Omg! First our two jet ski instructors were fabulous! So patient and kind! Gave us the option to ride with us, helped us do tricks and guided us well! Then there was Lucci! He steered the boat for our parasailing! I can’t remember his partners name but they were not only funny, but kind, playful, knowledgeable and encouraging! I absolutely enjoyed our activities today! They later helped us rebook a kayak photo shoot that was canceled! I loved this experience so much!

I throughly enjoyed being able to knock off one of my bucket list and the view was so beautiful and calming!

The jet ski was so fun! Unfortunately we didn’t get to go parasailing due to a storm but still had a good time.

DISAPPOINTING

WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF ALLOWED. Reached out to me the night before our excursion offering a full refund because our resort was out of range (even though our resort was included in the options that are in rage for transportation). Kindly accepted the offer of a refund and was promised to receive a refund within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND BECAUSE THIS COMPANY HAS NOT UPDATED VIATOR TO ISSUE A REFUND (even though they assured me several times after the initial conversation the refund has been processed) THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND ENERGY AND BOOK ELSE WHERE

Everyone there are nice people and had a lot of fun it was really close to the hotel and love how it was in private area

Wouldn’t recommend

This was not fun! They make you sign a wavier stating that you pay 1,000 usd if you break the machine, you get on the machine and all the warning lights are flashing & there’s barley no gas! The machines don’t run properly and they make you stay in a small area! It was raining and there was lightening. Not enjoyable I was charged 600$ for jet ski and parasailing the parasailing was canceled I was refunded 200$ only! So I was charged 400$ for 30 mins on a jet ski that barley worked and it was raining.

Jet skiing was fun

The jet skiing was fun but the parasailing got canceled right after we got done jet skiing. And only got partially refunded which I don’t believe is fair

Amazing jet ski parasailing combo excursion

It was an amazing experience and excursion. The jet ski crew was amazing and the parasail crew was also incredible. The driver picked us up on time and the tour company was in communication from the moment we booked. The team made sure you felt safe and catered to all of our needs.

The people there were great had so much fun sister and I would do it again in a heart beat I’m 75 and she is 72 they know how to treat you

Good stuff

I went on the jet ski tour first, after that the parasailing tour and I enjoyed both activities; it's nothing earth shattering or mind boggling but it doesn't need to be - I would like to warn other stuff that you need to attend the parasailing preferably on empty stomach or better said not before otherwise you might seriously puke due to becoming seasick because I did feel slightly nauseous due to the wind shoving me left and right while I was suspended in the air. After I got something to eat, the nausea went away. PS I wasn't able to take any pictures because I definitely was not going to risk dropping my cell phone in the ocean or similar.

Highlight of My Trip

This excursion was the highlight of my trip. I travelled solo and was made to feel welcomed, safe and comfortable by driver Rhone & the other tour instructors. You have plenty of time on the jet skis and the parasailing was amazing also. Overall I had a great time & lot of fun. I would recommend CarvilleToursJA and go with them again.

I loved jet skiing sooo much it felt like I was flying on the water!! I definitely suggest everyone to try it! You don’t get to do it everyday and me being drunk it intensified the experience

The jet ski time was slightly less than it should have been bc they use the jet ski time to take you to the parasailing boat. the parasailing was phenomenal!!!! the parasailing defiantly made the experience.

Fun, Unfussy Excursion. Highly Recommend!

The vendor had great communication from start to finish! This excursion was less than 5 minutes away from our resort. It's family owned and operated. They give good instructions. It was our first time riding jet skis and they gave us a brief but detailed tutorial before letting us go out on our own. We will definitely book with them again in the future. Our roundtrip transportation service was also really nice.

Fun! Gentle & Patient

This outfit is top notch! From our driver (Ron/Roan? - forgive the accent barrier), to when he dropped us off. This trip is all about my 75yr old mother's bday. They took such care with her; gentlemen the whole way. Allowed us to sail together and even remained on her jet ski with her! That allowed her the opportunity to experience the skiis without fear, and then escorted her up the beach. Absolutely recommend them!

Thrilling. Amazing aerial views

The whole experience was great from the beginning. The driver (Ron) got to our hotel right on time. Very courteous and nice gentleman. The crew with the jet skis were also nice, they were all about our safety. The parasailing was the cherry on the cake. Thrilling! The views from up there were amazing. Remember to use sun tan lotion and take a water proof harness for your cellphone to take plenty of pictures.

Very friendly and helpful staff! If you’re staying in sandals Montego Bay this location is less than 5 minutes outside the resort. They provided a pickup and drop off ride to the resort. Overall great experience

Jet Ski’s and Parasailing

Staff were professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did this excursion solo. You have the option to ride the jet skis with or without a professional.

Parasailing was nice I only did two events. And jet ski I didn’t care for one of the operators . Oh I forgot to mention I had to pay a taxi 250 just to get thrre

Worth it !!

I did this excursion solo …Jet ski tour was cool !! I don’t remember my tour guy name :( but he was very nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time …we stopped at margaritaville which was fun …After that the parasailing guys put me on the boat ..Randy and Lucci were awesome guides !! They went above and beyond To make sure my experience was pleasant although they knew I was scared !! The view on the parasail was amazing, I can’t wait to do it again definitely 10/10 experience and service !

Excellent Times

This was an absolutely awesome day. We started with some really fun time whipping around on jet skis before Hassani brought us over to Pier 1 to finish off with parasailing. Guides and crews at both locations were great, and Hassani organizing it all was amazing, with a really nice transfer to top it off
