Improvable experience

The online staff was quite helpful at assisting me with some safari bookings that I could not do myself. However, I had asked Stayfari for en English-speaking driver and the assigned driver could not speak English at all, so my trip was substantially more difficult, stressing and boring than it should have been. Moreover, the assigned driver behaved unprofessionally at times, like when littering or spitting through the car's window, or when constantly blowing the horn when driving, which drove me crazy.

Best way to experience India!

This is in my opinion the only way to see India! Having a private driver allows you to customize your experience and get a true local feel for the area! I would highly recommend this company over all the other Options out there!

Great experience

Used Stayfari service for my colleague who traveled from Switzerland to spend few days in Jaipur and Agra . Pickup from Airport and 3 days vehicle hire was arranged . Would like to highlight as below -: 1.Whatsapp group is made and contact number of driver and Ops guys of Stayfari is shared one days in advance . It was really comforting to connect to driver . 2.Driver reached well on time to receive guest .It was almost midnight /early morning and I was bit worried if driver failed to reach on time . But it was a very smooth pick up from the airport. 3.Driver was courteous and vehicle was clean and in good condition . 4.Stayfari team arranged for a guide in Jaipur and Guide was also responsive and did a good job. Overall it has been a great experience and I will recommend Stayfari to anyone for good experience.

Good service and vehicle

We recently embarked on a delightful 9-day road trip starting from Delhi and covering the scenic locales of Mussoorie and Rishikesh. Opting for an Innova Crysta as our vehicle turned out to be a fantastic choice. The car was in top-notch condition, which made our extensive travel across varying terrains smooth and comfortable. Not once did we face any issues with the vehicle, ensuring that our journey was hassle-free and enjoyable. A major highlight of our trip was our chauffeur, Sachin. Despite his young age, Sachin was exceptionally professional and always greeted us with a smile. His knowledge of the routes was impeccable. He seemed to effortlessly navigate the roads, even in areas that were new to us, which added a layer of comfort to our travel experience. Sachin's familiarity with all the must-visit spots ensured that we didn't miss out on any key attractions, and his accommodating nature made it easy for us to explore places at our own pace without feeling rushed. We were stopped at a few places for checks due to Elections, but he handled those with ease. On the whole, it was a great vehicle and service. The coordination on WhatsApp group created by them was top notch. I will definitely try them out again during our travel, and will definitely recommend them for fuss free and hassle free travel.

Highly recommnd - excellent drivers and experience

We had a fantastic experience - before our trip the communication was excellent, pickup was smooth and without any problems. Our driver Anil was amaziing, he spoke great english, drove very well and we had an overall great experience with him. The car was very clean, always stocked with water, perfectly functioning air conditioning. We highly recommend this stayfari!

The best !

This was one of our best, carefree experience from the booking and figuring out a very hectic schedule from Delhi, to Jaipur, Dehradun, and Bombay. They had patiences in multiple changes in my plan and checked up to see how things were going. I was organizing a tourist vacation with my in laws from France and I couldn't be happier with how proud I felt knowing they were well taken care of. The driver was on time. Courteous, and informed with the city they were driving in. They were cautious drivers with skills to maneuver around in haigh traffic. In a year or two we will plan a trip to Kerala and I will only use them. I have already recommended them to a few friends of mine currently visiting India.

I am a NRI and I decided to do the Delhi, Agra, and Rajasthan tour. I needed a car at all times to stay with me for the entirety of the stay as I had my fiancé who is a foreigner as well as my family with me. I researched online and found Stayfari. At first I was skeptical about how it is going to be since I had never used their services before but decided to take a chance and it paid off well. On their website you can put in your entire itinerary and they give you an instant quote and that is the amount you pay in the end. That is one thing I loved about Stayfari that they did not have any hidden charges. What you see is what you pay. After finishing off on their website I was instantly contacted by a representative from their team on WhatsApp. I spoke with the agent about what I need, what I expect, and other details about my trip. They helped me with everything necessary. About 2 days before my trip I got the details of the driver and the car. On arrival the driver was waiting for me at the airport. The car was clean and the driver was very polite. He stayed with us for the entire trip and was very helpful. His name is Mr. Mani and I would highly recommend if you can ask the company to send him. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was there whenever we needed him. Overall I am extremely happy with the service provided by the Stayfari team and Mr. Mani. I read some reviews online that said that the prices for Stayfari were a bit high which I agree but it’s absolutely 100% worth it.

Amazing First Rate Service

I have been booking Stayfari for Staff I currently have in India on an overseas assignment. The service has been simply amazing. The responsiveness, the driver care, the ease to make last minute changes and also find drivers at last minute for us in other states has been first rate. I would 100% recommend Stayfari for anyone requiring a car and driver service within India.

Extremely poor experience, unlikely to engage Stayfari for future car rentals in India.

I recently hired a taxi from Stayfari to take me from Bareilly to Bharatpur. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely poor. We had barely left Bareilly when the driver announced that he would have to stop the car and not proceed with the journey because his company had not been paid by Stayfari. I had paid in full a day earlier to Stayfari team, and could not understand why there was an issue. I tried to get in touch with Stayfari a few times but was unable to get through. Eventually, after some phone calls between the driver, his boss and Stayfari, the issue was resolved. Thereafter we proceeded but the driving was atrocious. The driver drove very fast and was often in a ‘head-on’ collision scenario before taking a last millisecond deviation to avoid collision. When we started, he was chewing paan which he chose to spit out by opening his door in a moving car. Later, he started looking at his phone while driving. When I became aware of this, I asked the driver to stop looking at his phone and look at the traffic. I thought the whole situation was dangerous, particularly on a highway, potential for a fatal accident was a real possibility. I have always had very good service from Stayfari in the past, but was extremely disappointed on this occasion. I believe, Stayfari, and other companies providing similar services, will sub-contract to other vendors if they do not have one of their own cars available for a particular segment. This is poor practice, and I believe the customers should be made aware of the situation. The customers would then have the option of declining car hire altogether, if it was being arranged through an unvetted third party vendor. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to go with Stayfari for future car hire in India. I think the customers should be aware that this is a situation not unique to Stayfari and I (and several other people I know) have had disappointing experience from other well known car rental companies.

Take the stress out of your trip

Outstanding service and price point, using Stayfari takes the stress and worry out of travel! They made my trip complete and my friends who traveled with me were very impressed with the fact we had all the transfers in place...no scrambling for transportation when it's needed.

Journey was ok but not 5 star

Booking process was easy. Communication with the team can happen through WhatsApp group which is also great. Driver was ok. However the car was old, didn’t get a premium feeling for the price that was charged . They even didn’t have a c type charger pin socket which is also strange now a days . It was usual as you expect in India but not something wow to be honest. I feel the premium cab service for outstations or intercity is still missing in India. This is something which companies can work for to get an edge in this segment.

Not happy with the service

Was not very happy with the car sent to me and also with the driver, not professionally dressed and also had a problem navigating the car to where I would request him to get it. Will not be using Stayfari again definitely !

We used Stayfari several times in different locations during our recent trip to India. We hired cars and drivers in Delhi, Jaipur and Jodhpur. In Delhi it was to take us to Agra, and in Jodhpur to take us to Udaipur. In Jaipur we hired the car and driver for a day of sightseeing. On each occasion the car was modern and clean, exactly as promised, and the driver was safe, courteous and knowledgeable. Stayfari's owner is extremely responsive and communications were prompt, clear and courteous. This is a company that maintains high standards and delivers exactly the service that is advertised. We were highly pleased and when we return to India we intend to rely on Stayfari for our transportation needs.

Amazing experience with unparalleled quality

One of the best things that happened during my trip was hiring a chauffeur-driven vehicle during my trip. It was easy and quick to find a cab that suited my requirements. I especially asked for a seven-seater and did get one. There were no hidden costs attached and the driver was very well-behaved and made sure was available on demand during the entire duration of my vacation. Overall an amazing experience.

Great experience and extraordinary service!

We had an amazing experience with this company. We had one night in Mumbai and decided to book super short-term a driver who shows us the city. We ordered a child seat extra as we travelled with a 1,5 year old child. The booking war super easy and the support and service were incredible good. We got a good consultation and you can reach them via whatsapp super fast. Our driver Rakesh was amazing and put a lot of effort in showing us his city in the few hours we had. Mumbai by Stayfari

The service was excellent. The driver was very courteous and helpful. He provided guidance when asked. We made a few stops on our sightseeing trip of the city and he dropped us off and picked us up very conveniently.

Expensive aggregator that could do much better

In our case we used stayfari to get a car with a driver. The car was super spacious and nice. However the driver was not conversant using whatsapp and turned off cellular data, and if the customer did not have a local sim, they are kind of screwed as you cannot communicate with your driver. I expressed this to the stayfari support team but there was not much they could do as we went to a different city with the driver by then. They could have reduced my fare to cover for the pain of inaccessibility but they chose not to. Either way, if you are travelling without a local sim its a super hit or miss seems like for car and driver services for the amount of money stayfari charges. I would expect them to ask this as a question while booking and match appropriately to drivers who use whatsapp. After this experience I will go back to using local cab services that offer car and driver in the cities we are going to.

The car was clean and arrived on time...Language was a issue

We hired cars from Stayfari in Ahmedabad for our official visit. The car was hired for airport pick-up, 2 days of city travel for meetings and airport drop. The cars were clean and arrived on time. The only problem was the driver was unable to speak English and since I had foreign guests with me, I had to intervene and coordinate between the drivers and them.

Stayfari gave a really excellent, reliable service with very prompt communication. Our drivers, Amit and Batan, did a really good job in sometimes difficult driving conditions. I can certainly recommend this service for anyone needing to travel between cities in India.

Short Break in Mumbai

Stayfari provided a driver, air conditioned vehicle and guide for two consecutive days in Mumbai and a return airport transfer on the last day of the trip. The vehicles were clean and the driver and guide were punctual. The sightseeing can be customised to any particular interests. All the arrangements worked well. The driver and guide were prompt in attending each day. The air conditioned car provided a break from the heat whilst moving between locations that were better explored on foot. A very good to maximise what can be seen in a short space of time. Communication was good with WhatsApp chat established from the time of booking. Reliable transparent pricing. Would use again.

We had a complicated itenary, with different requirements chat varied by day and the week. From the time we started booking our itenary until the last minute of travel, the experience with Stayfari was superb ! Ananyashree, From Stayfari ensured that the entire experience during booking of travel and during the travel was top notch. She facilitated the reservations, and ensured we got the vehicles on time. The vehicles were clean and the drivers were articulate. Ananyashree checked in with us frequently to enquire about the quality of service. Once there was a snafu where they sent the wrong car. When I notified them about the mistake, they sent another car immediately without any fuss. I would highly recommend Stayfari as the car rental agency of choice in India.

A reliable driver for our tour of Rajasthan: punctual and safe

We used Stayfari to hire a car and driver for a tour of Rajasthan. They were professional and quick to respond: we always had contact with them via WhatsApp. Our car was comfortable for three people and a lot of luggage and our driver, Mr Pawan Kumar, was reliable, safe, punctual and skilled at coping with India’s driving conditions. If he couldn’t get us somewhere in the car, such as the car free old city centres, he got us a tuktuk and ensured that they knew where to take us and where to return us. This made for a hassle free trip.

Stayfary is not a transparent company. They simply loot the customers by providing wrong info.

Their sales team fleece the customers. I was cheated by providing wrong info about the location. Either the sales team are not trained enough to study Google map or they dupe the customers deliberately. For a trip of 55-60 Kms they charged INR 6500. The only plus is they kept request for not sending a driver who chew guthka or pan and spit on the road. I am not going to use their service any more nor recommend to any of my professional friend to avail their service.

Good Service

Very prompt in service. Stayfari created a WhatsApp group for active communication. But that was not to be the case. We were left to plan for ourselves. Baring that, the quality of vehicle and the driver was very good.

Pleasant experience hiring a car with Stayfari

Booked a car from Chennai to Tirupati and back.Initially i had asked the driver to report at 3.45 AM.At 9 PM the night before I had to change the reporting time to 1.30 AM.I was expecting the driver to make a fuss about this but was pleasantly surprised that he had no issues with this late change.The car I was sent matched the photos that were shared with me.Driver was polite and well mannered.This was the first time I have used Stayfari and am happy with the way things went from the communication post booking till the trip was complete.

Stayfari provided an excellent experience. Directly after booking there was great communication and quick feedback through WhatsApp. It’s rare to find services that can provide child seats in India but it was easy to choose in the booking process. But the absolute highlight was Mr Wajid, our driver who, besides driving, helped with everything we needed and taught me and my family so much about Mumbai. Thank you Wajid!
