It’s like being in another world, full of magic.

What a place, just amazing. Our tour guide directed myself, wife and son through the falls. It’s not something you can even imagine. Shane our guide, educated us on so much. He never rushed us and is without doubt the best camera man you could ever have, he filmed and documented us throughout and was so good of him. His skills are second to none. You really must use SHANE! He won’t let you down. After the falls, Our driver was fab, lovely car always on time, took us to a local lunch spot for the best jerk chicken in downtown Jamaica and it was heaven! This tour is well worth doing and you won’t regret it I promise. We will be back next year in 2025 and cannot wait we really can’t. Thank you guys so much! Michelle and Tom

Good experience

It was a wonderful experience the tour guy from Mayfield went above and beyond and stop to explain each plant 🪴 what it does and for what is used for . He played with my son and helped us when it felt rough in the water, please wear anti mosquito! We both got eaten alive!!!! . Our driver Damion was amazing picked us up on time and even waited for us to return back to our hotel unlike the other driver . Thank you Damion

Mayfield Falls hike

Beautiful hike up a tropical river with many waterfalls! My family thoroughly enjoyed it. Dwight was a great tour guide. He took so many great pictures that we will have to remember this trip. He literally held my hand and helped me walk through difficult parts of the river (I am 69). The home cooked chicken lunch was delicious! Highly recommend!

Superb waterfalls and great guide (Dave) !

We had a great time at the Mayfield waterfalls! The falls are magnificent. The ride is sporty (close to canyoning) and fun! My fiancé and I were both accompanied by our guide Dave. Dave was great with us, he accompanied us well, helped me on the difficult sections and showed us all the fun things to do in the falls. We felt safe the whole time. I highly recommend Dave for your visit! This is a must-do in Jamaica!

Best experience ever!

We came by Godwin’s Tours and had a splendid time in de car with tourgide Godwin! Big up!! When we arrived we had a warm welcome by the staff especially by McKenzie, big up! Our falls guide was Dave. He made sure we were feeling special, had the time of our life and also getting educated about the falls and everything nature had to offer!! Big up Dave! The lunch was delicious! Bless the Chef!! Great little gem

Three of us in our group with our own guide. Yes the falls are small in comparison to some other falls, but the guide was great and did interesting things with the group, including taking photos for us with our cameras. Good lunch to follow. The locals need our support so just go for it.

Highly recommend Mayfield Falls! The natural beauty is stunning. Zukie and Jerome were great guides. They showed us cocoa pods, tumeric, sleeping fern and so many other things allow the way. The water is clear, refreshing and so enjoyable. (We didn’t have lunch)

Shaine and Jerome are the best!

Mayfield Falls was absolutely incredible. I highly encourage people to make the trip to the mountains for this tour. On top of the stunning beauty, you will get to experience Jamaica how it's meant to be experienced. The guides that work here are amazing humans. We had Jerome as a guide and couldn't recommend him more. We had so much fun with him, and he taught us some amazing information about the jungle. After the tour, we were able to spend time with the other employees. If Jerome is unavailable for a Tour, Shaine is another awesome person to have guide you. I can't speak highly enough about this location and its employees. One love!

Unforgettable natural tour/guide

Don't miss! Even with the long bad roadways. Lester was our smiling guide, he made everyone feel confident and safe while holding our stuff while taking great pics. He explained flora/fauna and the best way to manage walking the river/waterfalls. If you read this and don't visit, you've missed a local unforgettable treat!

Gorgeous walk and limestone "treat!"

This was a really fun and unique walk inside a waterfall. Dennis was helpful and took great care of us. A highlight was the area where we gathered and spread limestone "mud" over each other. Our skin was ah - maaa - zing afterward. The lunch was delish as well.

Unexpected Delight

This was a great day trip Dwight our guide was wonderful. He is a master of cell phone photography. Order your lunch before you head to the river. The chickens dishes were wonderful. Diane (I think), she will have the food and drink ready when you come back in, and you will be hungry. Our driver Andrew was great too.

Wonderful Experience

Absolutely amazing experience with Dave! Gorgeous waterfalls, an experienced guide who provided so much information and laughs—and he doubled as a personal videographer/photographer! We have fabulous photos and videos—THANK YOU DAVE! We had no idea what to expect. We assumed this was similar to Dunn’s River Falls but this experience was SO AMAZING! Literally hiking through the water and up the falls…so so cool! And ZERO crowd—only one family that we met along the way. We also had lunch at Mayfield Falls and WOW! Absolutely blown away. 10/10 recommend! You absolutely will NOT be disappointed—and ask for Dave to be your guide!

Wonderful hidden Gem in the mountains

This trip exceeded our expectations. It was 2 of us and we had a young guide (Andre) who was gentle and pleasant and ensured that we tread carefully to avoid slipping on the rocks. He knew where to take the best photos, mixed up 'healing' mud from the rocks for us to paste on ourselves, which when we washed it off produced an amazing glow, and showed us the best swimming holes. It was a wonderful 2 hours or more and we have such beautiful photos taken by the guide, to remember the day. And if that was not enough when we returned we ate from the restaurant and the food was the best we had eaten in our stay in Westmoreland. Dionne was a gracious hostess and the chef cooks the best fried fish and steamed vegetables I have ever eaten. Perfect for families and definitely very local and not gimmicky. Hardest part was the uphill return to the restaurant and parking area. Bathrooms were super clean and staff friendly. Authentic Jamaican experience!

Gotta do this excursion! Ask for Lester (aka Chicken) he was an amazing guide and we saw things other groups did not get to see! Worth every penne (and the horrible road to get there. Kinda felt like riding a bull in a rodeo?!

Best top 10 coolest things ever!

From our hotel in Montego Bay, it took 1.5 hr on a really rough road. My daughter and I get car sick all the time, and our driver drove like a maniac and his car smelled like pee so I regretted at first feeling like throwing up. But once you get there, you will forget the sick feelings and it will turn out all worth coming down here. Our guide Byron was great and taking all our pictures for us while we were swimming in beautiful natural clear water. For lunch, we chose garlic, curried and grilled chicken and they all were so good! There were some litter on the side of waterfalls so hope it’s cleaned up. Recommend to take motion sickness pills for some people like us.

Original Mayfield Falls - MUST SEE!

A hidden gem for sure. Would highly recommend. We arrived early before a lot of visitors and had the place to ourself. Request Dave. He was an awesome guide. He also took incredible pictures of us along the way to capture the experience. The water was so clean and beautiful. The falls had many deep spots that you could make small jumps into, and a spot to even swim under some rocks at the end. You should wear a bathing suit and bring water shoes for the rocks. A MUST SEE!

Super intimate

Super intimate. Only one other couple on our tour. The guide made us feel completely safe crossing over the river and the rapids and made sure we had a super fun time. The jerk chicken was yum!!

Adventure in the jungle

This trip was a combination of Eco tourism and healing. It is not for the unfit. I work out and I’m 59 and the guide had to extend his hand constantly for the slippery rocks and swift water. Worth it!

A unique experience with an executional guide

Dave, Dave, Dave! A beautiful natural experience can only be accentuated by those that are familiar with a given location. Dave went above and beyond to make sure we had fun, and learned a thing or two along the way about the plants, wildlife, and Jamaican history. The water was crystal clear and a refreshing temperature. Dave made sure we sat under the waterfalls and enjoyed a natural massage. He took care of all of our things and was a top notch photographer and videographer, a Jamaican Stephen Spielberg. I would recommend the falls to anyone, couples, families, solo travelers, groups etc. It’s totally worth calling ahead and asking for Dave to ensure that you have the best time!

A hidden gem!

This is a must see place in Jamaica, if you are close to Negril. Off the beaten path and high volume tourist attractions. We went with a a sick child, who needs to go slow, and take breaks. Our guide, Lester, aka, Chicken was fabulous! He took the time needed with our daughter, showed her the easier ways, where to rest. The place is spectacular, a hidden gem, and perfect for families or people who like adventure and challenge. You walk up the many waterfalls and through the forest. Lester showed us so many things! Turmeric, herbs, wildlife, birds! He knows everything! So enjoyable! Don’t where suntan lotion, the activity is in the shade and it ruins the water. Bring water and snacks, a dry bag if you don’t want things to get wet, as you are walking up about 25 falls! Amazing day! Thank you! Take your garbage with you, as this place is magical and should remain that way for others!

We had a great time at Mayfield Falls. Zukie, our tour guide made sure we experienced the best the falls had to offer - from water holes, to underground tunnels to jumping and diving possibilities, with plenty of insight into plants and vegetation around the falls. we couldn’t have asked for more! We even had a chance to give each other a mini lime massage that left our skin feeling like a baby’s bottom. The lunch after our tour was a fantastic, home-cooked Jamaican meal that we aren’t likely to forget anytime soon. We’d highly recommend this tour.

Worth the drive

Mayfield Falls This is a one and a half hour ride from the Riu Hotel with the last half of the ride over very rough road. We were assigned two guides for our group of seven including one six year old. Walking (climbing) the numerous waterfalls with beach shoes was relatively easy since the rocks that you have to walk over are not slippery at all. No step up over the falls was little more than two feet in height. Our guides Jerome and Andry were very helpful assisting the older folks over the tricky spots. Since the river is spring fed the water is cool but not cold. The day was very warm with a temperature of around thirty degrees meant bathing in the river was refreshing. At each drop there are deeper pools where you can relax and enjoy the coolness. In some places you can literally go completely under the falls. The guides were very helpful in pointing out the flora and fauna showing us birds, wild cacao, turmeric etc. What goes up must come down and the hike back to the start was the hardest part of the tour. This is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. The entry fee was reasonable for what you received and the guides were very accommodating. I highly recommend this tour.

Dave is the best tour guide!!

Dave was our tour guide! He was amazing!! He was so kind and made sure me and my sister was good. He was the best and when I return I definitely wouldn’t want another tour guide but Dave! Well worth the trip!!!

Went with a driver out of Negril and took an hour and a bit to get out there. Nice country and travel through lots of small towns to get there. When you arrive you pay an additional $20 per head to do the tour which includes a guide. We got the best guy, a Rasta guy named Zuki, who was super helpful with the kids and even took the camera to do some filming etc. as we went. The falls themselves are small, compared to a Dunns, but it's a very beautiful rainforest river walk where you are climbing up along the way. Beautiful spot and easy to navigate, cool clean water. Kids loved it. Didn't order the food as you had to do so ahead of time and didn't have the options i wanted. Tip the guide 30+ i would say if they are helpful. Try to get Zuki he's great.

Special Day Solo at Mayfield Falls

I had an amazing time at Mayfield Falls when I was traveling to Jamaica by myself for R&R. My guide Dave was kind, respectful and allowed me the time and space to really experience the beauty of the place. I took my own taxi from Westmoreland and got lunch elsewhere, so I cannot report on the transportation or food options. The river was one of the most peaceful and spiritual places I have visited. I went on a difficult anniversary and I felt supported the whole days. Highly recommended. I have also been to YS Falls, which is also fun, but I would return to Mayfield Falls first.

Perfect day adventure

We took the advice of our amazing driver Julian from Regal Tropix Tours (highly recommend him for anyone who needs an island guide or driver) and it was probably my favorite part of the entire trip. The property is beautiful and almost untouched. Perfect mix of gentle to moderate hiking with beautiful water falls to go with. Jerome was our guide at the falls and he was awesome. He was very patient and made sure my wife was able to take the right route while climbing different structures. He also made sure to teach us about local vegetation (which we throughly enjoyed). We ordered lunch prior to making our trek in the water and we were pleased with our dishes. Highly recommend Mayfield Falls.

Mayfield Falls great experience

Whilst staying in Negril we decided to visit Mayfield Falls instead of YS Falls because it was the closest of the two to us. From Royalton it took about 1.5 hours in a private taxi. Also, Mayfield is not widely publicised because the route is quite rustic and jungly, the roads are narrow therefore it’s hard for a big tour coach to manoeuvre round the winding, very strap roads which are filled with pot holes. Nevertheless, the journey up the mountain is stunning and if you are looking for a raw authentic experience you will enjoy it. I cannot comment on the differences between Mayfield and YS but what I can say is that Mayfield is a really beautiful place, there is a total of around 13 small waterfalls which are easily climbable and several opportunities to soak in freshwater pools (if you forget to bring rock shoes the hosts will rent you a sanitised pair). You will be allocated a private tour guide for the size of your party (we recommend DAVE) who was very knowledgeable about the location and made the climb look effortless, almost gliding on the rocks as if they were regular pavement. We had a fantastic experience and definitely recommend visiting this protected nature site. Please note that those running the site are all locals and the guides are volunteers, so tips are always welcomed and much appreciated. Make sure you try the steam fish which the cook managed to make within 15mims after our tour had ended. Very tasty indeed. Hope this helps 😃

Not to be missed

NOT TO BE MISSED.............. 5 stars is not enough to describe this place, if you want untouched natural beauty, rainforest, natural jacuzzi pools, amazing forest and fauna, multiple waterfalls of crystal clear water that massage the body this is the place. We had a hired car and drove there ourselves however, the manager Dionne was so pleasant and super helpful when we called in advance to book (best to book in advance and get directions if you are driving yourself). The cost is more than reasonable at $20usd pp, this included the wonderful professional and knowledgeable Andray as our tour guide he led us from one waterfall to the other, giving us time to enjoy each amazing experience. Swimming in nature's whirlpool felt so awesome. We will be back everytime we are in Jamaica. Shout out to all the wonderful staff, Dionne and Dew - managers, Zookle , Andray the tour guide and big up the craft man and lady.

Try and get to this

I recommend taking this trip, you won't be disappointed! Our personal guide was great and the driver to and from was a nice guy too. Sincere people who you'd enjoy being around.

Exhilarating

Rashawn at Humble Redz taxi service spent the day touring around and taking us up to Mayfield falls. Jerome was our tour guide. What an incredible guy. He took us in the most memorable hike up the falls where we could dive in, swim under and play around in the falls. Anyone going to Negril should take a portion of the day and go experience this beautiful place.

Really fun, non-touristy river walk.

What a great day out. The falls are not big, really a series of small cascades. But it the water is so clear and refreshing and the whole trip was really fun. Our guide, Dave, was great. He helped us over the bigger rocks, pointed out some fun features (slides, jumps, swim throughs etc) and told us about some of the interesting plants and history of the area. Parents and teenage kids all had a great time. Its out of the way but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Awesome Afternoon

This is our third trip to Jamaica and we wanted to do something new and see more of the country. Our excursion was arranged through our resort (Sunset at the Palms). We were picked up by JUTA and Our driver, Manner, was really nice and pointed out things for us. When we arrived at the falls, we ordered our lunch which would be waiting for us when we finished the tour. Our guide Dave was great! He took photos for us, let us spend time in the pools, and explore. He knew the river like the back of his hand and navigated us through the falls with ease. (And he was always there to give a hand getting up the falls.) He picked up on our interest in the geology, flora, and fauna and pointed out things he knew we’d like. When we returned, we had a delicious lunch (coconut chicken and rice) and a Red Stripe. Thanks Dave and everyone at Original Mayfield Falls for a fantastic experience!! (Tip: They have a changing area at the parking area. Take advantage of this! I ended up wearing my wet clothes on the ride back to Negril. Next time I will leave the dry clothes in the car with the driver.)

Amazing Tour!!!

The tour was definitely 5/5. Our driver was on time and allowed us to stop and take pictures whenever we wanted. Our tour guide Dave was amazing!! He had super good knowledge and took beautiful pictures while my friend and I were able to enjoy the water. He made sure we are safe at all times and was super patient. If you can, you should request him as a river guide! In comparison to other Falls in Jamaica, this place was not crowded at all and the nature was beautiful. After our tour the lunch was already cooked and was super delicious. We are definitely coming back!

Amazing & Beautiful

Absolutely beautiful location. Fresh air, lovely vegetation, bomb food!!! Our tour guide, Dave, was the best. I appreciate how attentive, patient, & how he took his time with us. I'm not a swimmer, but this place was perfect even for me. Dave knows these falls in & out, let us know where to step safely. Beautiful falls

Loved our trip to Mayfield Falls. We're lucky to just have us 2 in the tour with Lester who was amazing, very knowledgeable and taught us much about the falls. It had been raining prior to our tour so water was strong but felt safe with him there as he knew every safe place to step, swim or dive in. If you have restricted mobility parts may be difficult but the guides will look after you. As the falls are shaded there is no need for shades or sunscreen, but this does mean the water is a little chilly. Water shoes are a must even though the rocks aren't slippy you need solid footing in the water. Most of the time you walk/climb in the water, it's not vital to be a good swimmer. The 1.5 hr transfer from negril was an interesting and picturesque drive up into the hills. Road surface was broken up in many places and there are some tight bends with little visibility if you are cosindering driving yourself. So glad we did Mayfield, beautiful place, nice food, good people

A walk through Gods BEAUTY!

I truly just loved the walk through and having the guides there to tell us about the falls and the tour itself. David and his young companion in training (sorry I forgot your name). David was very informative and friendly. He knew exactly every step in the waters to prevent any accidents. It was a bit slippery due to the rainfall, however, David held my arm as I took every step. I felt very comfortable and secure. I truly recommend going on this tour. Young and old will enjoy it very much. Suggest getting the meal package because you will be very hungry after the walk. The food was delicious. I believe the cook was Jermaine. Very talented! BTW: You are allowed to request your guide. I HIGHLY recommend asking for David M. Beautiful waterfall( lots of fun )

Absolutely loved this waterfall . It is very interactive & visitors are very in tune with the water . Our tour guide Dave was very knowledgeable & kind when guiding us . Very beautiful sight to get pictures with the family as well as have a nice experience with the water . After our visit through the falls we arrived to some hot amazing food. I would recommend this sight to be top of your list when visiting Jamaica . You’ll have lot of fun .

Top authentic Jamaican experience

My family of four including two high school/college aged children visited the Original Mayfield Falls for the day while staying in Negril. Our hotel found us a driver who charged $190US to drive us approximately 1.5 hours each way and waited for us about three hours to do the hike/walk up the falls and back, change back into dry clothes, eat lunch and lounge a bit. Some may find the trip arduous on the narrow, windy, pot holed roads particularly as you head up into the hills but while my wife and I had traveled to Jamaica including Mayfield Falls multiple times many years ago, this was our first time back with the kids and allowing them to see parts of Jamaica outside the resort towns was a great part of the experience - the beautiful countryside, a multitude of roadside stands, people working, children walking to and from school in their sharp uniforms unique to each school. We passed by sugar plantations and the Frome Sugar factory, banana plantations, several small settlements and skirted the edge of Sav-La-Mar. Upon arriving at the destination, you may be struck by how primitive it all is. A dirt/gravel parking lot and then walk in to the open bar/kitchen with an attached covered outdoor eating area and a row of changing stalls and two well kept/clean bathroom stalls with conventional toilets (no “squatty potties”). We were greeted by DIONNE (spelling?) who will get you oriented and collect the $20US per person admission fee ($12 for youngsters, I believe 12 and younger). There is no paperwork, no signing of waivers, and I don’t think they take credit cards. You will want to eat while there, I would recommend after your adventure - it is remote, the food is excellent, and no better options anywhere close by. When you sign in, Dionne will show you a handwritten menu with your choice of several traditional Jamaican meals and reasonable prices (about $15-20US) given the quality and authenticity and scarcity of other options. You pay ahead of time and your food will be ready soon after your return. Three of us had the brown stew chicken, one had the snapper which can be prepared grilled, jerk, escovitch, et al and all served with rice and peas and some cabbage slaw - nice portion size, fresh, and all delicious and satisfying. There were multiple other entree options as well, I believe including curry chicken and jerk. No hamburgers, sandwiches, chicken fingers or other typical American lunch fare. They have bottled water/beer/soft drinks (Ting is the quintessential Grapefruit flavored Jamaican soda) for a reasonable additional charge. After signing in, we were introduced to our guide DAVE. You cannot find a better guide. He was great at quickly establishing a nice rapport with the young and old people and making everyone feel comfortable. He has been guiding at Mayfield Falls a very long time and 100% invested in tailoring a great safe experience for your party and advancing Mayfield Falls as a great place to visit. There were several local people hanging out at the main compound talking, playing dominos, eating or drinking, napping and it was all very convivial - no harassment at all. There was one man selling waterproof smartphone holders on a ribbon necklace for a mere $10US and we brought one smart phone to take pics and video which you can do thru the clear covering and the phone stayed bone dry. There was a nice old Rasta man selling cold jellies/coconut water out of a coconut cut right in front of you but readily accepted a polite “no thank you” though something you should try if you’ve never done so! It seems to be a very simple operation. There was no computer or TV screen anywhere and we did not reserve slots for the tour nor did our hotel suggest we do so when they arranged our driver. It was like everyone was waiting for us to arrive when got there though (not in a bad way) but I could see where you might want to reserve ahead during a busier time (November thru March) or with a really large party. We felt comfortable locking our other phones and belongings including cash in our driver’s car. I’d recommend leaving as much of your belongings as possible back in your accommodation which ideally has a safe. We also had a high quality “regular” camera which Dave took charge of, took great care of, and took multiple great pictures of us and the surroundings usually of his own initiative. There are lockers by the changing rooms you may rent. Do know that you will be soaking wet the whole time once you enter the Mayfield river. Think of it as a water park in an incredibly beautiful natural setting. Wear a comfortable swim suit and perhaps a synthetic wicking shirt. I would not wear cotton or denim. You hike upstream thru numerous pools and eddies about 45” then back down. We all wore non-leather Teva type sandals with Velcro heel and forefoot straps which are more ideal in my opinion than the water shoes you may rent there or bring on your own as you’ll be stepping on various sized rocks the whole time. You will not be able to do this with slides or flip flops. You are shaded the whole time so leave sunglasses in the vehicle or locker - they will come off in the falls or when you swim. If you must wear prescription glasses, I recommend you have them secured with a necklace type accessory. You should not get sun burned if you minimize your time in the parking area and while it was never mentioned, we all know sunscreen can foul otherwise pristine water like that in these headwaters. You will take a short but steep hike down to the river (and thus a short but steep hike back up at the end). There are some crudely paved areas on the way but no steps and parts can be muddy and slippery but your guide will help. Dave showed us numerous fascinating plants and other natural features on the way down and throughout the excursion - I won’t spoil the cool things you’re in for with more detail. Everything will be at your pace - we never felt like anything was belabored nor did we ever feel rushed. Dave knows every square inch of the river bed and will always direct you away from a slippery spot, will show you where to use a hand hold, etc. You’ll go through multiple pools and we jumped off (cannonball anyone?) rocks into the deeper pools. We were encouraged to lounge and swim in pools. We got a natural massage sitting in a brisk rapid and tested our strength climbing over rocks and thru rapids though there is always an easy less effort full way around any of the rapids. Which, by the way, is how I would describe what they call “falls.” This is not Niagara or even western North Carolina - maybe a 5-6 foot fall/drop at most but nonetheless quite beautiful and a lot of fun. After you spend 1.5-2 hours working up your appetite, you can dry off and change into the dry clothes you brought with you in the changing rooms then enjoy your meal. It started pouring rain during our lunch which really just added to the experience at that point as we enjoyed our food and red stripe with our driver Trevor and other locals close by. Someone across the way not too close to us smoked some ganja but this is Jamaica after all and just regular Jamaicans going about their daily lives with nobody harassing anybody else. Our guide only gently informed us at the very end as he showed us to the changing rooms that guides work off tips (we assumed this) knowing we likely had no money on us then and then walked away to eat his lunch - I had to approach him later to give him a tip. I considered how he likely sits there many days with little to no work coming in and how much we pay for something as mundane as a night at the movie theatre back in the states and how much more valuable this experience was to my family to know I should dig a little deeper - you’ll feel that much better about the experience as you reflect on it later knowing you were generous. Our family have enjoyed dozens of state and national parks around the world and I think I was most struck by how pristine and unspoiled this river and region was in general and yet completely undersubscribed to the point where they may not be able to provide this amazing experience any more - when I was here 20 years ago there was a larger building, now in ruins, and many more people coming to the falls back then. There was a larger group of 12 coming back soon after we entered the river then 2 groups of four coming down as we went up but otherwise had this amazing place to ourselves. We would never want to experience the over commercialized (verging on abusive) chaos of Dunns river (which I grant has steeper falls and more climbing) after experiencing the serene beauty of the Mayfield river and surrounding wilderness. Picture having a place like the narrows at Zion National Park to yourself! Our excursion was around 6 hours door to door, we left our hotel after breakfast around 1000AM and returned at 400PM - I wouldn’t plan on doing much else that day afterwards except lounging and eating a nice supper. When we return to the Original Mayfield Falls, we hope DAVE our guide is still there and will definitely contact them ahead of time to request him. He has incredible passion for this place and a beautiful spirit. If you are moderately adventurous, moderately fit and want an experience that is the opposite of a theme park then I think you too will find this to be one of your top travel experiences. Prior to coming a few of the negative reviews had me skeptical, but immediately upon arrival I was extremely impressed with the customer service my family and I received from both the front desk attendant our tour guide Dave , and other vendors in the area. Of all the places in Jamaica we felt most welcomed here apart from that it was a beautiful and amazing experience which I feel is something everyone should do if visiting Jamaica! It may be a hard journey up but that should be expected when driving in Jamaica. I would suggest requesting Dave if you’re going for he takes a lot of pride in what he does and I promise you will have the greatest experience for he shows you all there is to know about the Falls.
