Dunns River Falls Climb, ATV, Horseback Ride & Swim, and Ziplines

I emailed several times for the pictures of my group and video. They kept sending me other people. Very disappointed! Don’t pay for any photos. I got scammed.

Zip lining

I finally did the zipling at dunns river falls and i was honestly scared shitless 😂 !!! But with the help of Andre & Shaq especially , I was able to enjoy myself and i absolutely loved it :) . - kayla (instagram - topglokayy)

Loved it!

This experience was so fun and all the staff are so friendly. Mj was great zip line instructor! All the workers are well worthy of a tip. Please try to tip them right after each excursion if possible. 10/10 experience!

We had a blast!

We had a great time! The guys conducting the activities were a huge help they were funny and patient I remember the names CJ, Duncan and Smiley lol the other guy I can’t remember his name but he was the leader all very cool

Great time

Overall a GREAT experience. In each segment, all your guides were helpful and pure joy to be around. I would say my negative with this experience is having to everyone asking for tips after each segment.

High flying

It was a great experience to finally see my wife overcome her fear of heights with an extra push (figuratively) by kabooka and Trey. We thoroughly enjoyed the safety and professionalism.

Amazing Combo

We really had an amazing time. The stuff were very friendly and patient with us. We never zip lined or rode horses before. They took their time and didn’t leave us behind or rush us to complete the task!

Entire trip tour

All the activities were good and fun! But what I want to highlight on was how many people expected a tip from each activity, anyone that helped us with equipment like ziplinning, the security near the lockers, the staff that guided us through the dunns River, the photographer it was very annoying. My fiancé was over their weight limit to get on the horses so he couldn’t get on but there was NO contingency set in place incase this happens to anyone and you can’t eat a refund! They could’ve allowed him to go ATV riding twice or something or offer him a beverage nothing!!!! How is this is business and people are paying ALOT of money for these tours and there aren’t any contingencies set in place. I will be escalating this issue because there was no resolution what so ever. ATV staff were hounding for a trip, the tour guide and the driver. It never ended with the tip hounding. We paid $410 for this full day excursion and we were aggressively approached for a tip. Viator needs to pay these people doing the work more money so they aren’t relying on our tips to make their ends meet. We did not mind tipping for the service and appreciation but it was excessive

Worth the time and money

Miguel and Jason were great guides. They explained everything that we needed to know to have a great time in Chukka. Had an amazing time. 💯

Best excursion EVER!! kudos to our host Samantha, she was great!! I must mention the ATV guides at Chukka, those guys were a fun time!! My husband’s GoPro fell off of his helmet while riding the ATVs. In less than 15 minutes, those guys backtracked and found it in a mud puddle!!! I’m glad we decided on this combo excursion! We (group of 18) had a blast!!

That was an unforgettable experience! Each activity was long enough to fully enjoy it, but not too long to get bored. All crew members were friendly and super attentive. We came back exhausted and happy, filled with beautiful memories! Highly recommend!!

Horseback riding ATVs zip line and waterfalls

The crew was amazing. We would definitely recommend the crew took such great care of us! Such a wonderful experience at all 4 stops.

Kida disappointed … you don’t get, what you paid for.

Employees were good our driver was amazing. Only down part is that we didn’t get what we payed for. Try to book when you are over there not online. We pay a little more than 400us dollars for 2 people. It said we were supposed to go to the blue hole and something about the “Indian bridge” when we asked they weren’t even taking us into consideration. They said that it was “out of service at the moment”. WTH… We loved Jamaica but not this service, we didn’t get what we paid for…

This tour was beyond amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Everyone was so nice and fun it was a great LONG day but in the end it was definitely worth the money. The team was phenomenal.

Perfect Jamaican Excursion

An absolute blast! Tarzan absolutely made the horse back riding excursion, if you get to choose I'd highly recommend going with him. I really appreciated that they broke up the ATV into two groups, and let the more experienced riders really open them up on the beach. The lunch spot was divine! Zipline course was a little short, but the time was needed to climb the falls. We got to go up with Leroy Stuart. As soon as he saw how unimpressed we were with the group ahead of us holding hands and inching up the falls he got creative and gave us some cool challenges to make it more fun/challenging, but was also accommodating for the folks who wanted to take it easy. He'd stop and point out the 'easy way' and the 'fun way' and let each person decide how they wanted to get to the next spot. He knows the falls like the back of his hand! He also stopped at several places to let us grab some neat photos. We had so much fun!

Hands down the best excursion I’ve been on. I’ve been to Jamaica multiple times, and this sets the tone. Jerome our tour guide was phenomenal. Canon (nickname) our camera guy did great with the video & photos climbing Dunn River’s. Lance & Skackeem were hands down the best ATV tour guides. They handled us with care while keeping safety a priority. ASK FOR LINCOLN during your horseback riding. Ladies you’ll thank me later! Best Experience Ever!

I had an amazing experience booking excursions through Chukka! I went to Dunns River Falls/Ziplining, ATV, horseback riding/Swim. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tour guide Sophie was phenomenal and so was the driver Ryan. I had a 10/10 experience!

Awesone

We did the Dunns River Falls and the Ziplining. It was a little disorganized at first but they worked to resolve the problem and we had a blast. It was our second time doing the Falls and the first for Ziplining. Our boys, 10 and 11 absolutely loved it and the guides were great!!
