Easy to find at the airport. Prompt luggage help. Easy and clean car to get into. Driver used helpful traffic aid (Waze).

Worth the money

Our driver was right there to pick us up. Very easy to find. Very safe ride. Driver pointed out several points of interest as he was taking us to the hotel. He shared tips about the city on food, public transportation and getting money.

Would definitely recommend

As expected our driver was waiting for us with our name on a placard, so he was easy to spot. The car was clean and comfortable and he had bottled water for us which was nice after a long flight

Cancelled Flights & Terrible Transfer service

My flight to Madrid was cancelled and I had to overnight in Frankfurt. Called the transfer company and ask that we reschedule since that was the only time they could get us out. They would not change dates and not give me a refund. Terrible policy for something that was completely out of my control.

Friendly, welcoming service!

Departing was stressful. So arriving at our destination and having a clear site of my name, by our driver brought that stress level way down. We were welcomed and guided to the vehicle in a friendly and relaxed way. The 20 minute drive was also inviting. Explaining some of the things we were passing I don't know that we will have the same driver going back to the airport. But I hope so. Will definitely consider this service again!

Fantastic driver but company didnt pay attention to instructions, we ordered a van because we have 5 large suitcases and they sent a sub compact car.

Great Service

Our flight was delayed almost 2 hours from LHR, so we figured our driver was probably gone. After getting our luggage and clearing customs we headed out and to our delight our driver was waiting for us. The Mercedes van was spotless and we got to our hotel in 20 minutes. Our driver was very nice. After a long 16 hour travel day I am so happy we didn’t have to find a different way to get to our hotel.

Terrible experience with this Tour Operator

I never received the service, I was actually stranded in a place which I was just visiting for the first time. I never received a message from Tour Operator, or a response through Viator of this Operator. I tried calling them 3 times, there was no response. I had to get a taxi, we were 6 passengers, and pay once again in order to get to my destination.

No Show

Instructions said to meet in Arrivals Hall after claiming baggage. We waited half an hour. Phoned the number we were given but on hold for 20 minutes. We gave up and took a taxi to our hotel. Service not recommended. There are many waiting taxis and a meeting point for Uber.

I was so happy with our driver, even though our plane was a bit late he was still there without any hassle.

Unprofessional

We had a driver booked through Viator and handled by Julia Travel in Spain to pick my wife and I up at the airport in Madrid. After waiting for 30 minutes in the designated pick up location NO driver ever showed up. NEVER use this service. It is shamefully unprofessional!

Madrid Pick-Up

Paco our aviator driver was there as scheduled to meet us upon arrival. He assisted with baggage & was most friendly during the drive pointing out some of the sites during the drive. He also helped us when he dropped us off.

Driver Did Not arrive for pick-up

I contacted the driver before we left San Francisco to inform him that due to a flight delay we would be arriving at a new time on a different airline. When we arrived in Frankfurt I once again contacted the driver to confirm our arrival time and location. There was no one there to meet us. TERRIBLE!

Most Professional

This company and its driver was very professional and on time! The driver was very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking both Spanish and English to him while he expeditiously delivered me to my destination. I will use this company every time I return to Madrid - which is several times a year.

<p>This was a good option to take my group and I from the airport to our hotel. The driver was waiting for us with a sign as we exited the baggage claim area. The driver spoke English and his minivan had adequate space for our large suitcases and carryon bags. The VW minivan had six seats in the back and the front passenger seat available. Morning Madrid traffic was heavy but the driver navigated well and we got to our hotel with no problems. I would use this transportation mode again.</p>

Excellent - hassle free transfer from airport to Central Madrid

The booking via Trip Advisor was completed online w/ no hassle; we received our voucher within 24 hours; the driver was waiting in the arrivals hall as promised w/ our name on a sign; he had a luggage cart and took care of the luggage; it was a five minutes walk to the car; it was a nice Mercedes van; the ride to Central Madrid and the Westin Palace took 40 minutes - a wonderful way to begin our vacation in Madrid - highly recommended!

<p>The vendor did not show up at the airport with the booked transportation. When I called to complain, they told me that they had refused my booking when received from Viator. Neither the vendor nor Viator bothered to tell me that the booking had been refused.</p> <p>As it turns out, the gentleman who was taking care of the wheelchair for my wife was able to quickly arrange alternative transport into Madrid with a local taxi outside the airport terminal - one that would accommodate all our luggage - so this was not a transportation disaster.</p> <p>However, either the vendor or Viator should have informed me that the vendor had refused the booking, and this did not happen.</p>

<p>I am averaging two transfers that I arranged. The first is 5 stars. We were met as soon as we arrived and taken promptly via a luxury van to our hotel in downtown Madrid by a very nice man. This was exactly what I was expecting since I knew we were arriving in a country we had never been to before and did not speak the language. The other transfer was for our travel companions who were arriving about one hour after us and I would give zero or one star for their experience. Apparently, on most Saturday mornings there are races in downtown Madrid that require street closings. As the race progresses the streets reopen. My companions were impacted by the race. The driver got as far as he said he could go and dropped them off about a mile from the hotel to return to the airport for another transfer. They didn't know where they were and were left to fend for themselves after a transatlantic overnight trip. Thankfully, they made it and a police officer ended up walking them the final portion to the hotel to ensure they made it OK. They are elderly and this was, in my opinion, disastrous. My advice is if you want to book this, check with Viator to ensure the route, destination and timing won't produce a similar result.</p>

He promptly led us over to a brand new Mercedes vehicle which held the 4 of us and our 4 big suitcases easily. He did not speak any english and my spanish is limited but he did manage to point out some stuff to us on the way in. Got us right to the front door of the hotel in probably less than 30 minutes. A great way to start the trip off ! Would highly recommend this option. Madrid as a beautiful walking city , we had a great time there.</p>
