Departure Shuttle to Airport, Club Mobay Fast Track & VIP Lounge Combo

NOT GOOD AT ALL

From the start this was a poor service. Arrived at the airport, came through departures, no name card or board being held up for my family. Spent another hour searching for the rep, finally found Omar who told us to stand outside in the heat for a further 20 minutes. Eventually the bus turned up and he walked over to it. He saw that I was struggling with my case and he did nothing. he advised me that he was our rep and was to book trips for us if we wanted to go anywhere. He was not and we did not make that arrangement. I did book one of the trips he sent me which was ok. the worst thing was his communication was very poor and he would not answer my calls regarding transfers back to the airport. I do not recommend this company and the service was shabby at best.

First timer here for a wedding

Driver was very prompt (Johnson ) and very accommodating… great service .. clean air conditioned van

Best man and taxidriver

Best taxi driver and the honest one you can find. Take us to the market and everything. If tourist need someone, take this taxidriver!!

This is slower than the normal line and you waste time checking in!

This is just stupid. You have two stand in two lines and check in before using the “fast track” departure services. Our friends didn’t have this and went through the normal line and beat us in by about ten minutes!

Excellent service and the staff were fantastic. Check in through security was quick and easy. The service staff in the lounge were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

A must have!

I use the Club Mobay VIP and so glad that I did. Great way to get past all the departure long lines and relax in the VIP lounge with food and beverages.

Great Ride to Airport and Lounge for Deaprture

This was a great experience for me. My driver was on time, got me to the airport in plenty of time even to take a covid test before my flight. The fast track was helpful and the lounge was great, a full bar and food such as Jamaican patties, jerk chicken wraps, etc. i had BBQ chicken and pasta salad and it was a nice little meal to hold me over for my flights. I enjoyed my drinks as well, Pina Colada’s and Run creams on the rocks. I am certainly going to book this service whenever i am departing Jamaica from now on.

Definitely a VIP lounge

Best money ever spent!!! The driver arrived on time and with our flight’s departure delayed repeatedly, we spent 8 hours in this oasis’s relaxing atmosphere with tasty food and great service. Even under normal conditions, I would recommend this!

Great experience

The people in Jamaica are being extremely cautious in regards to Covid. Much more so than in the States which explains why their numbers are so low Lots of hand sanitizers which they make sure you use. The service was great, however, I’m not sure we needed it this trip due to the small amount of people going through customs. Our guide was extremely helpful in getting us through the chaos of meeting with health officials and walking us through the process. I was recommend!

Fast Track

There was no “fast track” service at all. The only amenity this provided on our way home was a private pickup (whick we already had with Air Canada ) and entrance to VIP Mobay Lounge. There was no one at the airport to meet us & guide us through the process & the driver was unable to assist as he was uninforced about the fast track. We were disappointed to say the least. Our experience upon arrival was stellar, departure was beyond lacking .
