The worst drive ever! Do not recommend!

The driver not only was on his phone the entire time but started texting and ordering items off line! The worst experience, he didn’t get my bags or anything! This trip cost me $134. I should’ve took a taxi!

Scamming or Policy?

My driver was friendly... At the airport I asked if making a stop at Kaya House was an option and I was told "yes." The airport rep told the driver about the stop, but at no point was an extra fee mentioned by either. It wasn't until we were in route that I was told that there was an extra $30 cash charge for the extra stop. This is a policy that should be in writing and/or at minimum be communicated by the airport rep. And if this isn't a policy, then this is a heads up that your driver is hustling/scamming customers.

Smooth experience

We used Island Transfer for transportation between the Montego Bay airport and our resort in Runaway Bay. Service was great...on time, friendly and informative drivers.

Simply Amazing....

Both of my drivers were amazing! "Biggz" was my driver from the airport upon arriving in Jamaica. He was so polite and very informative. He point out different landmarks along the route to give me the full tour experience. Glen was my driver from the hotel back to the airport. He was very funny and courteous. I left my phone on the vehicle when I got out and he bought it back to me in time for me to make my flight. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants a safe and enjoyable ride and from the airport.

Round trip transfer with a little tour thrown in

Very friendly drivers who provided us to its a round trip to and from the airport. Our driver Damion was awesome. On the ride to our hotel he gave us a brief tour on the resorts we passed by as well as some history of the area. He made great conversations during our ride and it was very enjoyable.

Vacation

Just having a good time right now. Jewel Paradise Cove is awesome. The resort is amazing quiet and beautiful.

Punctual, Professional and Flexible

I would use the service again in a heartbeat. The owner was nice, responsive and provided proper communication prior to the pickup. The dispatcher at Montego Bay airport was really nice. The driver was punctual, very professional and super nice. I highly recommend this transportation service to anyone in Jamaica who need a ride from the airport or an excursion.

Wonderful Transport!

The drivers we had both ways were excellent! On the way to the resort the driver had a quiz on Jamaica and gave interesting history of the island!

Great Service, Friendly Staff!

Eric meet us outside the airport. He was very friendly, he took our bags to the car and made sure we had a car seat for my 3 year old son. Michael was our driver and he was excellent. He showed us Usaine Bolts’ high school and answered our questions about best food try on our trip. Overall we had great service!

Great Runaway Bay Transportation to/from Airport

Perfect service! The process was easy, I just followed the details instructions in the email. Arrival and departure were on time and seamless (even though our flight was almost 2 hours late). I would definitely recommend and would use again!

Overall it went smoothly and we had great service from both drivers, who were friendly & helpful. There was no sign to greet us but otherwise, the location provided led us to the right spot to meet our driver initially. When booking through Viator, it was also marked as completed prior to the return trip so I had to confirm that there was still a ride service pending to complete the round-trip booking. I contacted the operator through the app and was able to receive confirmation and request a pick-up time.

The transport driver was excellent and he has given us a history tour of the location our resort is located. And he was on time at the airport for pickup.

Use Viator for your transfer. It is worth the money

Our guides were so fun, exceptional drivers and made us feel welcomed. They told us about the island as we drove to our hotel. The return driver was just as wonderful and punctual

Highly recommend Island Transfer and Tours!

We were delighted by the service provided by Island Transfer and Tours! Our drivers to (Damian) and from (Glen) the Bahia Principe resort were courteous and helpful, plus we learned quite a bit about Jamaica on the way! As soon as our luggage was collected and we went through customs, we met the driver and (after grabbing a rum punch at the airport, of course!) were in our clean, air-conditioned van and on our way promptly. We were actually upgraded at the resort which required a different pick up location, and Glen was right there (even early) for our return transfer. We wish we had more time and would have used them for local tours without hesitation...and hope to do so next time we return. Highly recommend their services to anyone booking. Thank you very much!

Safe driver!

I scheduled a driver the night before heading to the airport after a very scary drive to our hotel through another company. This driver was safe and attentive. I wish I would have chosen this company for both trips.
