Ride from airport to hotel

The ride from the airport to our hotel was great with no issues. However, what was the issue is that the driver did not have the correct information about our flight even though we gave them all our info. It took us 30 minutes of walking around the airport after a long trip to figure out where we were and where he was.

Driver was late for pick up

Driver communicated early in the day to confirm early evening arrival but arrived 45 min after scheduled flight - which came in 20 min early. He was very polite and kept us informed of his time but nonetheless we waited 45 min for him.

Madrid Airport transport

Our driver, Gilberto was fabulous. He kept in contact with me the whole time. He helped us choose the right time to allow plenty of time for our flight at the Madrid airport.

Excellent Driver

Our driver, Annabelle , was wonderful. She communicated with us from the time the plane landed until we met up after going through immigration and baggage claims. She patiently waited while I filed a lost and found claim for an item left on the plane. The ride to our hotel was quick and comfortable. I would definitely use this service again.

Private transfer from Madrid International Airport.

We had a private transfer from Madrid International Airport to our hotel in Madrid . We were met by Michael, who had been communicating with us prior to pick up. We were running a bit late but he was very polite and patient and was there to greet us when we got to arrivals. He was very well dressed and took our baggage for us and got us safely to the hotel . The van we booked was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and use this company again. Kay

No call no show

This private transfer was arranged weeks in advance. We were emailing 24 hours before they were scheduled to pick up and I reiterated the date and time. They never came to pick up. I called multiple times and the one time they did pick up they hung up on me because I didnt speak Spanish. Very disappointed in this lack of service.

Great ride.

Very nice ride to the hotel from the airport. The driver gave us a ride from the airport to the hotel. We were looking for him to be there holding a sign with my name, but he didn’t. He had actually found a picture of me and he was looking for me. I didn’t look exactly the same as my picture anymore. My hair was dyed. So he couldn’t find me at first. Lol

Excellent Service

Our driver Michael communicated with me via WhatsApp as soon as our plane landed in Spain. He gave me clear instructions on where to go after baggage collection. He waited for us even though we came out a bit late. The van is very spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this company.

Best transfer!

This was the first experience after a long interoceanic family trip. We were received in a timely manner and were able to get to the Hotel pretty fast.

Not great customer service in Madrid

We booked a pick up from a concert for my family of 6. Viator cancelled it the DAY of the concert and the pick up time was 11:55pm - so difficult to schedule another one for our four children and us. They should have cancelled many days in advance. Very frustrating.

Great service despite changes

We are so happy we booked our airport transfer with this company. Due to weather issues with our connecting flight, we had to change to a completely different flight with a different airline which would arrive 2 hours earlier. Because we were taking a red eye from the US, they were closed by the time the changes were made and I was worried they wouldn’t get my message in time. But somehow they did and we were so happy they were able to accommodate the last minute change.

Easy transfer after a...

Easy transfer after a whole day of travel. Made arrival of our tired group very smooth. Only hardship was the end of the line - he couldn't get us right to apartment via van, and we had a little challenge finding it. Not the driver's fault.

Very straightforward to book and the communication with the service provider was great. The driver was a gentleman, waiting at the arrivals hall with my name on a tablet (very easy to find) and promptly helped with luggage. The vehicle was large and spotless and the journey to the hotel was quick. Overall, a very smooth service. I have also booked the departure service and it will most certainly not disappoint.

Houve um atraso na descarga das malas e o motorista não esperou um tempo a mais devido as regras da empresa, que não compreendem situações em que o cliente não tem culpa. Perdi o dinheiro. Pior que comprei outros serviços com vocês na Espanha e Itália adiante em minha viagem e estou preocupado. Lamento, espero não perder mais dinheiro , mas nunca mais contratarei no futuro, por outro lado sei que vocês estão pouco preocupados com um sul americano que vem trazer euros para cá.

Disorganized. Incompetent

Organized trip Asturias Benidorm. Outbound: Direct flight planned to Alicante. It doesn't get plane tickets for everyone and you have to do Asturias-Madrid, Madrid-Alicante. Mi experiencia es de 3 viajes, el primero todo bien y correcto, los otros, que dos veces consecutivas ni el conductor se presentó ni contestaron el teléfono. La primera vez tuve que buscar una alternativa, para la segunda me ofrecieron el abono y un descuento. Tras contratar 0 en servicio.
