We did the park circuit with a cheeky chappy 'miguel' ... he was abs A1 - totally chilled out which was a great approach for my 12 year old and also learnt bits of history... topped off with his recommendation to eat tapas back in the city which was 👍.. When we're back will do the city circuit next

A well worth tour in Madrid

One of the best thing in Madrid. I had the Downtown Madrid tour which was worth it. Alen is a professional guide who gives you all the history and facts about the city and is talking about everything very passionately. I loved it. I would try another tour again but my mum is scared of segways so we just have to walk today or take the sightseeing bus. I just need to come back to Madrid again and book more segway tours, it is souch fun and a great experience. Thank you.

Nice segway tour

Nice trip. Must write at least 100 words, thats a lot. What can I say? Steikjandes grei tur ditta. Would be even better with better english guide and more history.

Excellent tour

The tour was fantastic. I highly recommend it for all ages and abilities. Our guide was excellent and a great teacher.

Our family did a Segway tour in Madrid. Alan, our tour guide was great and full of information. It was a fun way to see parts of the city!

Amazing Segway tour of Madrid

My daughter and I had a fantastic time on the Segway tour! Rafael was an excellent guide. He was flexible, patient (while we were getting the hang of controlling the Segway) and he knew a lot about Madrid and its history!! We loved it and recommend it very highly!!

Worth your time and money!

This was our first Segway tour and our tour guide was with Alan! He was amazing at teaching us how to use the Segway and gave great information about Madrid. He took us to parts of Madrid that is very beautiful and hard to believe it’s hidden in such a busy city. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend using their service!

Loved it

This tour is worth it just to learn how to ride a Segway. Alan was an excellent instructor and we became adept at riding fairly quickly. We wished we had booked a longer trip. I recommend at least the 1.5 or 2 hour version. We also learned a lot about Madrid on the tour which is a bonus.

Madrid First Segway Tour.

Never done a Segway tour but our guide/instructor Alan took the time with us to ensure we were given the correct training and were confident before setting off. Alan's knowledge of all the city center attractions/buildings were fantastic and he also made the trip fun, would highly recommend this trip/company.

Segway fun!

Segway portion is great. However the tapas portion was a disappointment. Sent on our own to restaurant who was not sure about the previously paid tapas . Segway was fun with Guillerm.

Easy and fun

I loved this tour. Miguel was my tour guide and he was awesome !! I was the only person who booked the tour that day , so I ended up in a private tour with Miguel who was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. This was my first time in a Segway and it was easier than what I thought . Before you go on your tour miguel makes sure you feel comfortable and in control . Once I got the hang of it I even felt comfortable riding on the street w cars . I recommend this experience !

Just book it

Amazing 2 hour trip. 8 friends went and some were complete beginners. After 5 minutes all were very competent. Miguel our guide was great and we enjoyed the park and place side of Madrid. Defines 5/5 trip

Fun on Segways, but not much information about the city

The tour is fun as far as getting to ride a Segway is concerned, but you will learn very little about the city from these guides. We drove for long stretches without any commentary or input from the guides. Despite booking a tour which would cover both ALL MADRID AND CASA DE CAMPO, we were then asked in the beginning which bit we would like to do. There were two guides, and it would certainly have been possible to split the group in 2, and allow those who wanted different itineraries to see what they wanted to see. Instead, we were shown around a few sites here and there, and then spent a long time simply riding around Casa De Campo. Other Segway tours we have been on have been excellent, providing rich details about the historical background of the city, and interesting facts and information. These guides seemed to just want to ride around on the Segways, with very little interaction with the guests.

Great tour! I enjoyed the route of this tour.

Had an amazing tour. The guide was laid back and kept us moving. Not overly informative but not in a rush either. Perfect for the group! Also took the time to take photos!

Tour operator did not...

Tour operator did not give enough history for places we visited. Also was scheduled for a certain time and we showed up and there was not enough room for us on the tour. Tickets were purchased close to 2 months in advance. Had to go at a later time.

Great experience, would do it again

Our tour guide was patient, he took his time teaching us how to ride the Segway. If you can I would recommend doing a tour hour tour. 1 hour for us was pretty short. Our tour guide was knowledgeable on the history and in what to do in Madrid.

Michael is awesome - great Segway experience

Lots of fun! My mom and I did a tour with Miguel (Michael) and it was awesome. We were the only two in the group so it was an unintentionally private experience. The tour took about two hours and we went around some of the more scenic areas of Madrid and saw a couple of landmarks too. The Segway office is in a great spot and easy to find; after the tour we walked to a nearby bar and had a free tapa which was included in our reservation. Would definitely do again!

A fun tour on the Retiro park with a Very kind and professional guide (her name is Francesca). Idéal for beginners or people already familiar with the segway.

Fun way to discover the city

We went on a 2 hrs segway tour with Alen and it was so much fun. We were a small group of 6 persons and he always made sure the group is safe. He took the time to check on all of us and especially on few members who were first-time riders. It was a great way to discover the city differently (we went to Casa de Campo).

Absolutely brilliant

We have been on many Segway tour and this was great, Veronica was our tour guide she had a wealth of information about Madrid , the buildings traditions and good places to visit. Our group consisted of 7 of us the others on the groups had not been on Segway’s before and the group included 3 youngsters everyone had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend using this tour company you won’t be disappointed.

JORGE ROCKS!!!

I don’t normally put review on any activities booked on Trip Advisors. However, this time I MUST! We had 3 hour Madrid City Tour with Jorge! Oh my my! I have done Segway tour at least 5x. By far this is the best tour ever. Well, Madrid has lots to offer as its own, but having such a fun excellent tour guide take your whole experience to much higher level. Jorge is funny, very personable, very attentive, we basically enjoyed our tour like no other experience. Well done Jorge! When we return, we will reach out to you!

Great Segway

Great Segway experience as we traveled to and through Madrid's Casa de Campo park. Got some pictures with the letters of Madrid by the river. Also learned a little about the Royal Palace.

Must do this

Great way to see the center of Madrid and learn about the culture! Our guide was amazing- so personal and knowledgeable. This is a must!

It was okay.

The Segway experience in its own is pretty fun especially if it’s your first time. Loved it. However kind of expected a bit more from the tour. Couldn’t help but think there could have been more narrating of the city’s history, giving us more detail. There was definitely a language barrier with the tour guide and i know he tried his best but it just felt a little flat for me. Other then that, we still had a good time and made the best of it !

A great way to spend NYE in Madrid

We were in Madrid to enjoy New Year's. The segway tour was a really enjoyable way to go around the park. Allen who took us was good fun and joined in our videos. The novices picked up how to drive the segway straight away without any issues.

Madrid Segway tour downtown 1.5

Overall very disappointing. Saw very little of Madrid. We had booked a 1.5 hour downtown tour but the guide was intent on taking us on a different route to a park ( not Retiro) with views back towards the city. Saw a side-on obscured view of Palace & Cathedral. Sad to say that tour guide was quite short & impatient with us, which made for a less than ideal experience. Segways were generally ok to operate but there is little margin for error. My husband”s Segway steering handle was positioned permanently to the left which made it difficult to operate. Despite using it very carefully our son had a nasty fall sustaining cuts & bruises. Sadly the tour guide was more concerned about the Segway than our son injured in the ground. The two staff back at base showed greater care and were very pleasant. We happened to see more of Madrid & it’s history/architecture during a variety of taxi journeys.

Absolutely awesome

This was a great tour, perhaps my favorite one we've done across Barcelona, Sevilla,,Cordoba, and Madrid. Chris was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable as well as super friendly. His english is perfect. Segways are a little weird at first but he had us up and running in no time.

Totally adventurous!

We only had 12 hours to spend in Madrid and really wanted a bike tour. Things didn't work out and we ended up reluctantly booking a Segway tour for sunset. It was Amazing and Hans, our guide, was the highlight of Spain for us. We were shocked at how outdoorsy this form of transport really was. We had the most romantic time and learned a lot about the most beautiful park we'd ever seen. Definitely, do this!

Great experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour zipping around the city on the segways. Our guide was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Would definitely do it again if we ever go back to Spain.

SO MUCH FUN

I’d never done a Segway tour before and probably wouldn’t have thought to do one but it is now my favourite thing ever! It was literally so fun and a great way to see the city. Our guide was really informative, gave us loads of restaurant and bar recommendations and was more than happy to stop and take photos for us. Highly recommend

Non stop laughs learning how to ride the segways. So many hidden gems to see on the tour. Carlos was our tour guide, he was friendly and patient with us and our questions - always offering to take our pictures with the sights! So much fun.

One of the best activities

Went on the Segway Tour with 3 other friends and Carlos was our tour guide. He was helpful making sure we were able to work the Segway before going on the tour. The tour was informative and interesting but we were not rushed. Got to see many sites that we might not have seen if we hadn’t gone on the tour. 10/10 recommend and value for money!

Fantastic experience, love to read repeat

My teenage daughter and myself did this tour, amended slightly to reflect works ongoing at Columbo. Segway easy to balance on. We had seen the main central sites of the city on foot and also visited Retiro Park. We chose this tour to get a different perspective on the city and were glad we did. Magical, low numbers, and our guide Carlie was informative too. Lots of opportunities for photos, and we learnt how green and expansive the city was as we glided about Campo Park. Thank you for the experience. Would highly recommend as an alternative view of the city.

Great tour of Madrid

We had a Segway tour as part of a hen weekend and all of the girls said it was one of the best things they have ever done! We had Luis as our tour guide, he was incredibly patient with us as we learned to ride a Segway and as we asked him for lots of photos! He gave us a great overview of the important history of Madrid, and as he knew we were on a hen weekend he showed us some great places to eat and drink too. Amazing tour, would highly recommend to anyway.

Great way to see Madrid

Had a wonderful experience with Luisini. Very patient and knowledgeable. It was my our first time trying Segway and thoroughly enjoyed it. Covered a lot of area and went to places I wouldn’t even think to see. Would definitely recommend spending 3 hours on this adventure!

Best way to See Madrid

Benjamin was our tour guide and he was awesome! Very friendly took a million photos of us and allowed my friend and I to enjoy the city without feeling rushed or on a time crunch. We were able to see all the main attractions of Madrid on the most gorgeous day. Segway is the best way to do it! Would recommend this everyone!

Excellent guide and sightseeing method

Luis Miguel was an awesome and knowledgeable guide to the principal attractions in Madrid. The segway method of sightseeing was incredible. WE were able to cover much ground and many attractions. Luis Miguel showed us the attractions and ALSO showed us the best restaurants and cool places to hang out. When we needed to exchange dollars to Euros - he walked with us to the best rate of exchange location. These guts get a 10 out of 10 recommendation.

Great to take a break from walking and really cover some ground. We got a great tour from Yanny and realized Segway is the way to go! Yanny really made the tour above and beyond what it already would have been.

<p>Our guide Angel was fantastic!! He had so much enthusiasm for what he does and has good knowledge of the city. We had a small group of only 3 so he took us to a couple extra places that he loves and we got a real sense of the city. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is that the segways are a bit older and were sometimes a bit difficult to run compared to other segway tours we have done around the world. We would do it again though because of Angel.</p>
