This was a great and an affordable tour when you’ve only got a limited time to explore Bahrain. Tour guide Ravinder was very friendly and answered lots of questions about living in Bahrain. Seeing the pottery buildings, the burial mounds and the F1 circuit was very cool but the Tree of Life is the highlight. It’s so beautiful and still growing despite its location. Highly recommend the experience.

Amazing tour

Got in the tour at the very last moment. Contact them thru whatsapp and were super friendly and open to make a last minute reservation. All stops were very interesting and our guide,Rvinder Kaur, explained all the history and culture with precision and finesse, making it a engaging and enjoyable tour. Also, she is a great photographer! A little hot this time of the year but they provide water and juice, what was amazing as I forgot my water and although there is not a lot of walking, fluids are needed.

Top rated tour

This trip basically covers the importance tourist places. The circuit is the highlight but we couldn’t see the track as they were preparing it for the race. The oil wells and the saline camping is not a sight to be missed. The your guide Ms Kaur was really nice and friendly.

Great half day tour!

Perfect have the tour, visiting traditional, pottery, making, trail, life, first oil, well and formula, one circuit. Our tour guide Ravinder was wonderful, very informative and fun. Highly recommended!

Excellent tour!

A great half day tour to see some sights of Bahrain. Ravinder Kaur was our guide and she was excellent and very knowledgeable about Bahrain. She really made the trip enjoyable.

Good bahrain experience

Made a booking due to 19 hrs of halt, but was a great experience. Guide and driver were great, didn't even let me feel I am in another country.

Passed half a day with some interesting sights

Camel farm was interesting, the other stops were average. Lots of driving around and were picked up a whole hour before the trip began

WONDERFUL TOUR AND MONEY WELL SPENT!

WONDERFUL TOUR! This was one of the best tours on our trip around the world! Our guide, Miss Ravinder KAUR, was amazing; also friendly, full of energy, attentive, knowledgeable and very punctual. Plus a great team with the driver, giving us bottles of water or juices and helping us, in and out, of the mini-van. The tour really visits the highlights of Bahrain during a few hours. We also got to see the Cathedral of our Lady of Arabia, thanks to Ravinder, although it was not on our itinerary. We highly recommand this excursion; it is money well spent when compared to other excursions that are just a bus tour. We got to see and visit many interestings locations.

Fun, knowledgeable, friendly

Our guide was wonderful, Ravindar Kaur was knowledgeable and very kind. She was clearly passionate about her job. The tour was great too, camels were a major highlight. Very hospitable.

Excellent Tour!

The tour was wonderful. Our tour guide Ravinder was great, full of energy and couldn’t do enough for us. She was so knowledgeable about each stop on the tour, and we even had some extra stops thrown in which we weren’t expecting such as the first ever Gulf Oil Drill. A lovely afternoon from start to finish!

Interesting tour of Bahrain desert

Informative and enjoyable tour accompanied by the very friendly Tour Guide Ravinda Kaur. She even added an additional stop, which is not normally part of the itinerary, a stop at the largest church in Bahrain.

fun and adventurous trip, all in complete comfort and relaxation

we were able to visit the best places of interest in the country. an opportunity to take beautiful photos accompanied by a guide who is both kind and welcoming. the van was punctual and was air conditioned. a real adventure experience but with five stars. thanks again for the welcome and kindness

Outstanding half day tour

Maher was an excellent tour guide. I booked this at the last minute (2 hours before) and was the only person. It was like spending the afternoon with a friend! The sites were great, all the information was excellent, there was ample opportunity to enjoy what I was seeing. I really can recommend this highly enough! the camel farm was a highlight seeing a baby camel only hours old.

Nice tour probably a little expensive

Nice and informative tour. However, for the cost it was lacking - possibly another stop at the fort would make it better value for money.

Enjoyable few hours off the beaten track

We were staying in Manama so decided on the desert half-day tour. There were only 8 of us on the tour in total. The tour guide was very friendly and gave a lot of interesting information. The pottery factory was a good stop and we bought some handmade souvenirs. We also stopped at the Bahrain F1 track and first oil well. We really enjoyed the trip

Trip to Bahrain Desert

The trip was a wonderful introduction to Bahrain. We learned a lot. Our favorite part was petting the camels.

Very good half day tour of southern Bahrain

Very good tour and very friendly tour guide. It was very interesting to visit the oil fields. Some steps could have been a bit longer , but it was still a very good experience.

See a lot in a short time

-For this money it was a good Tour. -The Tourguide was nice&helpfull. But talks too much,but i do too! So that fits together nicely. -Like the Camelfarm. -Also the pottery is with a shop. But there is not a Push to you 'Buy this or that'. -December time= oke. i was not too hot here. -i give 4 stars because of seeing a lot in a short time everywhere. -I recommend this tour. Had a super fun time:)

Too expensive

I think it was okay but I would have expected more since it was quite expensive. You pay for a taxi driver really. It was no guiding or anything like that. You pay for a driver that takes you around and a person that “looks after” you so you are on time. The sights were all okay and I think the best Bahrain has to offer. But I think the price is steep since we were quite a big group and gas is inexpensive in Bahrain.

Great Tour: Missed Locations

The guide and tour were amazing; however, the tour did not include the promised zoo instead of the Grand Prix circuit and the riffa fort was also not included. The tour was 3 hours long. The tour guide and bus driver were amazing and friendly; lots of great information about Bahrain!

Great itinerary, very very poorly executed

The tour was 3 hours, not 4. We made 5 stops, but rather than being the 15-20 minutes advertised, nearly all were no more than a get off bus, take photo, get back on. The first stop was the burial mounds: guide pointed to what looked like a pile of bricks (especially as we saw some 'real' burial mounds in the museum a few days later) and ushered us into the pottery shop. Barely had time for that too! No time to take any of it in, such a disappointment.

Ayat and saher were great guides. Local knowledge was phenomenal and everything was smooth in terms of the ride with fantastic wifi service also available- highly recommended when in the city

The best 4 hour tour to date.

Everything was perfect for us. The highlight was seeing baby camels so close up. Heloise our guide was the best. She was so knowledgeable and our driver Takeer was a very good driver.

Group Booking

I booked a group tour but was the only one who booked for that day so it was essentially a private tour. They were great and friendly! I recommend sneakers for this excursion.

Half Day Bahrain Tour

It was an amazing experience to tour key sites in Bahrain with Visit Bahrain. The guide, Miss Elizia was an exceptional tourist guide with great attitude and complete info of the sites and the country in general. Though the weather was not quite favourable, the guide and Pakistani driver, Touqeer, really compensated it. We will love to come back again with family with high recommendation.

I undertook this Half-Day Desert trip and what a fantastic experience it was. The tour guide was a knowledgeable man with the utmost patience, that did not for one minute show any indifference when I peppered him with question after question. It seemed to me that he enjoyed imparting his knowledge and sharing it with this inquisitive pupil. I fell in love with the country of Bahrain, it's people, its cultures, the politeness, the cleanliness. I just have praise for all aspects of my two week stay in Bahrain. Folks back home in South Africa, want to know if I am going to go back, and without a blink.of an eye, I do not hesitate and my reply is, I would be there yesterday. I would highly recommend a tour with this tour guide any time.

Fantastic afternoon

Myself and some colleagues were over for work and had very little time to see the sights - hence only being able to book the half-day tour. We made the right choice by booking this! It was a fantastic afternoon that really enlightened us on Bahrain and what the country was like away from the city. The French lady (I think it was Elisasa) was brilliant. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was second to none and she ensured a great day was had by all. I would highly-recommend this to everyone! Thank you.

Desert tour

This tour was brilliant. It was so worth going to see other cultural and natural sites. Alicia was the tour guide and she was so knowledgeable and helpful, willing to help and explain anything at any time.

Hit the highlights, but none of them are spectacular

This was a good tour for seeing many of Bahrain's top attractions quickly - we made 7 stops in 4 hours. The tour bus was great, the guide and driver very nice and knowledgeable. The sites themselves just weren't that exciting.

SCAM!

A few friends and I brought tickets online to go on this tour. The morning of the tour I called to asked for our pickup time. I was told 1:30pm on the phone from a woman named "Sweety". Later that day I got a phone call at 1:30pm exactly saying that the tour bus had been waiting 30mins for us in front of the hotel so it left. I called Sweety and told her that we can take an Uber to wherever the tour bus was and continue on with the tour. She told us to go to the Camel Farm to meet the bus. We Ubered to the farm and waited 3 hours later the bus never came! I called Sweety back and told her the bus never showed up and she said sorry that's not my problem and hung up on me. Tried calling back and she blocked my number. So I never got a chance to go on the tour and didn't get my money back. This tour is definitely a scam. Be careful when booking.

Great Half-Day in Bahrain

Perfect way to get out of city and learn more about history and culture of Bahrain. Knowledgeable and friendly guides, a great diversity of stops on the tour, from camels to Formula 1 to oil. Highly recommend!

Informative tour!

It was a very memorable trip and one that I would suggest to other people. It wouldn’t be possible to say enough about the guide's (Katrena) qualities in terms of knowledge of the wealthy history of the small Kingdom. I was pleasantly surprised to see the high quality and performance of the vehicle provided. I really appreciated the variety of the unlimited beverages.

Fun for all family

Love the place well maintained clean and very nice staff. The all the area cover by lifeguards. Food was amazing, Try their Bombay Biyani, Done by Mumbai chef. Should cover early morning. Best customers service.

Interesting but short

Visiting different sites was interesting but whole tour was rushed and our guide didn't explain us too much, it felt more like one of the guests new something more than others and shared with us. Longer tour with local guide and more detailed explanation of visited sites would be better.

Loved the full tour in the F1 track and the Safari drive in their incredible bus big screen tv, refrigerators, wifi, killer sound system etc around the Zoo. We had the same guide from our city tour which was very nice and professional. Again A for Visit Bahrain tours. Four hours flew by.</p>

Esperienza bellissima

Ferma dei cammelli era interessantissima, albero della vita memorqbile, colori di deserto, tombe di Dilmani.. una civiltà antichissima. Guida molto gentile e preparata

Un bel giro forse troppo affrettato in alcuni punti

Il giro è stato molto interessante e vario. In alcune tappe il tempo è stato troppo breve e quindi consiglierei di eliminare la sosta alla pottery che non rileva molto e toglie spazio alle cose più importanti
