The driver Denardo was pleasant and personable. The rafting on the river was very relaxing and I loved the limestone massage of feet. Margaritaville was closed for renovations. Beyond Customer Service

We went rafting, limestone massage, and Margueritaville. Our tour guide, Denardo, was very hospitable, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. We toured Jamaica on the way to our destination,and stopped for food and shopping on out way back from the excursion. He hosted us so well, we will personally ask for him when we return to Jamaica. Loved the tour, loved the excursion, and loved our tour guide.❤️

Was great but margarita villa was closed due to a storm kindly let people know things are closed before booking or put something else in place of what is closed so your customer are pleased all the way around

Our driver Denardo was so amazing, tentative, and punctual! He helped us travel to and fro on our 5 day stay in Montego Bay! He showed us the best excursions and shops on island and so much more! Denardo was very helpful & friendly! He responds very quickly. I had to make a last minute change & he was very flexible to accommodate me. We enjoyed the rafting! Due to Margaritaville being closed, he was kind enough to recommend other Jamaican restaurants! Definitely would recommend booking with him!

We had an amazing bamboo rafting experience. The service was very professional and informative. Everything was on time. We were able to get souvenirs and food with no rush. Overall, we were able to relax enjoy ourselves the fullest.

Best Tour Operator

This was an amazing experience. The driver was the entrepreneur itself! He has a bright future ahead. He was very knowledgeable, offer recomendations for restaurants and entertainment and always tried to get us the best deals. Never felt rushed at any of the activities unlike other tour operators. The Bamboo rafting was so peaceful! A must do experience. The captain was friendly and entertaining. He also took a ton of pictures for us. He was also chill and never rushed us for anything. He was literally there to serve 😭. What an amazing customer service experience. Tip for bamboo rafting is not to buy chicken by the river. They charged 20 dollars for a little bit of chicken. The river is not far from montego bay so wait to eat at a restaurant or get jerk chicken and pork at the Pork Pit! We got a lot of food and natural juices for around 32 dollars. And of course that was another recommendation from our tour operator! Jamaica 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Denardo was AWESOME and very NICE!!!!!!!!!!! While we was heading towards our excursions , he was giving us a tour of Jamaica!! I had an awesome birthday with my excursions and his prices was very affordable! I will definitely book with him again when we come back to visit Jamaica!
