Good Time

Very nice time. We were lucky to have a nice mix of people from various backgrounds. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Just a side note, we did have a little bit of an issue finding the group at the start. Maybe a sign or a flag would help.

Great fun!

It was great to get a sense of the city, while having wonderful conversation with our guide and fellow travelers.

Last day in Madrid… after this tour I feel I need to come back and do this tour again. The places were top notch. The guide was super knowledgeable.

Madrid Food Tour with Lisa

This was a first food tour for my husband and I. Lisa was a fantastic guide: super friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and the establishments. We loved the experience and would recommend to anyone that goes to Madrid! (ask for Lisa)

Amazing Tapas & Rooftop Bar Experience

Christina was an amazing tour guide who ensured that we enjoyed true, quality tapas! It was fantastic to meet people from all other countries and enjoy an evening of fantastic food and drinks!

Team were friendly, food was really nice. Was great to see historic parts of spain and they could speak English well. And finished up on a lovely rooftop with great views.

Great food tour with rooftop bar

We had a great experience with this food tour. It’s very informative and the food choices were great, representing classic Spanish tapa dishes. The trip ended in the awesome rooftop bar with great view. Definitely recommending it.

Disappointing

Lisa was a great guide with a bubbly personality however we were disappointed with the food sampled. Apart from the first stop and the beef cheeks the rest was very ordinary. We were expecting a greater focus on food and less on the wines. The company was great and we saw parts of Madrid we wouldn’t have seen without the tour so that was a bonus. We have done many food tours before and this would have to be the worst.

Solo in Madrid

If you want to go to some of the hidden gems of Madrid, this tour is for you! Experienced knowledgable tour guides with very unique and lively stops. The only downside is when the tour ends you won’t want the fun to end! Perfect activity if you are traveling solo!

Excellent Tapas Tour

We had such a lovely tapas tasting tour with Augustin. He was very knowledgeable and taught us some history of various places we passed through on the tour. We stopped off at four different tapas places where we sampled their specialities along with wine, beer or other drinks. It was all delicious. We ended up on a rooftop bar where we spent the rest of the evening chatting and having fun with the other group members. Great value overall and great fun!

Mariña was amazing! She made the whole experience so personal and fun. We had a wonderful time and experienced delicious authentic Spanish cuisine.

Fantastic 👌

This tour was AWESOME!! Lisa was the best. She was incredibly informative and super fun to be around. Everywhere she took us she gave us some history along with wine and tapas included at each spot. And you get to finish off your night at a rooftop bar and stay as long as you’d like. What’s not to love?! The experience was awesome, the people were great, and if you’re lucky enough to get Lisa as your tour guide, you’ll be in the best hands. Cheers!

Simply outstanding!!!

We had an amazing time! Mario and Marina were great guides! The food was outstanding!!! We loved the mushrooms and the beef cheeks! The only downfall was that we had two vegetarians and at two locations they got cheese and crackers. They were not as pleased with the food as we were. So maybe work on adding more vegetarian options. Otherwise it was an amazing time with good food and drinks. A great value for the money and I would do it again!

Great introduction to part of Madrid

Great tour guides and the restaurants we visited all had great tapas. I would do this tour again. A bit of walking but there were frequent breaks to rest.

Amazing tour! Mariana y Mario were fantastic!!! Highly recommend. We also met some friends from other parts of the country. Everyone was so sweet and caring. The tapas and drinks were amazing!

Food, Views, & New Friends

Enjoyed touring with Lisa and making some new friends while traveling solo. Final stop had a great view!

Fun tour.

Guide Christina was fabulous. There was 14 in our group and she got us all chatting together. Plenty of drinks included and enough food, apart from a lack of vegetarian option. Sunset on the rooftop was a great end to the tour. Was worried it was expensive, but afterwards think it was about right.

Madrid Review 👍🏻

Lovely place to visit- feels safe & extremely clean. I would def recommend staying in a hostel, I was very dubious! Most hostels are situated right in the centre of Madrid - Plaza Mayor so excellent location (they have there own en-suite bathrooms too) Recommend finding one of the many roof top bars for drinks to watch the sunset. Retiro park is beautiful & you could spend a whole day strolling around, very friendly terrapins 🐢 swimming around too! Although Madrid is a capital city it is very relaxed & reasonably quiet. Not masses to visit but enough to see for 2-3 days- beautiful buildings & fantastic food & wine.

This is such a great experience! The tapas and wine are great, but the company and conversation is the true gift. Our guide Laura was absolutely fantastic; kind, knowledgeable, fun, and truly a joy to be around! Could not have had a better time enjoying the city and its local bars!

Combined walk and wine tour

My wife and I enjoyed the experience with our lovely host Cristina. Nice to combine a short walking tour and history of the city along side sampling a variety of wines and food finished off with a lovely cocktail on a rooftop bar at the Mint Hotel. Only downside was I would have expected more drinks for the money but a minor issue. Still a lovely group tour!

Fantastic tour

The food was very good and the wine. Christina was brilliant, very funny and talkative. We visited different parts of Madrid and finished on a rooftop bar to top it off!
