A fabulous ballooning experience showcasing inner Melbourne skyline

The ballooning experience was fantastic - and highly recommended We had awesome conditions and flew over the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne and over many landmarks - a photographers delight and real fun Viktor was a fabulous and very experienced pilot and showed his skills in maneuvering the balloon as we headed towards our landing area. We flew both very high to have Birdseye views of Melbourne town, and also very low at times but with a silent grace over the buildings below as we watched Melbourne come to life at dawn. We even went over a school with joyous children shouting out to us with glee Watching the preliminaries for the flight were also very interesting with testing of the wind directions and also the set up to have the balloon ready for flight Jason, as the ground crew and logistics man and driver, looked after us very well made the experience all very seamless and a great morning all round Well done team of ''Picture this Ballooning - a great trip and experience and I highly recommended them

Unique experience with stunning view!

The views were stunning! I had never dreamed of traveling in a hot air balloon and witnessing the city skyline and sunrise at the same time. Surprisingly, it wasn't scary at all, despite my acrophobia. Furthermore, assisting in setting up the hot air balloon added to the uniqueness of the experience. Peter and Viktor served as our trip leaders, and I can tell they both are very experienced. Viktor skillfully controlled the hot air balloon, taking us high into the sky and even rotating it 360 degrees, allowing everyone to enjoy the breathtaking views from all directions. In conclusion, I highly recommend this trip. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

Most beautiful morning of my life

I recently went on a hot air balloon tour in Melbourne, and it was an incredible experience! Flying over the city was breathtaking, and witnessing the sunrise from the balloon was truly magical. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique and memorable adventure.

Ballooning over Melbourne with Picture This.

I watched the balloons sail past from the Mercy Hospital after the births of my children. My first child was 31years ago and at the time I told my husband I would love to do that. Was it worth the wait? YES! It was a retirement gift from my fabulous friends and coworkers and am I forever grateful to them. What an amazing experience and ever so memorable. Something I will cherish. Viktor was so skilled as a pilot. I felt safe. His humour was also a plus. Peter was thorough. His communication was excellent and appreciated. Both were very professional. Cracking flight over Melbourne

As part of a long weekend in Melbourne with a couple of friends we took an amazing balloon flight over the city of Melbourne. We flew over the city of Melbourne in the Red Balloon with Dom, a totally different perspective on the sites of Melbourne and all the great sporting venues. Over the Yarra and the Shrine of Remembrance and views across Albert Park and Port Phillip Bay. I highly recommend treating yourself to this experience.

Melb CBD balloon ride - with a difference

Wow! From the early morning briefing, to taking flight through to landing, Dom and Ryan from ‘Picture this ballooning’ treated us to an incredible experience. It was quite surreal floating through Melb CBD seeing all the landmarks from a birds eye view. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

The ride was everything I expected. Victor and Peter did a very professional job explaining everything the passengers needed to do and takeoff and landing went very smoothly. Everyone should do this at some stage in their life.

Breathtaking views and Wonderful Crew.

Had an amazing experience flying with Viktor and Rick from Picture this Ballooning. This was our maiden flight and whole experience was totally worth the price. Everyone should do it atheist once in their lifetime.

Scare of height loved the experience and hopes to go again.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you will not forget. As a person scared of heights, I loved it so much. These views were exceptional and so calm and peaceful up in the sky. Looking down at the city and seeing people row, run, and go about their lives was different. Victor and Mitch's service was top-notch.

Beautiful experience!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team at Picture This are accommodating and friendly when having to deal with reschedules. Our first point of contact for the big day was Dean, who was clear and supportive. My mum had some challenges getting in and out of the basket, and he was especially considerate with how he treated her, providing assistance and generally keeping an eye on her. One thing we thought may be helpful was if the stepping stool had an additional step, just to make it less steep to get on and off from. We were very impressed with our pilot Dominic, who is a world champion Hot Air Balloon flyer. He showed his experience and good judgement throughout the whole flight. We barely felt any altitude changes and the whole experience was seamless. Thank you both for the wonderful flight!

Birthday morning spent right

Amazing and scenic experience

The view was amazing and ride was smooth. Peter had took initiative to inform me on the flight confirmation and Dom keeps us informed before, during and the end of the trip on what is required. Greatly recommended to try even if you are scare of heights like I do!

Melbourne CBD Sunrise Experience

The city views were amazing, as was the level or organisation from the pilots and ground crew. Bad weather meant we had to reschedule our flight, though this was communicated very well and the flight was scheduled to within 7 days and on the day of our choosing. Viktor and Peter were brilliant as pilot and ground crew, very informative and entertaining. Well done to both Viktor and Peter- thank you for making our experience one to remember!

Great flight, best way to see Melbourne

It was just perfect. The best way to see Melbourne. 'Picture This Ballooning' are professional, safety-focused and great guides to hot air ballooning. The pilots Dom and Donna gave clear instructions on what to expect and how to stay safe, and were cheery, professional and customer-focused. I'm a local and I had a great time. An experience which has been on my bucket list for years so was glad to finally do it! Dom, the pilot and his team were excellent and handled everything so professionally and with ease from the moment of pick up to drop of.
