Naomi was a great guide! She did an excellent job. A good balace between cycling, history and culture. Very nice too that we got the oppurtunity to eat tapas lunch afterwards. (Tip: I saw it's cheaper when booking via their own website)

Bike tour

Highly recommend this bike tour- it’s a fabulous way to see a larger portion of Madrid AND learn some history! Our guide David was knowledgeable and amazing….he did a great job keeping the group together! We added the tapas (and sangria!) which was at a quaint restaurant with street entertainment! So worth it!

Great way to see the key sites in Madrid!

This was our first e-bike tour and we are sold! We would definitely do this again! Gabriel was our tour guide and we really enjoyed him. He was very knowledgeable about the city's history. He was also a really good photographer. Not only did he know good places to stop to get great photos, but he also was familiar with the exact spot for us to stand to get the best picture. We really appreciated that about him! Overall the tour lasted 3 hours and covered just under 7 miles. We had flown into Madrid that morning, and scheduled this tour as a way to keep moving to stay awake. Not only did it do that, but it also gave us a preview of all the great sites in Madrid which we revisited when we had more time. If you are looking for a way to get a feel for the city in a short amount of time - I highly recommend this tour!

The Most Effective Way to Explore Madrid

Can’t imagine a more fun and effective way to take in all of the sights that Madrid has to offer. Michele was a fantastic guide: friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. The included tapas was also delightful. I really cannot recommend this tour enough. It would have taken a full day to see everything we explored in 3 hours. Also for as hilly as Madrid is, Michele navigated us on a path of least resistance. We would have been happy to ride for three more hours!

Start your Madrid visit off right

An enjoyable and informative tour of the city that provided a good blend of history, local interests, and recommendations of additional activities. David, our guide, was energetic, friendly, and genuinely eager to share his knowledge of the city. The ride itself was easy to navigate and about 11km thru various neighborhoods, providing lovely views and landscapes. Definitely recommend as a start to your stay in Madrid.

Such a great way to see the city. Easy riding with a fantastic guide. So many great sites with the right amount of information good information, not boring at all. And the Tapas at the end was really yummy

Great way to see the main attractions

Highly recommend this tour. Juan was an excellent guide - fantastic anecdotes and ensured the group were all safe. I chose the e-bike option, and whilst the hills are manageable, I enjoyed the extra boost from the motor in being able to take off quickly and not overheat in the warm late Spring weather. The tapas at the end was a tasty cap on the experience.

Nice way to cover a lot of ground and enjoy Madrid’s highlights

Fantastic way to see Madrid! Tour covers a lot of ground and bikes are decent. Remy was our tour guide - knowledgeable and easy going. Loved how we saw all the city highlights and spent time in the beautiful gardens.

great start for 3.5 days in Madrid

this experience was a great start to our first time in Madrid! we covered 3 hours of sights in what felt like 30 minutes. we didn’t want it to end! very insightful, thank you Nico!

Fantastic bike tour of madrid

Vasily was a fantastic guide. While our tour was in English, he speaks at least 5 languages I’m aware of. He is not only personable and patient, he is also extremely knowledgeable about the city, its history, the people, food, drink, architecture and just about any other topic you might have a question about. We stopped often for him to highlight various sites of the city. I think the tour was also a great value. In addition, we paid the 12.5 euros for the tapas and drink add-on, something that I also recommend. I give the tour the highest of ratings; it lacked in nothing.

Great overview of Madrid

The historical perspective was great and the tapas delicious. Even with lots of trafic, we felt safe and well guided through the city. The guide also helped with photos which was nice.

Vasili, our guide was very informative and full of information. He gave us a good run down of the sites we visited. His pace was just right , not leaving anyone behind but also not being too slow on the bike. There was a lot of hidden trivia included and the tour was great and highly recommended for those wanting to know more about the city. If I had a complaint it was the fact that we were on regular bikes, not e-bikes as advertised, not that you really needed it, although there were a couple of hills where it would have made things just a little bit easier for some in our group. I didn’t mind but it just bothered me that it was advertised as Ebike. The only other twist was the fact that this was supposed to be a 2 hour ride. It was more like a little over 3. We had to adjust our schedule in the afternoon because of the getting back to the shop. But I can imagine there are others who might find that worrisome. I guess when you’re in Spain, you have to be prepared for everything to be delayed😜. The bikes were basic, 7 gears and enough to get around if you are just a little bit active. Just know that you will be riding on streets with cars and the rules are different in Spain for cyclists. All in all, highly recommended.

Small group tour with an amazing guide!

Had a wonderful e-bike tour! It was a small group of 9 and our guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting stories at every stop. Recommend doing this tour at the start of your trip so you have a better understanding of the city layout and thing to do.

David was an excellent guide! We were only in Madrid for one day and this was a great way to see the city. The bikes were also fun to use. Would highly recommend this activity. David is also a great photographer and took wonderful pictures of my family.

It was great tour! Very well organized. It was marathon in the city when we were visiting Madrid, but it wasn't a problem. Guide was experienced and found the ways to ride around the city.

Active, efficient 3 hour of Madrid

Nice way to move through the city actively & efficiently and cover lots of sites. Ample time (3 hours) allowed for short stops & pics @ each site. I took a hop on/off bus tour earlier in day and was pleased that there was not much overlap between bus and bike tours allowing me to see more in one day. Remy was a cool guide who shared relevant Spanish history at each site. Bike route is almost entirely in pedestrian areas (brief riding w/ traffic). Remy managed to lead our group through heavy pedestrian congestion while keeping track of all riders. I found it helpful that he advised which site would be next prior to departing the previous one and I appreciated the map review of all sites visited at the end of the tour. Definitely enjoyed the option for tapas & a drink after the ride. Remy joined 4 of us from tour which was a good opportunity to engage with a small group. Impressive tapas selection at La taberna de RAMALES and table on the square was a perfect ending to the trip!

Excellent tour of the city and a beautiful ride in the park.

Remy was a wonderful tour guide, excellent English with lots of interesting information to share about Madrid. We had a small group and really enjoyed stopping at the churches to take a quick look inside. The route was easy to navigate but the ride through the park was my absolute favorite. It was the perfect way to see the city and cover so much ground. We had tapas at the end of the tour and a wonderful experience! Thanks Remy and Time bikes. The e-bike was really fun.

Bicycles were great. Tour was good and the guide friendly and knowledgeable. Tapas and wine were excellent! It was nice to bike around Madrid and see nooks and crannies that buses can not get to.

Great tour with Gabriel as the guide. He has a great sense of humor and really engages the group. Perfect pace and got to see a lot of the city. Highly recommend when first getting to Madrid!

Great tour!

This was a very easy way to see major highlights of Madrid in a fun way. We went with our 3 teens and we all loved it! Bikes were easy to ride, and our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. He made everything run smoothly and safely and we all learned a lot. Personally, I was happy that we booked this trip within the first couple hours of arrival because it helped us get our bearings easily and also see a lot quickly. The tapas and drink afterward were close by and fun and our guide helped us through the process. I was glad we did it!

What a good way to see the city of Madrid! David is the BEST guide and very passionate about explaining the evolution of Madrid thru time.. It is worth it! And the tapas after is a treat after hours of biking around the city.

I loved seeing the ciy on bikes!

Tour itinerary was great, we covered a lot of the city that I had not seen before. Bikes were fantastic. Guide was fine, although it was sometimes hard to understand him and his narrative was a bit canned (over-rehearsed) and leaned towards a "teacherly" or "camp counselor" style -- possibly ideal for a young audience.

Fantastic experience - thoroughly recommended

Fantastic 3hr e-bike tour. Good bikes that gave you as much or as little assistance as you needed. Felt safe at all times with very clear instructions from our guide (David - who was excellent). He made sure we were all together and was looking out for us but the route felt very safe anyway. David’s knowledge was outstanding - he has a passion for the city and it showed but also with humour. Also gave good recommendations for bars and restaurants. Make this one of the first things you do when you arrive in Madrid…great orientation to the key sights of the city. Highly recommended!

Biking round Madrid

This bike tour was a fantastic introduction to Madrid, David was so knowledgeable on the history of the city and was so friendly and helpful. We stayed for tapas and more chat at the end of the tour. Great way to get our bearings, would highly recommend!

Madrid landmarks by bike

This is a great way to see the landmarks of Madrid via the bike. You can cover more ground in a short period. Love to do this when I first get to a new city. Gabriel was very knowledgeable about Madrid and had some interesting facts and stories you would never get without doing a tour. He made it a lot of fun and we ended with tapas and drinks! I also enjoyed meeting my fellow bikers.

Fascinating historical tour

Our guide David is a historian and took us through the founding of Madrid through centuries of its history as we gently cycled round the city. At the end I felt I'd seen everything. If you only do one tour, I'd go for this.
