great collection with lots of masterpieces - however it must bee noted that no photography is allowed - this is not clearly communicated and many visitors were yelled at by members of staff, moreover, the queuing system to get inside the museum is inadequate with many staff seemingly not understanding the system themselves - even with online tickets you must queue up to get a QR ticket and then queue to get in - nice cafe although the turn round on tables is slow

Beautiful museum! Lovely pieces but not too large of a museum that we couldn’t see nearly everything in a few hours.

A disaster

A disaster, i never got my entranceticket, tried to get in contact by phone and message but no response, will never use this service again!

Furious

The Museum is beautiful, a most do in Madrid but do not by the tickets with viator, they are going to charge you and then the day before cancel your tickets and not refund you.

Not Art I Like

The old masters are a little dark and the subject matter is mostly kind of boring to me. It may be someone else’s cup of tea but I think it would not be something I would have visited if I knew what art was in the museums. I much preferred the Reina Sofia truth be told

Wronged!

Bought this ticket a month in advance. When I arrived it was a national holiday and no ticked was needed! Asked for a refund…will see if I get it.

Prado museum.

Beautiful museum. Easy access to booking. The vast collection displays an all encompassing historical view of Spain and the people responsible for its rich history.

Disappointed

I was enabled to download my ticket so couldn’t go. The email kept asking me to to go to my travel app but my app said I didn’t have any tickets - I wish I could go today would Re hour paying again

A lousy experience as the vouchers never arrived and I had to pay at the door if I wanted to visit the museum! I did teq

I am very disappointed in this service. I never received my actual tickets and ended up paying myself! When I requested them it was hours after I entered the Museum! I would like a refund as they were then useless!

Great Day Out

So much to see. We had a guide which helped us navigate the huge space. Definitely need at least 3-4 hours. Cafe was good place to take a break.

Beautiful museum

A beautiful museum, and well worth visiting. We had some trouble locating our tickets; they were buried in a third email, which was a bit frustrating. Familiarize yourself with the layout before going in to maximize your time. There is so much to see, it can be a bit overwhelming. We thoroughly enjoyed the Black Paintings of Goya and the Bosch gallery.

Over priced tickets, with no cancellation or reschedule policy Buy your tickets directly to The Prado Museum website Only $15 E VS $25 that this company charges I requested a reschedule of the tickets and it was denied to me even when I’m requesting it with 20 days in advance

Time saving for Prado visit

The tickets allowed us to walk right in and skip the ticket line. Worked nicely. The operator was very responsive and tickets were sent via email.

A treasure! It is overwhelming so don’t expect to see everything in one visit. Select what you want to see most and enjoy. Then go again

Overpriced Skip the Line Tickets

Skip the line tickets are grossly overpriced! Don’t waste your money. The museum is filled with art treasures which we enjoyed. Simply buy your tickets at the box office.

Beautiful Museum with Focus on Renaissance Paintings

If you enjoy Religious Art and classical art you will enjoy the Prado. There is only one Caravaggio painting and it is not where it shows on the map, so that was a bit frustrating. There, naturally, are more Goya and other Spanish painters featured. We found out that Guido Reni is our favorite Spanish painter. Buy tickets in advance for the first time slot of the day and beat the crowds. Back packs have to be stored in a locker.

rip off

The museum is great, but the tour operator is a rip-off. Before booking, we were told that a "guide would lead us directly to the museum highlights". On site, however, the ticket only entitles you to entry; an audio guide is not included in the price. The same ticket costs 15 euros per person directly from the museum, and 25 euros from the operator. We paid massively too much for our 4 tickets.

The sculptures

It is an experience to repeat as a family. Time is short to appreciate all the beauties that each canvas has.

Great museum

Great museum, don't expect to do everything unless you actually spend 4/5 hours there. Take the plan and select the floors/rooms to prioritize your visit. Come early on Thursday evening and queue to benefit from free entry! Too bad we can't take photos though. The outdoor museum is very pretty too

Det var nemt at købe to billetter til Prado museet. De kom hurtigt og der var ingen problemer. Husk at der er gratis adgang mellem 1800 og 2000.
