Amazing tour

We had our tour today with Ruiz, Oscar, and Carlos. Today was one of the best tours we have ever taken. The staff were on time, informative, very kind. Made sure everyone stayed together and got a good view of all the buildings as well as in-depth history. I would definitely recommend this tour but more importantly, I would definitely recommend this staff.

Good experience

The driver, Luis was very kind to wait for us while we had problem locating our luggage. He even showed us where to get a simcard for our phone.

Great experience

Great service. Met us at the gate. Clean car and a good driver. Got us to the hotel quickly and safely. We had a wait afew minutes but it was good friday and the airport was empty, so there were no delays getting though baggage etc. Will use when next in Madrid.

Waste of money.

Driver did not show up….avoid at all costs. Company also provided a discounted phone number. Could not contact private transport company. Can not believe Viator allies this type of service.

Terrible experience

After a very long flight, going through passport and customs controls, we looked forward to having someone pick us up. The driver never showed up and we finally took a taxi. I have reported this to Vistor telling them I expected a refund but they do not respond back. Terrible terrible service

Bad!

My daughter came out at 9:43PM. Driver was set to pick up at 9:30PM. All the flight details were provided. Driver was a no show. Had to call the operator and said he forgot and will send a person in 10 min. After 1 hour and repeated calls, driver showed up. While my daughter was running with the driver with her bags, he told her to hurry-up. Glad, my daughter had international plan activated.

Well, the trouble was...

Well, the trouble was that the driver was not waiting for me with a sign with my name on it as promised. After many phone calls and some time, the driver did pick me up.

It took awhile before we located the driver because he did have a placard bearing our name. He also doesn't speak english but a very nice guy.

Good service and kind driver

Was very patient when I was held up at the airport! Very nice driver who gave me a wonderful tour of the city as we drove through. He pointed out all the big landmarks.
