Blue Hole

My wife and I loved the Blue Hole! It was beautiful beyond what any photo can provide. Chavoun was truly amazing bringing us on this trip, especially because after he brought us to try the delicious local dessert (sweet potato pudding) as well as some real Jamaica in jerk chicken. Down to Earth’s hospitality turned our entire trip around, because we were ready to go home back to the states.

DO go chasing waterfalls!!!

This was such an amazing experience, definitely not something I would be able to do back home. Our guide was courteous and provided a very personable experience on the way to and from Blue Hole. Once there he turned us over to the Blue Hole guides and they again took wonderful care of us. Lovely nature hike to each of the unique spots to rope swing or high jump from the falls into beautiful blue/green waters. Bring plenty of cash for tipping and vendors and/or beverages. Wear water shoes and swimsuits, you will be jumping into water! (I saw a group that did not and it didn’t look as fun) If you’re not a great swimmer they have life jackets. We absolutely loved this trip. Our resort was in Montego Bay and it was a longer drive, so I recommend doing other things in the area as well. We didn’t, but even then it was worth it. Thanks Nickoy for helping us make memories to last!

Best trip

I had a amazing time with Hosan , when I mean the time of my life , this is the trip I will alway remember , he took us to the best spot and showed us the best hospitality and manners , if I was to go back and we are going back we will book him and or he best man Nickoy , I recommend you guys to book with them , these will be the only ones I book with one love 🇯🇲🇯🇲

Jump off waterfalls into cool blue pools!

We had a great time on this trip today! We added green grotto and a tour down Calypso River. Pour house took is to a local restaurant for some delicious lobster and fish. A great time was had by all!

Blue Holes Tour

Took a tour in March with friends to Blue Hole for an activity off the resort. Our driver Orlando was amazing. He was willing to stop for souvenirs, lunch & anything else we needed. He made the drive enjoyable and had plenty of knowledge to share about things our group asked about. Completely professional and fantastic! Thanks, Orlando!

Great Trip!

We had a fantastic day doing Blue Hole and Secret Falls. Our driver, Orlando, was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to do something adventurous and out of the ordinary.

Unforgettable Blue Hole and Jerk Chicken!

We had a wonderful trip to the Blue Hole falls from our hotel in the Falmouth area! Our party included two couples with teenage boys who loved all the jumping and diving. The adults were a bit scared at first, but loved the experience at the end. The guide at the falls, Dillon, made sure we were safe, showed us where to step and kept an eye on all of us at all times. The site was beautiful and not yet fully spoiled by commerce, we also got to jump in the VIP pool slightly off the beaten track with fewer people. Our driver and guide Olando was simply the best - he entertained us with great jokes, good stories, and good music. He gave us a good preview of what to expect at the falls and took us to this awesome jerk chicken place on the way back. He even treated us with delish corn and sweet potato pudding, something we have never tried before. The food was as great as the falls: you won't get this quality and flavor in any hotel. I highly recommend this tour, if you are looking for a way to experience Jamaica beyond your hotel walls!

Thanks to Down to Earth Tours because my husband and I, with our 3 young adult boys, had the greatest time in Jamaica. Leon, our tour guide, was so personable and fun! He was very knowledgable and a safe driver! We learned so many things about Jamaica from Leon who helped us have a great experience in the local community. I would highly recommend this company. Blue Hole was a fun experience, very active, and the two guides we had there were a lot of fun. Down to Earth Tours was the best because of the small group setting!

Highlight of the trip

I booked a private tour from my hotel to the Blue Hole. It took about an hour and half from Montego Bay. The drive was enjoyable, and definitely worth it. The blue hole was fun, COLD (but refreshing since it was so hot outside), and worth every penny. If you are on the fence about going, just book it!
