Great fun, good value

This is great fun, good value, and highly recommend as a day out for anybody with small children (or anybody who just wants to cruise the Mandurah canals for that matter). Even the "add-ons" (pirate hats, flags, swords etc.), where most tours would take the opportunity to sell overpriced junk at extortionate prices, are all very reasonable.

Fun and engaging

It was such a fun experience for us and the kids. The kids are aged 2 and 3. I highly recommend this tour! I am a Mandurah local and would go on it again with other family visiting.

Fab adventure for your little pirates!

Our two children 5 and 7 years old thoroughly enjoyed the Pirate Cruise! The 45 minutes seemed to sail by (yes 😅 pun intentended) while we spotted dolphins, pelicans and other wildlife. Our host pirates were engaging and funny and had adults and children alike laughing along. We opted to add a pirate hat and sword for each child (can you go on a pirate ship without hat and sword!?) and the items provided were very reasonable quality for the price. If you’ve got little ones, don’t miss it!

ahoy fun for all

My niece and I had a great trip, saw 5 dolphins along the lovely canals. Funny commentary and great hosting. Everyone had a turn at the water cannons, and the (pretend) steering wheel.

It was Arrrrmazing ! Loved the way pirate Polly interacted with ever child to get a turn and experience around the boat, It’s all Very well done. We also got to see a family of dolphins aswell. Beautiful trip and very fun experience for all 10/10 recommend

Great family cruise to see the waterways of Mandurah

I surprised my grandson with this cruise and it was so awesome. The views were amazing and the dolphins were just so beautiful. The staff made it so much fun and Pirate George brought everyone together and engaging with his crew

What an absolute blast this was, crew were interactive and constantly telling us about what was around us, saw heaps of dolphins + even let our little ones get involved in lowering the mast to go under the bridges! Ringing the bell and washing the decks of the bearby empty buildings, Finished off with pirate tattoos, absolutely worth the money, enjoyed by all generations of us on the boat, kids cannot wait to come back. ☠️☠️PIRATES AHOY! ☠️☠️

Great adventure for our grandson!

My wife booked the cruise for us and our grandson of 7 years old, he absolutely loved it and wanted to stay on longer so we will do a longer trip in the summer. Anita was a great host and Ben gets some stick (but in a fun way) we was surprised at how many adults without chidren were on there. The tour was fun and all the kids on board enjoyed themselves. The hat an flag are well worth the money and made it more fun for our grandson and he has a good momento of the day. Highly recommend, oh and the dolphines were playing around the boat which made it even better.

We had previously done the lunch cruise and thoroughly enjoyed that so when my sister-in-law came over to WA for a short break we took her on the Sunday cruise. She absolutely loved it. The cruise itself was very relaxing, we got to see plenty of dolphins and the onboard entertainment was very funny. I would thoroughly recommend this experience to anyone. The perfect unique holiday experience!

The pirate cruise was everything we'd hoped for and more! We booked last minute as we saw the weather for the next day had rain forecast when we were planning to go. We were so glad we did! Stunning, sparkling water, amazing canal views of all the houses we wish we could afford, the kids loved being on a pirate ship and being able to "steer" and use the water cannons. We were hopeful of seeing dolphins and got treated to an absolute show from about 6 of them! They performed and swam alongside the boat as if trained! The female host pirate was very competent and accommodating and friendly to our kids. We loved the whole trip and wished we could have gone on longer. We will be recommending this to others. We went outside of school holidays and so enjoyed a fairly quiet trip with only 2 other families which was nice.

Swash Buckling !

My grandsons enjoyed playing at pirates with all the ship had to offer. I enjoyed seeing them have fun, bonus is the scenery & wildlife. Great memories made

A fabulous swashbuckling bit of fun for the grandkids and grandparents alike! Great commentary and plenty of little activities for kids to get into the Pirate role. We were running late and the crew kindly waited a few minutes before setting sail. Appreciated

Loads of pirate fun for old and young alike!

Absolutely wonderful ❤️ 😊 kids loved it as much as the adults! The staff were very much in character which added to the fun and excitement of the day... Two very large thumbs up 👍 well done 👏 would definitely do again 😀🥰

Highly rated experience

Fun and affordable. We were lucky enough to see some dolphins too. Customer service was excellent as I had to change my booking time and they were very accommodating.

Great little cruise

Awesome little adventure. The kidlets loved moving about the ship and experiencing “pirate life”. The crew were entertaining and helpful. The views and seeing dolphins, icing on the cake! Thank you we will be back x

Wonderful day out

The kids had a great day. They saw dolphins and we saw some spectacular homes. They all made use of the water canons and the steering wheel at the front of the ship. RRR me maties, we will be back.

Wonderful Pirate Adventure

We had an amazing trip on the pirate ship tour. They were very entertaining and made it a fun experience for the whole family while looking at different parts of Mandurah from the water. Great for kids to keep them happy.

Fantastic for children! Great experience

Such a fantastic cruise for the kids! The staff on board were great and made it so much extra fun and special for the kids. In particular, the staff member hosting with blonde hair (unsure of her name) was fantastic and incredibly good at her job. She made it so much fun! The pirate cruise had a beautiful sense of community. As we approached other boats there was a lot of fun banter which was greatly encouraged by the lady hosting our cruise (again, she was excellent). But also, the residents who live on the canals were waving pirate flags and greeting the boat from their balconies. It was such a great vibe with a strong community spirit. I highly recommend this for people with children. Our kids had the best time. We also appreciated the complimentary lollipops for the children. Thanks guys! Great work.

Terrific fun

Had friends visiting from UK caught up in Mandurah this trip was a highlight. Great fun . A must do for adults and kids.....get into the spirit of being a pirate and you'll love it.

Amazing pirate adventure!

What a brilliant adventure! We took our 4 year old (and 1 yr old) sons on this on Easter Sunday and they had the absolute best time! Captain Ness and pirate George were absolutely engaging, played the characters beautifully and made for many fond memories. My 4 year old pirate obsessed son hasn't stopped talking about his real life pirate boat adventure and the dolphins, crocodile and dinosaurs he saw. Thank you for an absolute beautiful day!

Great fun for all the family

We had a fabulous time on the Pirate Ship. Our family went aged between 18 months and 84 years, we all had a great experience. The kids were made to feel special, there were photo opportunities with the pirates and overall it was great value for money.

Lovely views in great weather. The Pirate cruise is a must for kids,lots of fun to be had on board. Interesting for adults also.

Awesome Tour on a Novelty Cruise

What a wonderful trip! I went with my husband, daughter in law and three grandchildren 2and under. The children absolutely loved it! The "pirates" were very entertaining and the ship is very, very smooth in the water. The pricing was very good value for money, we also bought the pirate hats (2 for $10) and 2 flags at $3 each. We saw dolphins very close to the boat. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable 45 minute ride; would love to go back to do the lunch or sunset cruise!

What a great trip

The cruise was fantastic, and both crew were really great we saw dolphins enjoyed the banter between all the passengers and crew, we saw some dolphins, the kids enjoyed steering the boat from the front and shot water from the cannons on each side

Awesome fun

Took the grandson (3 years) and we had a ball, so much fun. I bought him a pirate hat and pirate sword...the best $10 I ever spent.

This was a unique experience that is fun for parents and especially kids. The captain points out interesting things along the trip while another crew pirate puts fake pirate tattoos on the kids and encourages foam sword fights ⚔️ would def go again!

We had lots of fun! Seeing the dolphins was a bonus! We did the tour three years ago and decided to return. The kids loved it! It was their highlight of the day!

A must for adventurous pirates!

The kids had a piratey fun time!!! ☠️ Complete with water guns, ship's bell, pirate flag and a ship's wheel!! Parents relaxed and watched the beautiful views. Ship did not sink and No one walked the plank 👍 Bonus item - saw dolphins too 😍

Morning out with friends on the pirate ship

Really enjoyable experience

We went on the 45 min pirate cruise today and it was excellent. We took our daughter for her birthday and she loved it. The 2 x pirates on board were fantastic. We also saw lots of dolphins which was a bonus. I highly recommend doing this cruise!

Would recommend The Pirate Ship Mandurah

Well run with friendly and helpful crew. Extra effort when the realised our grandson was on his sixth birthday - a special certificate and mosrt on the boat sang Happy Birthday and a grat Pirate Three Cheers... The cruise around Mandurah waters, including Dolphin Quay and the Halls Head Canal - very enjoyably entertaining and would suit all ages

Really cool fun family cruise

What a cool way to spend an hour. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make it fun, get in the spirit, but most of all - focus on the kids so they had a blast. We loved it, and our son loved it more! Thank you so much for a great highlight. Added bonus was seeing a few dolphins

Awesome Themed Fun!

Great fun for the kids! The operators really go all out on the theme, we dressed our little ones up and they had an absolute blast! Shooting the water cannons off the side of the ship was a main attraction. We will definitely visit again.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed with this cruise. There is a great opportunity here to make it really fun and interesting especially for the kids but that just wasn’t happening. The biggest disappointment were the staff. They just seemed to not want to be there, not really dressed up and not enthusiastic at all. Boat was maybe a bit too packed with people which made it uncomfortable. Best part was seeing dolphins. For the cost I wouldn’t recommend.

Fun family cruise!

Fun family cruise through the Mandurah canals. Plenty to do aboard to keep the kids entertained - firing the canons (loaded with water), steering the ship, looking through the spyglass. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, which the kids loved. The boat was open so there was an unrestricted view as we cruised around.

Great adventure for the kids & so many dolphins

My family and I had a great time. We saw so many dolphins around us that we lost count and it was a real treat whenever other boats or tours went past us everyone waved and made pirate noises to each other. It was a great atmosphere for the kids who loves having a go at the when in the front of the ship and also the two water cannons on the side of the boat. We would highly recommend for kids and we are keen to come back for sure.

Awesome cruise around the estuary it was such a great morning the weather was perfect & the crew were outstanding will be back with more family members to do another cruise
