Kojii is an excellent person. He is friendly and full of information, explaining Australian life and the surrounding areas. He is punctual and always in a fantastic mood. We used him for several transfers during our recent trip and it was flawless. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Melbourne use his services.

Pleasant airport pickup experience

Kojii was in touch with us right from the time we landed. He gave us directions to the meeting point. On the way to hotel he educated us about some of the interesting places to see in and around Melbourne. We had a pleasant experience.

Seamless transfer from airport to hotel. Lulu, our driver, was delightful. Our plane was delayed but thanks to good communication, there were no problems.

For the love of Ballet

The trip from Melbourne Airport by bus is usually a pain - buy the ticket, wait for the bus, change at Southern Cross, and finally arrive at your hotel. Or, you can line up interminably for a Taxi. Not this time - met at the airport, whisked away in a lovely car by a very personable driver, to the hotel. Relaxed, comfortable pleasant - what more could you want - and only a few dollars more than the Taxi.

Awesome service

Kojii was very prompt at answering my queries. Arranged our return transport from airport to apartment. Even though our plane was delayed ( I had let Kojii know as soon as I found out ) Kojii has one of his drivers Jo waiting for us at 1.30am which was a godsend with the cold weather and having my elderly parents with us. There was bottled water in the car for us to consume. Our return trip pickup at 6.30am Jo was waiting when we got out there 10 minutes early. Jo was very friendly and a brilliant safe driver. Would definitely be using Kojii and his team next time we come to Melbourne.
