Great views

Excellent views of the city. We got in fairly quickly. I paid extra for the edge experience, but we enjoyed being out in the open more—an excellent activity if you're not afraid of heights.

VR was great.

VR was a great experience for us. Edge was good but a bit croudy at the top, had to wait for quite some time.

Skydeck experience

Virtual theatre event was mid boggling. A must do for Melbourne visitors. Worth the money spent. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking View over Melbourne

This is a must Do when you re in Melbourne, the View over Melbourne is breathtaking! It starts with the fantastic video were you put special glasses on and you fly thru Melbourne awesome realistic made and and top of the skydeck this wonderful view over the city….and the EDGE of course a thrill for everybody who is afraid of heights….standing on a glass balcony nothing beyond only the 290meter beyond you. This tour is a must !

Amazing view of Melbourne

Stunning 360 degree views of Melbourne, the best observation deck we've seen so far. Thankfully there was no long queue although the observation deck was crowded as everyone, like us, wanted to catch the sunset view. There is no time limit to how long you can stay on the deck, so you can walk as many rounds as you like, although the panoramic view was sometimes blocked by seated diners and people who plonk themselves on the floor.

We had a good time

This was nice, good views but nothing extra ordinary. This is the only observation deck in Melbourne. the set up is good and many upgrades are available. The have big model of melbourne which is cool.

Worth the money :) I went with my family. My mum enjoyed the VR experience, EDGE and VR plank. A must visit place in Melbourne

Absolutely brilliant…the guides were fun - the area was really clean with stunning views. Well worth it in Melbourne - package included VR experience, drink and the Glass box 👍🏾

Amazing views on Melbourne !

Great visit to do if you want to enjoy views of Melbourne. We went during a weekend and we did not have to queue to get in which is great ! Excellent location too; nearby the river with plenty places to eat and drink.

A new experience, but not sure it's worth it

The experience was thrilling, but only lasted 5 mins in a tiny room and we couldn't take our own photos.

It was a great experience. Experienced first time a whole room stretches out of the building and when it turns transparent.....ohh God it's wonderful

Recomended place to Visit..

It was Great experience and Handy to Book Via Viator. Purchase Cocktail package and got there just before 3pm. 3pm to 6 pm was happy hour. Whole place is licenced can buy drinks from Bar 88 and roam around theplace while enjoying beers. Highly recomended place to visit..

Your service sucks, not recommending or using it anymore

I didn't used the service and I should be getting a refund......This is insane that I have not used my service and requested for a cancellation with refund with a reasonable time and at the last I didnt enjoyed the experience what I paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s ok, but expensive

It’s a bit pricey - good views of Melbourne but the glare is problematic. The bar was a little bizarre…trying to see the sights over diners seemed jarring. All a bit odd

Lovely view

Wonderful view. Great way to see Melbourne. More seating would have been appreciated… it was fairly busy and hard to see the view at times.

Make sure you visit the website before Booking

This is the second time that I have booked with this company and the Attraction is not in the same city. I gave a 2 start because I take accountability for not visiting the website before I booked the event. I was looking for Attraction in Melborne, Florida and Viator offered the Skydeck, only to find out on the day of the event that the skydeck was located in Melborne, Australia. This is awful.

Skydeck experience

Very well organized and easy to use tickets through Viator. Staff personnel were friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience-

Worth the price but prepare for crowds up there!

Pros: it’s not expensive and there are great views in and outside.! The edge The plank and VR MAX are different to other tower opportunities. Cons; The outside has a wire mesh and no security so kids can drop things out. To many people go and sit or even lay by windows! The edge is an experience but not fantastic as the glass can be dirty or scratched and the floor has so many bars in it. There is little security so if groups of kids want to try and break a pane of glass they will as I witnessed. The shop isn’t able to put your $20 Edge photo onto a $5 fridge magnet or other items so they are losing out there. Its worth doing on a clear day, I went before sunset for the sunset opportunity but there were to many bodies in front of the glass and or to many reflections back off of the glass. All glass in areas like this should be like kindle! Including mobile phones.

It was an amazing experience to be that high and to see the city. All the staff were welcoming. Beautiful City.

Sky Deck-Great experience.

Views were incredible! Had lunch at Bar 88 - Aussie pie and a beer special was reasonably priced and very good. Viator voucher made entry very easy and saved us money.

Visited with my wife, what a wonderful experience, from the high speed lift to the amazing views of Melbourne, worth every penny!

Best view of Melbourne

As with all Skydeck tours, fabulous view of the city and surroundings from the 89th floor. One issue - the glare from the glass ruined the opportunity for 360 degree photos

No fun, nothing memorable

Package of Edge was described as fun and it was not. The attraction was very primitive. We got more fun and better view climbing 90 stairs up in Veteran Museum. Waste of money.

The views are nice but the activities are mediocre and not worth the extra price you pay. The lift up and the top floor was surprisingly still for a building so tall and the winds at the time. So good just to go for the view and nothing else

Amazing views

Great experience very different to what I invishioned. The skydeck itself has amazing views. The EDGE is a must do.suspends you in a transparent glass cube that projects out from Melbourne Skydeck, leaving you suspended nearly 300 metres above the streets of Melbourne.

It was an amazing experience, and the Edge trip was short and a bit of a rush rush 88 bars superb; it's a self-exploring experience

Breathtaking!

Just enduring my fear of heights. I just loved it. It’s so beautiful. The experience was amazing. The staff were so firm and very nice to everyone. They made sure that we are safe and comfortable. Well done!

Great experience

I really enjoyed the VR experiences i.e. the zipline and the helicopter 🙂. They were really emersive.

Not a big deal to me to see over the city. I enjoyed seeing all the big buildings and doing the deck observation was pretty cool.

Bus ride is the main course.

Skip this tour. Too much time on the bus. Not worth it unless you like being stuck inside the bus all day!

Cool experience! Nice way to see the whole city! It was very busy up there when we went, but it was mid day, so that is expected.

Fantastic city views

We wouldn't have known about this if it hadn't been near our hotel but it is worth a visit. You get some great aerial views of Melbourne. Getting in was very straightforward and it wasn't crowded. You are not fixed to a set entry time and it is reasonably priced. We would recommend it.

Views from the 88th floor

Great to see Melbourne from the 88th floor , had a cocktail with my family , not expensive for the whole family to attend

Standard observation deck

Observation deck giving a nice overview of the city of Melbourne, the river and the docks. Good explanations. Lots of "upselling" of additional experiences but we stuck to just going up to see the view.

SKYDECK - THE PLANK!

i loved my 5 day visit in Melbourne. A vibrant city with the most charismatic people, young and older. The ride on PUFFING BILLY was fun and a delight to sit on the edge of the window. BILLY really puffs. Thanks to all the men who keep it running and greet the passengers with lovely smiles on their face. A lovely experience recorded on a video that I will share with my friends when it is snowing and cold during the Canadian winter months. My greatest, unforgettable, experience was to speak and hold 12 year koala Sophie. The attendant made a lovely video of me and Sophie and took many photos that will keep me smiling and happy when I am alone and look at the pictures. I love animals so I enjoyed the little baby penguins on Philipp Island. Again, I made a video for my delight and that of my friends who won't have the chance to travel to Australia. I want to say thank you to Bree, our driver/tour guide, whose friendship, attentive care and kindness towards each passenger made the tour a complete success. Thank you to the Team who work hard to ensure that we come back home with plenty of lovely memories.

Worth a visit

Gives a great opportunity to see the city from a great height. The only downside is having to pay an additional amount if you want to step on The Edge or have any other experience

Skydeck was woderpful itself and we enjoyed well but walk-in around the area was amazing in park with history’s Kane charm

Great views from above!

You get such amazing and unexpected views of the city from up here! I would absolutely recommend it if you’re touring Melbourne. The one in Gold Coast is better though as they have clearer windows, less glazing and shading so you can view the city with a clearer vision. The Gold Coast one also has a nice seating area that’s part of the cafe. You can sit and snack on a wide menu of options. This Melbourne one had a super small kiosk and the seats are literally reserved for its customers which is a bit strange. But overall great views!

Worth doing

Great views and the sky edge was very good. From the start at reception very organised and quick. Lift to the 88th floor was very fast and are ears popped. Bar at the top, we didn't bother but it was not over priced. Would recommend.
