Beautiful

This beach was sooo beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious! We stayed in the water for about 2 hours it was so relaxing. We were the only people there and they also have a lifeguard on duty. Definitely 10/10

Great food and great service

Had a ton of fun, Kalia was a great guide! The food at the Beach Club was really good and they walk around and offer you Jamaican cocktails which were delicious. I 100% recommend this experience.

River Falls were incredible and lunch at Bamboo Beach club with authentic Jamaica tapas was very good. Abigail & Barton were great tour guide with fun facts along the drive. If you have extra time to stop, Jamaica KFC is way better than America

The host Sasha And Lorraine and Wendell all have great customer services. They were flirty informative, friendly, and good driver. The hospitality was surperb

Bamboo Beach Club

Chin was a very nice Tourguide. She did a lot of explaining and gave us much information’s about their culture and the island. Bamboo Beach was a little private Club where you get a chair to sit next to beautiful palmtrees. The water was very clear and it was a nice little spot for snorkeling. The area is totally private so you can relax while you get food and drinks. Overall we had a very nice time!

Bamboo Beach excursion - Norwegian Jade

Cara was an incredible host along with all of the staff on the beach. The service and food were amazing! There was a constant flow of food and drinks. We highly recommend going to this beach as you will get an authentic Jamaican experience!

Gorgeous Beach!

We had a pleasant stay at Bamboo beach. Things got off to a rocky start as they changed the start time on us. Once we got there we had plenty of chairs to spread out. We were treated to local food and drink during our stay. It is a small cove roped off for safety. Not much fish to see though. This is a somewhat primitive spot not a resort just for awareness. But very relaxing. They even offer massages on the beach. All in all, I would recommend.

Bamboo fun

Enjoyed the Bamboo beach club. It was very relaxing and fun. The food was delicious. Only bad con was that it took an hour to get to and from it.

Cara was our hostess with the mostest and she was the best we could have gotten! Super sweet, knowledgeable, and fun! The food was delicious, we didn’t have a drink we didn’t like, and it was just so relaxing! Weather was perfect, we were the only ones on the beach since it just wasn’t a busy day, and we saw a bunch of animals! Hermit crabs, sea slug, fish swam at your feet! 10/10, would recommend! Would go again!

We had an amazing time! Raquel was an amazing tour guide along with Ches (our driver). The customer service was top tier. We had so much fun and learned so much. We will definitely be booking with them again whenever we find ourselves back in Jamaica.

Nice relaxing day at the beach

Nice place to relax, great food and great service. We had a great host Cara and a great driver Remal bus 314. The drive its about 45 min to get to the place from the port.

The best day with shavenne

Shavenne was the absolute best tour guide/cool cool bartender..she kept us laughing from ocho Rios to bamboo beach club she's super intelligent and smart I love her.she kept us secure and well fed she work very hard she need a raise definitely recommend shavenne and bamboo beach club

Had a beautiful day at the beach with our incredible host Serina. She not only educated us on our drive to the beach club but she made sure we all received plenty of food and drinks. Serbia went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

I love Jamaca !!

Our tour guide dell was great, we tubed down a river for about an hour and the river guide shawn made it very fun. We then went to bamboo beach club for lunch and drinks and we were taking care of by Sharona who was our hostest, entertainer and waitress. My husband I had a great time. I love Jamaica!!

Great Day Trip

It was a great day. A nice 45 minute ride in an air conditioned van with great views and points of interest pointed out along the way. Keeriann was our tour guide, waitress and bartender. She was a ROCK STAR and made the trip a fantastic experience.

Beautiful Beach with great service

So much fun! Great drinks, great hospitality, awesome tour, felt very safe with both our driver Everald Davie and our hostess and tour guide Katherine! I'm allergic to pineapple and they were very considerate about allergies. Beach is beautiful. Jerk chicken was very tasty.

Just Good 🫥

Staff were very welcoming. Served our food and drinks very quickly. Drinks and food were very tasty 😋 tho there was no reggae performance as advertised 😔 Beach was just ok

Disappointing

We did not really get to enjoy our time there. Our hostess would disappear for 30 minutes at a time, while all other groups had very attentive hostesses. She missed us when passing out lunch and we could not find her to let her know until it was about time to leave. We notified another hostess, who said ours would be back soon. We didn't have time to eat our food and since we were waiting for her the whole time, did not get much time on the beach. Very disappointed. She was nice but extremely slow and I feel I paid for nothing.

Would avoid this excursion.

At the port, this company also had other excursions departing at the same time. A lot of confusion as to what line to stand in. People were standing in the wrong lines mainly because none of the excursion leaders had paddles or signage. When we scheduled the excursion 8 months ago, it was to be at 9:00 which was great since it included lunch. By the time we go t the day of the excursion, they moved it up to 7:15. The bus we traveled in was For Sale, very old, the shocks needed replaced, the AC didn't work, it appeared to be imported from Asia since it had Chinese messages on the seats, had troubled keeping speed gong up hills. The beach club is about a mile back on a gravel/dirt road. Sign when entering off of the high said "Safe to Park" The beach was full of rocks, some right under the surface of the sand so you really have to be careful walking. The sand pretty much totally disappears once you get into the water. 75% is large slabs of lava rock. Very few went into the water. The cocktails only included punch or pop with rum/vodka. They did comp us some additional time.

Do Not Recommend - Falsely Advertised and No Customer Service

No customer service - refund promised and now being refused. We attempted to do this excursion however due to the circumstances the tour operator told us it would be refunded. I have not been contacted for the refund and would like to request it ASAP. - we had no guidance on how to locate the tour pick up, after taking a shuttle to the next terminal we were instructed by the driver to board the shuttle for the Bamboo Beach Club - we sat in the shuttle for over 20 minutes with no guidance from the tour operators on next steps - after 30 min of waiting we were instructed to move to a different shuttle - we moved our group of 9 adults, including two infants, into the new shuttle to be told minutes later that it was the wrong shuttle - we moved to a third shuttle after the tour operator promised that we would be leaving immediately for the beach club - we sat in the third shuttle for over 10 minutes waiting to depart, at which point we were told it would take 1 hr to get there and we would need to leave 1.5 hours after arrival - we informed the tour guide that we needed to get off the shuttle as it has been an hour delay and our group could not do the additional delays. The tour guide informed me that we would be contacted by the host for a refund. The host and Viator are now refusing to issue the refund so we are out $600+ along with the wasted 1.5 hours on our cruise port day. The other 6 adults in the shuttle decided to stay and go on the tour, however they were all very upset, one woman was calling Viator customer service during the delay and many were yelling at the bus driver and tour operator. It was extremely tense and uncomfortable as everyone was upset with the tour operations.

A relaxing day!

Wonderful experience at Bamboo Beach Escape with Asheka and team! Great food, music, dancing and relaxation. You’re not forced to purchase anything extra but they have other things to buy like souvenirs, lobster rolls and etc! Asheka served drinks and food the entire time! Must experience!!

Beach Trip Excursion

Good food, great views, refreshing drinks, and the ocean was crisp. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, the water is a bit shallow, but overall very relaxing. Cara and Amika were helpful, and our driver Marvin was very friendly.

Great way to enjoy the gorgeous rivers, beach and people!

Georgia was our guide and she was amazing! We had a blast tubing down the river with Big Ben, our river tour guide!! The river water and ocean were refreshing and the views were so serene and tranquil! We enjoyed the food as well! We can’t wait to come back with our kids!

Jayan was a great guide, very knowledgable about the area and about Bob Marley! Also great at making cocktails and shots. We had a great spot by the beach and enjoyed our day trip! Greg was a great driver too! Can recommend the trip.

Quite and peaceful with delicious food

The Club team was friendly and took care of our needs quickly. The only thing that happened was the rain but with it raining they made us comfortable.

Jayan was the hostess with the mostest. She was very sweet, patient, hospitable and knowledgable. I learned a lot about Jamaica because of Jayan. I will definitely be back because of her.

This beach and our guide both were sooo amazing

Our guide Jayan was the BEST. On the ride she gave us history on Jamaica and she made sure we were good every step of the way. The beach was absolutely beautiful and everyone was very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this experience Jayan and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome and we had a great time. The food and drinks were delicious as well. Don’t hesitate to book this!

Jayan was very informative about the history of Jamaica. She knew her stuff. When we arrived at the beach. We had a blast. This trip is really worth the money. I promise you that you will be greatly satisfied with this experience. You can get your drink on and eat for this price.

Fantastic day!

We had Cara as our guide.. she was amazing! She did a great job with the tour explaining the history and current landscape of Jamaica and the areas we saw. She also was able to answer any questions the group had and was super knowledgeable.. and fun! We did the bus tour and then the beach with food. I highly recommend the jerk chicken! We had a great time and recommend this tour and Cara as your guide!

Our excursion to Dunns River Falls and Bamboo Beach club was awesome!! Our hostess, Jayan was attentive. She made sure our group stayed together and that all of our needs were met. The local Jamaican food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely would do this tour again. Our driver, Vincent got us to and from the ship in one piece instead of multiple pieces. I highly recommend this excursion.
