfect tour. He was considerate whilst we were crossing the roads and it was a very pleasant experience. He had In depth knowledge of many things and taught us lots of things . I would thoroughly recommend this tour and you will be very lucky if you get Yash as your guide and Neerag as your driver.

Mumbai in one afternoon

This is the best way to visit Mumbai, everything was great. Chirag (our guide) did an excellent job, and his English was superb, easy to understand. Ajay (our driver) was also really good, so the overall experience was perfect.

Essential Mumbai tour

Local driver, Bala, was an excellent guide. He was very informative, particularly regarding the history of each place we visited. He was also very flexible when it came to staying longer at locations we were particularly interested in. It was also much cheaper and better value for money compared to a similar excursion from our cruise ship. Overall - a very good experience and highly recommended for a half day tour.
