We had a wonderful day trip with Ravind, the whole family (6 of us) enjoyed it! Ravind is very knowledgeable, warm hearted and patient. He made us feel so welcome in Mauritius. South Tour and Five Islands excursions

This was one of three trips we booked with Coquille Bonheur as well as their airport transfer services. Exceptional trips and on each we learned so much history from the guide. Ajay was our Driver on this trip and the transfer down to the Five Island Speed Boat trip. What an asset he is to your organisation - so much passion, knowledge and history he made our trips so memorable. We would definitely use Coquille Bonheur when we return to Mauritius, which is guaranteed as we had such a fantastic holiday, made even more special by Sarah and the Coquille Bonheur team. Brilliant experience

Was an amazing experience to visit the south part of Mauritius . My driver / tour guide Luc was incredible - he shared so many local insights and stories along with deep knowledge of the area . Would highly recommend this experience !

Great tour, driver and food

Our driver, Hughes, was the best! He provided us a lot of information about the island and the points of interest. He even took us to a few places not on the itinerary that were wonderful. The lunch was great, both the location and the food. We highly recommend this excursion and as for Hughes, you will not be disappointed.

South Tour with Vijay.

This trip arranged by our lovely rep Nisha was perfect. Our driver Vijay took us to Grand Bassin and gave us lots of information about the Hindu Gods. We went to the temple and lake. We also visited the volcano a waterfall and had an included lunch at Chamarel. Highly recommended company! 🙏

Fantastic Tour

Excellent tour conducted by Robin. Took us all over the island. Many items he pointed out were of great interest to us. We enjoyed all the natural beauty of the island. The lunch was amazing as we looked out onto the scenic tropical forest.

Ajay was an incredible guide and driver, as a solo female traveller I felt incredibly safe & well looked after. Would recommend this trip to anyone!

South Island Tour

We booked this over TripAdvisor and weren't sure what to expect. The driver turned up in a car and gave us the guided tour of this trip. His name was VIJ, and he was magnificent. He talked about the history of the island and cultures. When we arrived at each destination, he came with us and made the trip that more interesting. Got lots of great photos. If you book this trip, ask for VIJ SEEC.

Once in a lifetime... Richard is the man!

If you want a guide for the history of Mauritius, all of its beauty in the south, expertise on industry and horticulture, as well some of the most stunning scenery you will see anywhere in the world then you should book this trip, and ask for Richard who truly made our tour. Our only regret was not having a picture with him for this review! He was fantastic from start to finish and his knowledge of the island was second to none! Thank you for such a wonderful tour!

Absolutely brilliant.

Sarah was brilliant and very free with advice on all trips. We chose the south trip and had Veejay as our driver for the day. He was so professional, friendly , knowledgeable and had a great way about him telling us about the history, geography, culture and religion of the country. He was an absolute credit to the company and his attitude made our trip memorable for all th right reasons. Probably the best guide we have ever had. No photos added. Tip ask your guide to be your photographer for the day. We did and have fantastic pictorial memories

Incredible tour of the south

This was an incredible day out led by our amazing guide Richard. His knowledge of the history and the island was incredible. He pointed out so many interesting things along the way. He was so caring and thoughtful with my family. A fantastic day out on the beautiful island of Mauritius.

Islands, snorkelling, a waterfall, dolphins then lunch

We took the offshore island tour with snorkelling and lunch included. The day started well when our driver Luc, picked us up from our hotel. We were dropped off at the small harbour where we boarded the boat with skipper Hawkin. The boat held 12 but there were only 8 of us so the complimentary beers, wines and rum went a little further. We stopped off at a number of interesting islands and a waterfall before a pause for lunch which was served on the beach of our final island. We also had a stop for snorkelling but the reef was not in a good condition. Also very lucky to see dolphins. Great tour highly recommended and thanks again to Luc and Hawkin

Utterly brilliant day out on our tour of the south of Mauritius

We have just returned from the full day excursion that was planned for both my wife and I today. We have just got back to the hotel and we just wanted to say that we have had the most amazing day, filled with lots of culture, jokes, quiz’s and lots of fun and laughter. We are so glad that we were fortune enough to have Ravi as our driver today…. It’s been a blast!! He is a credit to your team and it has been an absolute pleasure to have had is company for the whole day!!! He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and just a really nice down to earth guy. Would recommend his services without hesitation. Thanks John

Touristy but lots of great moments

We actually went on three private tours and a catamaran trip. Ajay showed us round on each one and he was a great guide and wonderful with the children. We also got to know him over three days which was lovely. He really went out of his way and looked after us really well. Lots of great things to see and take in on the actual tours themselves. We found the pace a bit hurried on the first day so after the first tour we took a couple of things out the schedule to slow things down and enjoy. Particularly loved the catamaran trip and the crew were lovely bunch of guys. Yurvin was great at organising. Great comms. Could we have paid less, quite possibly but for ease this was great option for us. Mauritian people are a really lovely bunch.

Great to see

Fascinating place, not that big but well worth it. I guess the colours would be very vibrant just after it had rained.

Great trip and great guide!

We had the best day yesterday exploring the island with who we think is the best guide and driver. We recommend Ravi very highly. He doesn’t only take you to see the sights he gives you a lot of detail, history and and stories about the island and it’s melting pot of culture. Far more than you would otherwise hear about. He was great company and Conquille are also very thorough, checking in with us every step of the way. If you come you should use them and request Ravi!

Very much worth the money

Our trip was arranged by MakeMyTrip. But it was worth every penny. There are so many beautiful places to see There are lots of activities you can take part in. Like pera sailing, tube rides, zip wire ride, visit to adventure park... Simply amazing.

Poor Value

A wasted day and not worth the expense and certainly not as described. The day comprised of a visit to a dormant volcano, a Temple on a lake, a waterfall and some mud in various shades of brown. All of which could have been visited easily enough, if you were so inclined, by yourself at a fraction of the cost by hiring a car for the day. And thereafter that's what we did and enjoyed exploring the island a lot more in that manner. Not listed in the itinerary was a visit to a so called factory that manufactures model ships/boats. A blatantly staged workshop which was populated by some very bored individuals pretending to be model making. In short, just an excuse to get you into the shop. The lunch was atrocious, so much so that we reviewed the venue separately. The driver/guide was pleasant enough but then that would be the minimum you would have expected. With the benefit of hind sight we would have spent another day on the beach.

Unica pecca gli ingressi alla fabbrica del cashmere e al negozio di modellini di navi potrebbero essere opzionali. Tanto si concretizzano in spiegazioni molto veloci e in tentativi insistenti da parte dei commessi di venderti articoli e souvenir a prezzi eccessivi
