Club Mobay worth the money

This was my first time using club mobay upon arriving into Jamaica. Let me tell you, it is so worth it. I was off the plane and they were waiting for me with my name on a whiteboard. They took us thru customs and it was really fast. There was no line or waiting. The last time I went to Jamaica it took forever. I enjoyed the food at the lounge, and all the staff were so helpful and pleasant. It was a great way to start my trip. On the way back same experience. Security check point was just as fast and the lounge was clean and food excellent.

Club Mobay Totally Worth It

When we arrived at Montego Bay Airport it was total chaos but right around the corner was a gentleman holding a sign with our name on it. He helped us maneuver customs and immigration. Before we knew it we had our luggage and sat having a cool drink in Club Mobay Lounge. He then went to check on our transportation to Negril. That's where the experience took a small turn. I needed to go to the desk even though they had all my information. The young woman at the desk was sitting on a chair leaning against the wall. She could not bother to get up even though I had difficulty understanding her. Finally, I had my paperwork for my round-trip private transportation. I was told as soon as I was finished with my drink in the club I could exit the airport and someone with a Holiday Services shirt would be there to help us to our car. As we exited we did not see anyone from the company to help. We waited a while to see if someone would show up. Finally, I went back inside to the Holiday Services desk to inquire where our car was. The young woman told me again that there was someone outside to help which I stated clearly there wasn't. She came outside and after looking and finding no one called for a car. Fifteen minutes after that we were finally on the road to Negril. The drivers for Holiday Services were excellent it was the administration/on-site services that were lacking. The Mobay Departure lounge was as good as the arrival one. There was excellent service and comfort.

Well worth it!!!

I would recommend Club Mobay to everyone. We were met as we disembarked the plane and flew through customs and immigration. To do this on your own would be frustrating to say the least. It looked very confusing with so many people not knowing what to do. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was b/c of the car service which is different from. Club Mobay. They were not as organized and we had to wait a. bit for our private transportation even though they had the flight info. Definitely would use again.

Club Mobay

Arrival representative was excellent and walked us through Immigration in short order, Arrival Lounge was small and noisy. We had to keep asking about our transport to Hotel. Finally we had to go to the counter ourselves to get info. Departure lounge was nice but crowded. Waiters were nice and kept bring drinks. Food was ok. Much better experience than sitting in the airport gate areas.

Worth the money, made getting through the airport super quick, and in the lounge with a drink while others were still in the queue.

Rough Go

Started off rough with no one there to greet us and having to find the desk. We had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to escort us through. Once thru Holiday had us wait 30 mins before we could get car service. It was a mess.

Club Mobay is great---transportation is a scam

Do NOT use their transportation. They scam and suck. BUT Club Mobay was worth every penny. Skipping the line was fantastic! It literally saved us hours of waiting in line. The club in the way out is even better.

Crazy Driver Cancelled Return Trip

We arrived at the airport and Mark met us at the gate. He was wonderful, took us through customs. He had us check in with Holiday Transportation and we sat with a drink waiting. (Told us 7 minutes) After 10-15 minutes, we went back to the desk and they took us outside. We then waited at least 20 minutes more for the car. The car was small, not nice. The driver drove so fast, in and out of traffic all the way to the hotel. His seat was back so far my wife had to lean her seat back to fit. We canceled the return trip and booked with Amstar. Club Mobay on the return was excellent, but with Holiday transportation I would not book again.

Visitor was very accommodating when we had to add an additional person to our trip due to unforeseen circumstances. They made us all feel at ease while navigating through the airport. I would recommend using this service by far on every trip.

Club Mobay provided exceptional service by accommodating me on my arrival and then personally escorting me through the arrival process, which included baggage pick up, immigration, and customs, then escorting me to my transportation to Negril. When my return date arrived, it provided the same excellent services until I boarded the plane from its comfortable lounge.

Fast track ............

Fast track ......... hmmmm 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 The lady who met us was really nice, however it still took us a fair amount of time to get through arrivals. This was compounded by the lack of communication. We booked this service when we booked our holiday, and all of our details were submitted, I.e Names, dates, transfers etc. Nobody seemed aware apart from, as I said, the young lady holding our name boards. The private transfers were not "waiting to pick us up" as was advertised, in fact, I'm confused as to what, if anything, we actually paid for?

Ok, the fast track is great, the lounge in Jamaica is great. Our experience was we were met on landing which was great, the only problem was that Mobay had my wife's name and my son's but not mine Strange because it does say on confirmation 3 people.The issue from this was that I spent the best part of an hour with Mobay proving that I had booked for 3 then Mobay had to update their system.The second issue is that the pictures suggest you get a chauffeur driven nice car,this is far from the truth we got an old small car going and a scooby doo mystery machine van on the way back which was a mess inside and had a squeeky alternator or fan belt.Overall not worth the money unless I was unlucky.Mobay staff and taxi driver all nice though

MoBay service always great! Tiffany was awesome! Only issue we had was Viator never mentioned in any way we needed to be looking for Holiday Travels who our private transfer was through. Simply mention it in the booking and customers knowing this will go a long way. Thanks!

Perfect start to a Vacation!

Felt truly VIP!!! Walked right through immigration and waited in lounge with a red stripe waiting for our driver.

An experience from HEll!

The pickup to go though immigration as on time and worked perfectly. I was taken to Club Mobay. Took to wait 15 minutes for the driver. After 40 I inquired on my driver. They said wait another 5 minutes. I did and then nothing. I told them I was going to use a private taxi as they were available with zero wait. They then got me a broken down car. The driver was great. Would not wish this experience on my worst enemy

100% worthwhile!!

This was money well spent!! Had someone waiting for us as soon as we landed. Our friendly escort guided us through the airport security, immigration, etc. Given the lines we saw, we saved a good 30-45 minutes or so. After a long flight with kids, it was most welcome! Checked in with our transport before heading to the lounge for a quick snack, drink and to freshen up. ONLY complaint is that 10-15 minutes is too short of a break after a long flight and before taking a 90 minute ride to the resort. Not huge, but consider adding more time please. Private transportation was incredible. Driver was friendly, funny, and very informative about the areas we drove through. He recommended some restaurants to try in Ocho Rios, and encouraged us to get out of the resort and walk the town one day. Glad we took him up on it!! Return ride easily scheduled (an early misunderstanding about it being private transport was quickly and easily resolved), showed up on time, and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Airport was empty so we breezed through regardless of being expedited. The VIP Lounge however was quite amazing! We had a very tasty and filling breakfast. Got to relax in comfort for just over an hour before boarding our flight. Staff was friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed reading the informative posters about Jamaican culture posted around the lounge! Should we return, we will absolutely be booking this service again!

This was well worth the money! Made everything easy for us as soon as we step off the plane. They walked us through everything and we didn’t have to stand in those long lines! That saved us about 2 hours right there!

Safe but not what I expected

Drivers were safe and courteous. Only giving 3 stars because the picture in the advertisement does not accurately reflect the type of vehicle provided. If you are looking for a towncar or similar, this is not your option. If you are ok with the typical Caribbean type taxi with a safe driver you will be satisfied.

Didn’t expect to stand around.

After linking up at desk 8 with holiday service representative, it took an additional 40mins for our private airport transfer to arrive. I thought our private transfer would be faster than that since we provided our inbound flight info. The ride was good and the vehicle was in good condition. A/C worked as well.

Absolutely amazing!

This was an amazing experience and well worth it. The ease of being guided through the airport (immigration and customs) was so convenient. We were able to begin our vacation so much quicker. Having the private driver to the resort and picked up for departure back was the best. Our driver Rolando was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He didn't mind answering any questions that we had. He was also our private driver for the day for a day of excursions. He was patient and accommodating. Rolando was very professional. He knew the area and suggested great places to dine. A must request on our next trip!

Awesome service!

Fantastic experience! Upon arrival a representative greeted us. we skipped every line, had coctails in the lounge while we waited for our driver, we straight to the hotel. Leaving was a breeze as well, had a bite to eat and more cocktails before getting on the plane.! Would definitely recommend!!

Book Club Mobay!!

Omar was great! His customer skills are superb. He was so nice & patient with my husband & I. This was our first time traveling internationally then with Covid we were all over the place lol. But he took his time & explained everything to us. We made it through customs extremely fast. We were in the lounge in no time! I thank the Mobay staff arrival & departure was a breeze! I’ll definitely book again!

100% worth it!

We were quickly greeted and shown through the various lines. It was a definitely worth it. From landing to arriving and getting into our car it was about 45 minutes. I would definitely do the same again. I highly recommend using this service.

Not necessary

There wasn’t a long wait in the airport. The staff was friendly. They had Very limited food options. It was expensive for a salami sandwich and a cup of rum punch it was included in the price. I don’t think I needed this service.

Great Service

Great service and excellent Rum Punch in the VIP Lounge, everyone we meet throughout our trip was awesome 👏 would definitely use Club Mobay on our next trip to Jamaica , was wonderful not having to stand in long lines.

Car Service

Had paid for a private transportation to and from Legens in Negril. Our return trip was a van that made stops enroute to Montego Bay Airport. That IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR and plan on filing a complete and partial refund! Not happy...

25th wedding anniversay with first class treatment

Club Mobay was an excellent choice. It was worth every dollar. Me and my wife so excited not to be waiting in those long custom lines. Wasting time and taking away from our vacation (25th wedding anniversary). The staff greeting us and help us get through customs in our own private line. Where there was no waiting at all. Then afterwards we waited in our own lounge with a free buffet and drinks. We felt like celebrities. We also had an round trip transportation from and back to the airport. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. I will most definitely use Club Mobay again. Thank you Viator for a wonderful experience!

Round Trip - Private Airport Tranfer

Round Trip transportation to and from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay Jamaica through Holiday Services Excellent Service!! Our driver's Sydney and Rolando were excellent! They made us feel relaxed, and safe because they are very responsible drivers, they were very personable, answered all our questions and we had a lot of laughs. They booth shared with us information regarding things to do and were to go to get souvenirs and good stuff, as well as pointed out landmarks along the way to our resort. We will definitely book through them again when we return to Jamaica.

Good Service

The only reason I did mark it 5 Stars was because the driver was late picking up on return to airport. I felt like I had no means of communication with the driver. We had to rush to Club Mobay Lounge to take advantage of the food before departing.

Save your money! I didn't receive the service I was promised and paid for.

While upon arrival we were greeted and walked through customs, it was not busy at all and not needed. The arrival lounge was not impressive but our driver did take us within 15 minutes of arriving to our hotel. I had booked our return trip but thought it best to confirm 24 hours before our departure, the concierge called and confirmed our pick up the next morning at 8:10am. No one arrived to pick us up! At 8:30am the valet called for us, but there was no answer, hence no return ride to the airport. We ended up spending $45 to get a taxi to the airport. I did call a few days after returning home and after asking to speak with a supervisor, I was TOLD I would be refunded my cost of $45. This has yet to happen and as far as I'm concerned, I should be refunded half of the cost, since they didn't even honor what I paid for. I am still working on getting my refund!!

Airport

Immediately greeted when we exited the plane and were rushed right past the long lines at Immigration/Customs. Literally went past a couple hundred people. Took us about 5 of a walk minutes and skipped a 2 hr wait. Had snacks and on the house cocktail in the VIP lounge and then we’re escorted to our vehicle. Driven to Negril by Jerome who was real cool. Couldn’t recommend this anymore. Made it to the resort by 4pm when it would have been around 7pm otherwise

Just Book It!

This was money WELL spent! We were unsure about this service because we had never been to Jamaica before. Within the first 2 minutes off arriving at the airport we knew it was money well spent. They meet you at your gate and walk you past the hundreds of people in line at immigration and customs and take you to the lounge where you have drinks, food and WIFI while waiting on your transfer for your final destination. Thank you Club Mobay. We will always use this service when returning to Jamaica. And we will be back!

May not need all the time

works great when arriving into the country during a high travel period. However, Jamaica has updated their immigration arrival area which allows visitors to move through the process a lot faster. I traveled during the British music festival and I encountered no line in immigration and short wait for customs.

Club Mobay Service....Don't pass this up!

We would definitely do this again! We arrive Monday, August 27th and it was mass chaos walking into the airport. But....when we saw a staff member from Club Mobay with a sign with our names on it ....instant relief! He was waiting at the end of the hallway from departing the plane. He was very courteous and pleasant making sure to tell us not to stop or stray from him... just continue to follow him and bypass all the long lines of folks walking and trying to figure out where to go. . He helped us retrieve our bags, which took about 10-15 minutes to come off the plane. He then took us through customs ,which was a snap! and again walked us past all the lines of people . Took us into the lounge and we were greeted by additional MoBay VIP attendants. We were offered cold washcloths as soon as we walked in, to wipe our face and hands. Private restrooms, food and drinks. were awaiting us! Everyone was very responsive to our needs. The lounge is very comfortable with chairs, tables, TV.. We relaxed while our attendant went to locate our transportation. We opted for a private driver to take us to our hotel so we would not have to suffer through all the stops/drop-offs that the big buses . We recommend this to everyone that travels to Jamaica and we will definitely use when we go back to Jamaica. This service is worth it and a great start to your vacation!

Well worth the cost

We signed up for Club Mobay in Jamaica for traveling both ways. When we arrived, we were greeted after leaving the plane and were walked right pass a very long immigration/passport control line. Club Mobay has their own immigration check in counter which was very quick, then right to their private lounge and a cold beer was offered while our ground transportation was arraigned. On our trip home, after check- in you go to a very nice air-conditioned lounge with a nice selection of snacks and drinks while you wait for your boarding call. Definitely worth the cost.

<p>Lovely service. We were greeted at the terminal and quickly taken through customs. Our guide helped up get our luggage then took us to the lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our driver on the way to the hotel was lovely! He gave us lots of great information on the area. As well as the current state of emergency related to the governmental issues the country was experiencing. We were happy to receive the information and reassurance. </p> <p>The only issue we encountered was the ride that was arranged on the ride back to the airport. The driver was 30 mins late. As a result, we just made it through check in and security check before needing to board our plan. Therefore, we did not have time to check in with the Club Mobay Departure Lounge.</p>
