Private Tuk Tuk Tour

Not worth the money or time

We tried to meet our tuk tuk tour operator at a random spot, as described in the tour details. No one was there; we called Viator to get help but there was limited help. We then called the tour operator; they were also not aware but said the guide was stuck in traffic. We had to walk another mile back to the starting point to meet the driver. Our tour started 45 minutes late. We never stopped atANY of the sites, we could not see anything from the tuk tuk, the ride was rickety and the driver was t very talkative. Would not recommend this tour!

Fantastic guide in beautiful Madrid

Christine was a fantastic guide. I booked this tour for my 2 siblings so they could get a good tour of Madrid. The city is already beautiful and Christine made the city even more beautiful.

Fanatastico Francisco

Francisco was amazing! He really does customize your tour for your interests and tells you about the hot places to visit while you are in Madrid. I am an Ernest Hemingway fan and he took me to the bar where Hemingway loved to spend his time it was priceless!!!

Tiny Tuk Tuk

The driver was great and he took us to interesting places. The problem was the Tuk Tuk was too small for a six foot (182 cm) guy. I couldn't see out of the front or the sides of the vehicle. As well, there was verry little leg room. Sorry, I'd like to give you a good rating but the vehicle just doesn't work for a taller person.

Waste of money

It was utter waste of money. Our guide showed us only ONE thing on the list. Roads around Plaza Mayor were closed for the Easter but other monuments were away from the place and were not blocked. Tour operator/guide should have known this and improvised. The guide did not bother to show any other monuments. We should have looked the spots on google and walked around or should have hired uber instead.

Excellent way to spend our first (jet lagged) morning!

Our driver did an excellent job showing us the sites! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Madrid.

Amazing First experience

This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide was Anthony and he did an amazing job. He took us to all important tourist places in Madrid. Giving us an overview of the city with lot of information of each place and additional information. Finally he ask were he could take us when finishing so we could be in the place and no additional walking. He left us at the royal palace. I would recommend this tour for when you arrive at first at the city and then you can choose which to revisit. Thank You Anthony for Sharing your knowledge with us. Saludos desde Puerto Rico.

Great starting place to see Madrid

We booked this tour as the first thing to do after dropping our luggage off at our hotel. Our guide was Tony and he did a wonderful job of keeping us awake and entertained with this stories. I really liked how maneuverable the tuk tuks were and how much of the city we were able to see.

Highly recommend

Ride was fun and informative. Francisco was a pleasure. He stopped along the way to tell us about the history of sites and to allow us to take photos. I highly recommend.

This is a must for first time visitors to Madrid!

Francisco was a fantastic guide! His knowledge of Madrid was impressive and he chose a good variety of sites to visit. And he is a great photographer! we got so many Instagram worthy shots was hard to choose what to post. Also we had trouble finding the meet up place so we were quite late, but they very kindly got us back on track and we ended up having a blast.

Educational, beautiful, entertaining

It was the perfect excursion. We had a great time. Lots of sight seeing, and our guides were very knowledgeable to the history of Madrid. Got to see so much in just 1 day. I recommend it.

Tuk tuk tour was great.

Tuk tuk is the way to go in Sevilla. The streets are so narrow, the buses can’t go where you want to go. I’m sorry I have forgotten our guide’s name but she was great. She customized our tour for us based on what we had already seen on our own. She was very fun and informative. My wife and I were very happy with our experience.

Great tour of Madrid

Our tour guide was amazing, and informative. She accommodated us with things we had seen and didn't need to see again, along with stuff we hadn't seen, and wanted to see, so it was super personable. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome private tour

Juan was awesome! Knew a ton and really personable. 2 hours was the perfect amount of time for the tour and we loved that it was private and just us. My 6yo enjoyed it too!

City tour by Tuk Tuk

The guide was very knowledgeable. Sometimes it was difficult to know what they were pointing to because the view was blocked by sunlight deflecting material on the roof. Also by the end of the 2 hours our butts were hurting. We did get a very good overview of the city

Short But Sweet!

With a short amount of time in such a magnificent city filled with history and culture, this was the way to go! Our guide was informative and exciting, when we told him we were from the Bahamas, he took us to the Christoper Columbus statue so that we could see it first hand. 2 thumbs up! The only recommendation I would make is take a jacket if you have an early tour, the tuk tuk moves quite quickly and it can get windy

GREAT way to start your trip!

Our tour guide, Juan Carlos (I believe), was FANTASTIC! We were impressed by how much he knew and the "extra" personalized information he was able to provide in regard to the various sites.

Nice and cool

Had a good experience. Driver(Pablo) was nice and well English.spoken. He explained us about the history of the city, Gave us some photo opportunities. The tuk tuk was nice and clean. It was actually very cool in the tuk tuk. Would recommend .

Great way to get your bearings.

Pablo was a great tour guide. We enjoyed seeing all the highlights of Madrid. He took us down many one way streets inaccessible to large buses.

Great tour for overview of Madrid!

We did the 2 hour tour and we were able to see so much of Madrid. We love to do a tuk tuk tour on arrival day to beat the jet lag and get an overview of the city. Unfortunately, due to flight cancellations, we had to push this tour back, but it was still amazing to see new sites after being in Madrid. Our guide Pedro was so kind, thoughtful, and interesting. He took us to many spots and offered many recommendations!

Getting to see central Madrd from a guide who grew up here. Enjoyed visiting the Cervantes area and the views of the city.

2 hr Madrid Highlights

Pablo knew the way to get around the city and get us to the important sites. We also made a request that he take us by the bullring which he did. We appreciate his knowledge. Personally I think two hours is a minimum it takes to see most of the sites in Madrid

Fun experience getting to learn about Madrid. We would go again

This was a fun experience. It was a great introduction to Madrid. It was hard to see out of the Tuk Tuk, but it was super hot so we appreciated the roof covering. Our guide was super knowledgable. He knows his Spain history. I wish I would have asked him to speak a little slower, but that was my fault. Hard to understand at times (and I am good with accents).

Awesome experience, highly recommend it!

We did a 2 hour private tuk tuk tour of Madrid on the day we arrived after 8 hour long flight. We were tired and jet lagged, and this was the best experience when you don't have the energy to explore the city on your own. Sebastian was our guide, he was the best guide you can get. So passionate about Madrid his home town and took us all around the historical side. He explained the stories behind the sites so very well. I would recommend it for anyone who is in Madrid for the first time. It will help you decide where you want to spend more time the next few days, awesome experience.

Great intro to Madrid!

My only complaint is that I waited until my next to last day in Madrid to do this. I highly recommend this as a way to get familiar with the city on your first day in the city. You get to see the major sites, and my guide was excellent. He tailored it a bit for me (i.e. Great to see the bullfighting arena, don't care about football), and I appreciated that.

Best Way to See Madrid Quickly

Best way of seeing the whole city in a short time. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a good first day activity.

Madrid highlights - tuk tuk no time at all!

From pick up to drop off the experience was excellent. Fantastic way to see the city of Madrid - helps you get your bearings and note the places you may want to go back and spend more time at. Our tuk tuk driver Paulo was a local with great knowledge of Madrid, a wonderful friendly manner and was great sense of humour. We opted for 1 hour but extended it to 1.5 hours - which I think is ideal if you want to fit it all in with no rush.

Pablo is the best!!!

We had an excellent 2 hour tour with Pablo! He was excellent and showed us so many attractions in the city. He gave great insight and lots of stories. Booking with Pablo was extra special.

Amazing Tuk-Tuk Tour

This is a must-do activity for someone traveling to Madrid. I had the best time with Pablo. He was so considerate to contact me when he was stuck in traffic and was running late for my tour.. He is such a kind-hearted soul with a lot of information to share. We saw many areas of Madrid and was willing to go anywhere that I had asked for him to take me. Most importantly, he is a very safe driver! Weather was perfect and so was his company. Would recommend this tour highly.

The Amazing Tut Tut Adventure We had an amazing tour by Juan Carlos, a spirited Spaniard who knew the history of Madrid and all of the curiosities of a historic city. Witty, entertaining and fun!

Late, incoherent and dangerous.

Tuk Tuk was 35 minutes late. The driver was not English speaking which was requested. We almost crashed into the back of a car then almost toppled as he manoeuvred around the car at Tuk Tuk full speed as the driver was looking at his phone.

Mejorable

Se ve muy poco desde el asiento. Supongo que los transparentes se verá mejor. Mucho traqueteo, entiendo que inevitable. El guía muy agradable pero el contenido de sus explicaciones son bastante mejorables. Dejo muchos puntos importantes sin pasar ( gran Vía, puerta del Sol, las Cortes, plaza Mayor), por algunas seguro que no podía entrar pero por otras sí.

Excelente para conocer a Madrid.

Es nuestra primera visita a Madrid y este tour nos dio una introducción perfecta. Nuestro guía nos llevó a los lugares más importantes de la ciudad y nos dio una explicación detalla de cada lugar. Altamente recomendado.
