The best few hours

Can't say enough of how great this was , we booked it for a group of friends travelling to Madrid to celebrate a 50th birthday . It was the best few hour . Ronan was excellent in helping us get the hang of it . Lovely way to explore Madrid and listen to some of the interesting facts on the way . Would have happily done it again the next day . Cannot recommend this enough

Pablo was a great guide. We were only a pair and he was quick with the facts. We booked the casa de campo but since it was our first time using segways he recommended the city tour. The traffic can be a bit intimidating but it was okay. Highly recommend.

Great scenic tour of Madrid.

This tour was a great way to see the inner part of the city and also the beautiful scenery of Casa Campo. Make sure your equipment fits good and your Segway handlebars are secure! There is not a safety checklist, that is up to the rider.

Excellent 2-hr Casa de Campo tour. Our guide was Pablo. His English was great and was very knowledgeable about the city.

Great Intro to Madrid

Me and my wife traveled with Sara in Madrid. After a short tutorial on the Segway Sara started the tour and we had a great 2 hours with her. We told her that we are doing the tour with her in order to know the city and the attractions so in every stop she asked us if we want to go in or we want to continue. Sara speaks great English ( you will find out that not all the Spanish are like that ) Sara took Photos of us and sent it to us after few hours. We really recommend on Sara and the company :)

Brilliant 2 hour tour of Retiro Park and the city highlights with Pablo

Segway Madrid Full Tour Centro y Retiro Me and my wife recently did the above tour with our fabulous guide Pablo. He made sure we were happy with the control of the Seqway before we started on the tour. He was brilliant at guiding us along the busy main streets and roundabouts. His knowledge of the sights and history of Madrid was outstanding and he taught us a lot about this wonderful city. He was funny and kind and we can't praise him enough - he also took soem photo's of us and sent them to us

Amazing experience!

The Casa Campo off road tour was absolutely brilliant! We all thoroughly enjoyed it! Sara was an amazing tour guide! She shared lots of information about the city and made everyone feel safe and at ease on the segways. She was really funny and easy to get on with. We really enjoyed chatting with her. She also recommended a Tapas restaurant for lunch. I would definitely recommend this Segway tour to others. I have done a few Segway tours and what I liked best about this one was that we got to have a bit more fun on the segways as it went off road. The look out point over Madrid was also a highlight. Thanks for the amazing ride!

Two lovely hours around Madrid

We accidentally arrived late, the owners were very nice and said everything was fine, the guide would already arrive, and then came Lara a young and smiling girl who guided us on the device, lovely Lara with extensive knowledge of Madrid and its sites, magical two hours on an amazing device, highly recommend

Best tour of Madrid

This was such an incredibly fun tour! Our tour guide Javier was the best, he was so knowledgeable about the history of Madrid and it was really interesting! He also gave us the best recommendations for places to go in Madrid! Honestly the best, would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Amazing Segway Experience

Lara and Sandra were both amazing with the Segway tour, both were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. I couldn’t recommend this experience more, such a great way to see Madrid with a fun twist!

We had such a great time with this tour. Our guide, Laura, was pleasant and fun to ride with. She made our experience on Segways so much better, even if it was our first time riding them, and she is also very knowleadgeable about the city and the exhibits.

Great private Segway Tour for 2 hours

They have the "offroad" Segway x2 with the wider tires which is perfect on sandy roads like in parks. Our guide Jesus was the best. Very friendly, interesting route and he explained a lot of details about the area and buildings. Highly recommended!

We had such a great time exploring Madrid with our very information guide. We learned so much and found the trip throughly enjoyable. As well as learning how to ride Segways, about Madrid’s history, local knowledge, tails of ‘Codo’ (Elbow street)and ‘Calle Madrid’ we had great fun! Our tour guide was very informative, very patient with our questions and we really enjoyed the experience. We got to see so many places. Segways are really the best way to see the city and Swegwayfun are the best people to show you! Recommend 100%

NO LES IMPORTAN LAS PERSONAS

Reservé in tour de 2 horas para dos personas con 7-10 días de antelación. Desgraciadamente, el día anterior, di positivo a Covid, y me puse en contacto con la empresa, para comentarles que no podría asistir por haber dado positivo, y aunque me encontraba perfectamente, no quería poder contagiar a nadie. Le pedí a ka empresa si podrían cambiarme el tour para otro día y ka respuesta fue rotundamente que no. Que ya tenían los grupos cerrados y al no asistir, les causaba un gran problema. No me dieron ninguna alternativa. Yo no esperaba que me devolvieran el dinero, pero un cambio de fecha, un descuento en la próxima reserva.. .no sé, ver que la empresa se preocupa por sus clientes, ya que no poder asistir, fue por causa de fuerza mayor. Al ver su actitud, les dije, bueno, pues perderé el dinero...y su respuesta fué, sí, lo sentimos. Y me colgaron el teléfono. Entiendo que para la empresa, fuera un trastorno el que 2 personas no asistieran 24 horas antes, pero creo que podrían habernos ofrecido alguna solución. Pero ni se lo pensaron. Nunca me había ocurrido algo así con una reserva teniendo una causa de fuerza mayor. El tour, quizá sea buenísimo, pero las personas que lo gestionan, dejan mucho que desear. Una pena que traten así a los clientes.

UNA EXPERIENCIA MUY DIVERTIDA PARA TODO EL MUNDO CHICOS Y MAYORES

Hemos realizado un recorrido por la Casa de Campo, saliendo desde Huertas, en el centro de la ciudad. Todo es muy divertido, el primer minuto es un poco de aproximación mental, pero enseguida le coges el truco, porque es muy fácil pilotarlo. Además cuando vas por las calles estrechas los coches te respetan totalmente porque estos vehículos tienen prioridad y además vamos con un guía que lo hace de maravilla para que todo sea muy seguro y divertido. Por eso te damos las gracias SARA por que hemos pasado un par de horas estupendas. Es una experiencia absolutamente recomendable y segura (llevábamos casco) y se disfruta muchísimo, además vas conociendo la ciudad de una manera diferente.

Complimenten aan Maria, onze eerste Segway ervaring en dan met en off road , waren gewaarschuwd door verschillende mensen dat het gevaarlijk zou zijn . Dat was het dus niet , met de goede uitleg en begeleiding ging het fantastisch, en wat een mooi park, doen zijn u ik ieder adviseren

Experiencie muy divertida

Todo empezó en el local de la empresa, el guía nos recibió, nos entregó nuestro equipo y nos dio un breve entrenamiento, siempre fue muy amable con nosotros. Fuimos en segway por la ciudad hasta llegar a la casa de campo, durante el camino estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros y se movía a una velocidad apropiada para nosotros. Ya en la casa de campo nos dio recomendaciones adicionales y fue adaptando el recorrido según nuestros gustos y habilidades para el segway, al final fue una experiencia emocionante y divertida con muy bellas vistas en la casa de campo.

Un très bon moment

Des Segway à gros pneus, parfait pour une belle balade au parc du Casa de Campo ! 2 heures de balade dans un lieu calme et sans touristes !!! Des Segway bien entretenus et du personnel charmant et accueillant ! En français pour ma part, ( mais italien et anglais aussi ! ) le guide nous a bien encadré malgré un niveau débutant ! Bref un super moment ou l’on a bien rigolé ! Foncez sans apriori !!!

Pour une première en Segway, c'était parfait, petit tour dans le centre et puis dans le parc, explication devant les monuments importants, jolie point de vue depuis le parc et anecdotes... A refaire
