Our guide, Luke was amazing! He kept us entertained throughout the whole journey with his jokes and singing! It made a long day very fun! He was just an amazing presence to be around as he was enthusiastic. Shared plenty of information about different places and even pointed out surfers in the sea and wildlife along the road! The best part of the trip was the helicopter at the Twelve Apostles!! Would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a fun time! 🤙🏽🤙🏽

Amazing views, best food options, great tour guide

Our favorites were the Twelve apostles and the Loch Ard Gorge. We enjoyed our lunch at Waves. Our tour guide, Bert, was the best! We were able to go to all the spots indicated in the tour. It didn’t feel rushed. We even had a stop to see some koalas along the way.

A fun filled day on the Full-Day Great Ocean Road and visiting the 12 Apostles

We booked the full day tour with Sightseeing Tours Australia and had a fantastic day! John was our bus driver and he was awesome! We went along the Great Ocean Road and John stopped at all the best vantage points to capture photos. We had morning tea supplied (tea, coffee, biscuits and lamingtons) John was informative and engaging and made us all laugh throughout the day. We also saw koalas in the trees as well as a field full of kangaroos and John stopped the bus for us to all pile out and take photos once again. Lunch was at a seaside village and we had heaps of time to decide what to buy. At the end of the day as the sun was setting he made sure he stopped for us all to take those last minute photos. The tour was excellent value and I'd encourage everyone to book this tour. 10/10

Just do it......

A trip that is well worth doing. If you are considering it, absolutely do it. Our tour guide, Luke made a beautiful day and truely memorable one. 10 out 10 guide.

Uncomfortable

The location was good but the vechicle was terrible. Supposed to be a midsize coach , but was a 28 seater old and very uncomfortable for such a long tour.

A little rushed

Seeing koalas on the drive along ocean rd. Beautiful scenery. Tour guide was rather agitated. He was more worried on the group being on time rather than explaining more on the 12 Apostles.

Great experience

Excellent trip and James the guide & driver was fantastic during the trip. Timings and instructions were crucial considering length of this trip and to complete on time.

The Great Ocean Road Tour

It was an awesome day. Our guide JAMES was EXCELLENT. He was witty, a mine of knowledge and information about the trip and very helpful. He took us round the most beautiful road journey and gave us a glimpse of the most wonderful spots. The highlight of the journey was sighting the Koalas and kangaroos besides the Apostles and it was his inherent knowledge of the area which helped us see those wonderful animals in their natural habitat. I would like to really thank JAMES for all his insights about the Australian history and the flora and fauna which made this trip a memorable one.

Amazing day

I had an amazing day. Burt, the tour guide, was phenomenal. I learnt so much from him. This is a great tour. Highly recommended.

A super day out, with a great tour leader!

A truly great experience, and a fantastic tour guide (James Clark), which made all the difference. James made the day by sharing his historical knowledge of Melbourne along with great humor and putting all the tourists at ease. The tour itself gave a great insights, beautiful scenery and we even saw a Koala and a Mob of Kangaroos in the wild! I'd thoroughly recommend this tour to others!

Long bus ride with...

Long bus ride with occasional stops to take photos. the views are stunning, but not sure if are worth the long drive. We were supposed to go for a walk in the Melba Gully National Park but did not. Overall not worth the money.

NO COMMENT!

It has been 32 years since I went down 'The Great Ocean Road'... John was our driver & guide. Acknowledgment of his travels down there? 100% Where he lost his tip was... at 7 a.m., YOU'RE UP! Not us passengers! He had the music, WAY UP! Some fellow travelers told him to turn it down. Obviously, Not! Even worst, the final 2 hours back to Melbourne, after 11 hours on the road, etc, you are totally ZONK'T' out, You don't even want to hear a flute! So, I regret not doing this on my own with a rental car, where you can do ALL of your own stops & YOUR CHOICE of MUSIC, too!~ With many tours taken with VIATOR, poor loser John, comes in third worst tour guide (due to the music, guess that was MORE important than our comfort?), that I had came across (the two above him was Israel tour witch & the chick who took her baby with her to work in Machu Pichu Will I book with VIATOR again? YES! but this trip, do a RENTAL CAR!

Excellent tour

Loved the tour. The guide was very nice and keep all the group engage throughout the day. Excellent tour for a solo traveller or group.

Worthwhile trip

Loved the trip. Our tour guide, James, was great. He is a good story teller and reliable. We saw wallabies and Kangaroos from the bus and stopped to see Koala bears.

Highly recommended, will book with them again.

Our Tour guide Mr Burt made our trip amazing. He was an excellent tour driver and conductor. Told us about the places about what to expect how to plan. Everything was properly planned and executed.

Breathtakingly Gorgeous

12 Apostles is simply breathtaking. Absolutely no chance of passing this experience up if you are travelling through Melbourne!

Fun tour and superb tour guide James

The full day tour was jam packed with many different sights to see. Even though travelling time was long between stops, our tour guide James kept us interested and entertained while on the road. He was like a walking encyclopaedia on the history of Australia, always having a story or interesting tidbit of information to share about the different places, sights, and wildlife we saw on the day. He also kept us punctual when getting back to the bus and this allowed us to be able to visit more places of which he had handpicked that were not included in the standard itinerary. James also went out of his way to help us spot koalas and kangaroos while on the journey. For our tour bus, he also brought us to a super cool spot which had what looked like more than a hundred kangaroos. Overall, I really enjoyed this tour and would like to give kudos to our tour guide James for the exemplary service he provided during this trip.

Excellent Guide & Itinerary

James was our guide for this tour and he is very knowledgeable, he provided insights on the history of each town that we bypass and made the extra effort for additional stops for photo taking and wild koala & kangaroo spotting! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering, there was never a dull moment with James as he is constantly engaging.

Guide in the tour plays important role for a company success! The program a bit rush because long day of Great Ocean road too far for return. Tour guide James is an engetic and passionate man who always keep us happy, try his best to let us see wild Walaby, Kangaroo and Koala, he also try his best to make us punctual and give us more time for sightseeing. Give suggestion what to eat and telling story during driving.

12 apostles tour.

Nice trip. James was such an amazing tour guide, really good with my 7y/o curious, chatty daughter, he answered all her questions and talking to her. The trip was really long but so much pleasant thanks to James and his knowledge and random facts.

God is amazing

Our driver Andrew was very friendly and informative along the way. The weather was perfect which made the day extra special. The Great Ocean Rd and the 12 Apostles have been on my bucket list for many years and it didn’t disappoint. A long day but well worth it.

Extremely good tour guide, extremely good tour structure

The tour overall was very well planned and all the sites looked amazing. James was our tour guide and he was able to provide several historical stories and scientific facts to provide context of each place we visited. I thought a full day tour would be exhausting but there were regular intervals for bathroom breaks, many small stops to view koalas and kangaroos in the wild, and enjoying the road.

Great Ocean Road/Twelve Apostles Tour

Great tour! Our guide Burt was very friendly and knowledgeable about landmarks throughout the tour. There are plenty of stops along the way (lookout points to take pictures, Apollo Bay for lunch, beaches, forest walk, koala spotting, etc) that added to the experience of the tour. I would recommend sitting on the left side of the bus since you’ll only travel down the great ocean road on the way there (not back) so the left side will give you the best view possible! Overall great experience!

Cheerfully guided by John!

Very well scheduled timing fir each stop and John our guide was vey thoughtful and cheerful telling us many things about Melbourne and the landmarks we saw. We had a wonderful time thanks to John who put his heart to it!

The best tour.

The views were amazing. The tour guide James is very accommodating and knowledgeable with the place. We learned a lot from him during this trip. The trip itself is amazing and we had an amazing experience seeing the koalas and kangaroos in the wild!!

Great Tour, Very Informative, Very Knowledgeable Coach Staff.

Driving through the countryside down to the Great Ocean Road to Apollo Bay and out to the 12 apostles, Glad to have ticked traveling on The Great Ocean Road and seeing the 12 Apostles off my list, It may be a long day but it was worth. Hats off to the Coach Staff.

Great Ocean Road with Sightseeing Tours Australia

The driver cum guide is professional and excellent! Told us so many facts and stories about the Great Ocean Road along the way. He knew the hotspots for spotting koala and kangaroos! Made sure we were safe and on schedule so we enjoyed the trip so much. Thank you!

A great tour

Great Tour, the Guide (Bart) was exceptional! The only thing that was not great was weather which was not within anybody's control.

A day well spent

The scene is beautiful, the drive was safe and quiet entertaining. Thanks to John who took extra efforts to show us kangaroos and Koalas on the way. All in all.. really enjoyed the trip!

Luke was great, amazing road trip through the day!

Great one day tour from this company. Very much on time through the day. Our driver cum guide Luke was one of the primary reasons we really enjoyed the tour. He is full of energy, keep everyone engaged, gives lot of relevant information and was full of humour. He also ensured that everyone was on board and personally counted before heading to the next stops which is a nice and assuring gesture from him. Luke also handled a peculiar case well where a couple brought in a baby (less than 3 years) and Luke managed the situation very well without making the couple feel bad. Overall, highly recommend the tour if you want a budget friendly and informative tour.

Love the tour guide James! He explained a lot with the history and also the view for the whole trip which is 12 hours! He also found some wild kangaroos and koala bear for us! It’s my first time to see the wild’s one

Great tour with John

We had a great tour with John this weekend. Beautiful tour up the great ocean road with great stops and John was great at chatting us through everything we could see. A few stops through the rainforest too which were lovely, managed to see some Koalas also. Stopping at the Gorge was a particular highlight and seeing the apostles was great too. Highly recommend the tour to anyone thinking of booking. Bus was comfortable for the travelling too. John was hilarious and had great taste in music! 10/10

A Memorable Trip to the Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles

I had a great trip to the Great Ocean Road & The 12 Apostle Tour. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road was super awesome. The 12 Apostles, the rocks, the cliffs, the sea, the waves...everything there was just magnificent. The guide cum driver, Ron, was great. He shared many info and pointed out to us what to look out for along the journey. He dropped some funny jokes too, this helped to make the trip so much more fun and enjoyable. Definitely will recommend this tour to friends & family.

Great day out

Andrew was a fantastic knowledgeable driver and guide. We saw great views and even spotted some koalas! This trip is a must do for those without enough days in their Itinerary to do the whole Great Ocean Road themselves

Great ocean - Fun time

It was long journey however we enjoyed most of the trip. Bus was full and pick up and drop was on time as mentioned in Itinerary. Guide was very informative and stopped good locations for picture.

The trip was excellent with scenic beauty all along the route .what made the trip enjoyable was the informative and humorous commentary by the tour guide cum driver James along with his companion Richard.

Great!

Amazing view! We were lucky to have a funny and safe driver Mr Bert. This tour is well recommended. Do note that there is limited time so it’s just a 20-30min stop per destination which is a bit fast for myself haha 😆 we can lengthen the timing a bit tho i know traffic can be worse when you follow the timing of the rest of the crowd

We booked this tour after a friend recommended We could not been happier The bus was new, cleaned,and comfortable. Bert was our tour guide, He came on time, very caring and patient He explained all the details and was very helpful with every He made the difference!

Great day trip

Seamless, worry free day trip and we were able to see what we wanted to see. It was a long full day. It would have been perfect if we could be given a bit more time for lunch.

LONG day but saw so much, fun times with Burt our driver/guide

A good 12-13 hour tour from downtown Melbourne pick up, and had many stops along the way with adequate bathroom stops, lunch, koala sightings, rainforest trek, Loch Ard Gorge and finally the 12 Apostles, many laughs and fun time with Burt our driver - full bus of 39 people in total. Definitely recommend this tour, many different photo ops and adequate time at each location 👌
