Chris guided us trough the amazing sights of the great ocean road,telling us everything ranging from nature to history. Kind, patient, generous and talkative, simply the best guide you could wish for your trip!

Relaxing and unexpectedly was educating too

The guide, Kiwi was extremely patience and nice. Was very educating on the history from Melbourne and all the way to and fro Great Ocean Road. Great for me as this is my visit to Australia. Great if you intent to bring your kids too and I am already thinking to bring my young nephews !!!

Catastrophe

The driver and guide (2 in 1) - Aidan Jones, he is the only reason I rated this tour 3 stars. It is not the tour for 1 day and you know it for sure. Everything too fast and without Aiden stories it would be a disaster. The schedule for one day trip should be changed if you respect your customers.

A pleasure journey in Melbourne

This is a lovely trip in Melbourne, I will definitely coming back again here, Apollo Bay is gorgeous, hope to stay longer next time !

What a fantastic trip

The sceneries were just awesome. The reverse trip travelling arrangement was a good move to avoid the crowds. The guide/driver (Bill?) was really fantastic. He had good knowledge of the present and past of the area. He was friendly and helpful. In a nut shell, this was a fantastic trip.

Excellent day trip out of Melbourne

Reverse tour was great as certainly less busy at key tourist stops. Also Aidan the guide was great and very knowledgeable. We even saw a koala and kangaroos in the wild. Lunch was delicious sandwiches and fruit. Bus was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this tour.

Authentic Aiden did a great job!

Packed day but truely worth it. Was considering hiring a car and doing the Great Ocean Road day trip but this was way better. Saw all the sights without the stress. Most tour drivers have a spiel but you could tell Aidan was speaking from the heart. Ask for him!

Day well spent

Excellent tour.. Niall was a great host and careful driver who ensured he explained the history and the relevance of all the spots we went to.. He also went the extra mile to help us spot kangaroos and koalas.. There were restroom breaks every 2 hours.. Really worth it.. Amazing experience ! I recommend

Our guide Kiwi was very knowledgeable and helpful. The trip was wonderfully organized and the stops were reasonably timed.

I would recommend.

Good tour, good guide and you explore a lot in one day. The 12 apostles are great. However it would be great if you had time to both do the walk and do the helicopter tour when you are at the 12 apostle.

Aidan was a fantastic tour guide and driver. During the journey, he would always tell us about the history of this place .Although the weather was hot, journey was still wonderful.

Really great tour from Aidan at Autopia

We say all of the main attractions on the great Ocean Road, learned some very cool stories and even saw some furry friends. If you only have a day and want to pack it with things to do you should definitely check them out, we had Aidan and he was great!

Recommended tour from Melbourne to the iconic 12 Apostles and so much more

Excellent full day but full of great experiences. From the moment we set off to the end of a long and exhilarating day, Niall (our driver and guide) was outstanding in giving context to what we were about to see, describing what to look for and filling in with great history and information. Thank you. Recommend this tour and look out for koalas.

Great 1 day great ocean tour

Long day (13 hours), long drive (over 500 km), with magnificient views and scenaries. Our driver, Graham, was very entertaining and helpful.

My wife and I had a wonderful tour today with Jacob as our capable and knowledgeable guide. Jacob really made the trip informative and enjoyable. The trip greatly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this tour!!

Lovely day trip!

Great tour experience with the best tour guide, Aidan! Even for someone prone to motion sickness, sitting in the back row of the bus was not a problem on this trip!

Great trio but no koalas

We booked on the eco wildlife trip but this was changed to normal Great Ocean Rd trip. Bit disappointed that we didn't see any marsupials. Driver who was our guide worked hard to keep us in track and told us lots of interesting facts and tips about the places we visited. The rainforest walk was magical and 12 Apostles well worth the trip. Could have done without final stop at fast food outlets as this added to return journey. Otherwise a great day

The Highlight of Melb Trip!

Had an amazing experience with Autopia! We did the 12 Apostles and the Great Ocean Road. We stopped at all those great spots and everything was perfect. Aidan was our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic, friendly, humorous and very insightful. He knew the history of all the places we visited and just made our day with his humors. Thank you for such an excellent service and experience. Cant recommend Autopia enough for those looking for great tours.

A beautiful day on the world famous great ocean road

The "reverse" trip is great. You get to see the 12 Apostles and the Loch Ard Gorge first and then drive the Great Ocean Road home. Save the best until last. Aidan was a great host/driver- informative and funny. And great music!

Best tourguide ever!

We did the 3 day Great Ocean Road Tour from Melbourbe to Adelaide. Our tour guide J-Dawg was just amazing. It was a really great trip!

Breathtaking

Great Ocean Rd drive was spectacular; 12 Apostles was stunning; hike through temperate rainforest was breathtaking & our guide/driver, Ms. Janet was personable, knowledgeable & witty.

Must do the reverse tour!

The trip was awesome even as an Aussie visiting from Sydney! Janet was a great tour guide and made sure we were comfortable and happy. The reverse tour is a must as you avoid a lot of crowds

Knee arthritis AOK

J-Dog is an exceptional and attentive tour guide. She has a great sense of humor and a very easy vibe about her, yet she managed to keep the whole group running on time! I saw an echidna, kangaroo, and some cool rose-colored parrots, all just hanging out doing their thing...cool. I have knee arthritis and found the tour very doable (there are some flights of steps, but it is mostly flat.) She takes alot of restroom/strech breaks too (one with vegemite ice cream!) so no worries. Tour goes rain or shine! Book this trip!

JDog is the best

We had the greatest tour guide (J Dog/Janet)! Also, avoided the crowds. Enjoyed her stories and knowledge of the key areas where we toured. Kept the tour very interesting! Saw my first kangaroo and Koala! I'm definitely recommending the Reverse Great Ocean Rd Tour to friends/relatives. Hopefully, it will be J Dog that will handle their tour. Well done J Dog!

Perfect tour

It was amazing. Toni is so professional and a talkative funny guy. All his knowledge about the different things along the road makes it even more entertaining and interesting. Best tour guide I ever had. Couple of extra spots if you are on time as well. Was a pleasure

Packed itinerary

Value for money and is packed with things to do. Some might say it feels rushed. But we feel like the time stopped at every location was enough to make it enjoyable and still see a fair bit in one day.
