Ravin was our magnificent guide around the South Island. His knowledge and communication was outstanding! We especially enjoyed the Hindu temple and his passion for spiritual knowledge. Every moment of the tour was exceptional. The lunch in Chamarel was also very good.

Excellent Service!

Our hotel organised a car for us for an airport pick up from Coquille Bonheur. The car was very comfortable and luxurious. We had to go to the counter at the airport and the staff there was nice and helpful. Our driver Aashiq was really very good. If you are booking a car with them and looking for a driver who speaks English fluently, definitely ask for Aashiq in particular. He offered us water, gave us wifi access in car and also guided us about things to do in Mauritius and gave us some really good tips and suggestions. We had a wonderful journey with him. Hi we traveled to mauritius on the 14th Of April with travel republic, you were our travel contacts and we were extremely happy with the service you gave us from the trip to our hotel and back we’re very good both drivers were very friendly and helpful also the guys at the airport were also excellent including the guy on our return as we had a delayed flight, but mostly are thanks go to Sarah she visited us at coin de mire Attitude and she was very helpful throughout our holiday when we needed her help she was also very helpful when we were delayed on our return flight thank you all for a stress free holiday

Good for airport transfers

We used this Company as they are the agents for Mauritius Direct. Our airport to hotel and return were fantastic - we were met, welcomed with a drink and a representative took our luggage and guided us to our transport and loaded everything for us - perfect. The same happened on return, could not fault. With regards to trips whilst on the island and internal transfer, they were not so good. The trips offered were 3 times the price of the ones offered within 5 star hotels and other than being told they were the best there didn’t seem to be much difference! We did use and pay for an internal transfer combined with a trip which was ok but no better than the taxi service provided at both of our hotels. Would definitely recommend for airport services but would check details of any trips and wouldn’t recommend for guidance of trips/things to do once in resorts/hotel. Rep didn’t even show at 2nd hotel!

Coquille Bonheur take all the stress out of organizing your holiday

Our agent had organized private transfer for us with Coquille Bonheur and we were greeted at the airport and taken to our driver. That evening we had a message from Nisha welcoming us to Mauritius and offered to meet us at our resort the next day. We met Nisha who is so friendly, professional and is very proud of her beautiful island and discussed what we would like to do whilst there. She offered us all the services we required including transfer and pick up for a prebooked speedboat trip and also a driver for the day to take us to Casela park and then to Port Louis and return us to our resort. She stayed in contact with us even giving us very useful tips in what to take with us on our trips (really helpful). We were very impressed with Coquille Bonheur and especially Nisha…thank you so much to all the drivers we had and especially to Nisha you all made our holiday amazing!

Convenient, friendly, reliable and luxurious tour operator with very knowledgeable staff

Coquille Bonheur were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived in Mauritius. Our rep greeted us at their airport counter on arrival and we enjoyed a smooth transfer to our resort in a comfortable luxury car. We transferred across a number of hotels around the island and our driver Covilen was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on each transfer. Highly recommend Coquille Bonheur for your luxury transfers and excursions in Mauritius. We will definitely be using Coquille Bonheur again on our next visit to this beautiful destination.

Excellent Service

As soon as you get out of the arrival hall at the Mauritius international airport, you are welcomed at Counter No24 by a beautiful smile. Then I was surprised, we were offered some water in a eco-friendly cup. We were then direct to our driver Ajay, who was waiting for us next to his vehicle. Our transfer from the airport to the hotel was seamless. Our driver was so passionate about his island and so carrying. We will surely recommend Coquille Bonheur to our family and friends!!! Airport transfer hotel with a good driver guide

We had to deal with this company for our return transfer between the airport and the hotel. Everything went very well, the drivers were very friendly and told us about the history of Mauritius during the journey. We paid about 80€ the two trips in all. Then they sell excursions that are much more expensive than with locals but you are dealing with guides and not standard taxi drivers. They will not send you to tourist shops but rather to small local craftsmen. The quality of service will be different, hence the more honourable price.

Transfert aéroport-hôtel très bien

Venus à l'Ile Maurice du 17 au 22 avril 2022, c'est l'agence Coquille Bonheur qui s'est chargé des transferts à l'aller et au retour. Habitué des voyages à Maurice, c'est la 1ère fois que nous prenons cette compagnie (en lien avec le tour opérateur qui nous a vendu l'hôtel). Accueil sympa avec chapeau offert, verre d'eau. Transfert vers l'hôtel impeccable. Au retour idem, le chauffeur nous explique un peu tout sur Maurice durant le trajet vers l'aéroport.

A chacun de nos voyages sur l’ile Maurice, cette société a géré nos transferts de l’aéroport vers les hôtels (3 en 3 ans). A chaque fois, une prise en charge a l’accueil de l’aéroport puis transport dans des véhicules confortables avec des chauffeurs prudents et très disponibles. Dernier trajet. Vendredi 24 a 5h20 du matin... et toujours avec le sourire ! Merci encore...
