We weren't sure what to expect coming into an international airport. Our driver Our driver was awaiting us with a sign with our full name. He promptly usher us to his vehicle, managing the bags and drove us to our final destination in a timely safe manner. It was exactly what we had hoped for and they delivered. A positive experience.

We enjoy having a driver waiting for us when we land in Europe from the US. It makes arrival much easier as we acclimate to our new surroundings. Our driver was wonderful!

Disappointing Service

Despite 2 calls to the local operator, it took well over a hour for someone to find us at the arrival hall. We were then taken to the parking garage and introduced to our driver who did not know where we’re going so we had to show him on our phone. The car was also about a 10 year old BMW. Would not recommend using the service through Viator in Madrid. We had a great experience through Viator in Lisbon.

Driver was asked to wait just s few more moments as the flight was delayed & baggage needed to be collected. no response and no driver - a taxi was better service and half the price

Nice convenient service from the airport to the hotel. Met us with a sign at the airport after we picked up our luggage and escorted us to the car.

My driver did not show up and i edited one and a half hours for a different driver to arrive. I was not offered a refund or a discount. I would not recommend your service to anyone.

Do not take this transfer

They didn’t show up on time so I request a refund and they say they did, so I lost my money. This was a really bad situation. I do recomend to take another service from a different company, because this one is not serious.

Blame it on the traffic

Arrived late because of a traffic accident🙈🙈waited for about 30 minutes after an 8 hrs flight was tired.

Viator helped me get a refund. The company that they used was the problem.

My flight was late and the driver was not there when I landed. When I called the transfer company I was told there were no more drivers. I had to take a cab from the airport.

We waited 1 1/2 hours for our driver to show up. 3/5/22 Made numerous phone calls. After an overnight flight, we were very tired and expected driver to be present at arrivals.

We were contacted in a timely manner by our driver that he had arrived to collect us. Passport control at the airport was terrible lots of queues. However desire the long wait our driver waited for us to drive us to our hotel. The car was lovely, clean and spacious. our driver was very friendly.

Driver was helpful

Smooth communication with tour operator. They sent me the name and number of the driver a day before via Whatsap. The driver was on time and waiting for us already at the exit. It was a new MB van, clean and comfortable. Our driver Eduardo spoke good English and even used his phone and called up our apartment rental for us (the apartment passkey wouldn't work), he didn't just leave us on the sidewalk, he waited until we could get into the apartment without a hitch. A very convenient way to travel.

Dropped off at wrong location!

The driver left us at the wrong location, 2 blocks from our boutique hotel, and drove off abruptly. My husband left me with the luggage and went in search of the hotel. It was not a good experience after an overnight flight to Madrid, as we were exhausted.

Not a reliable company!!!

On time and at the right place at Madrid airport, but no Mytransfers driver. Searched with 4 people, but not found. Called the driver, but this number was always disconnected. Called the main office, but was always put on hold. Finally, after half an hour, telephone contact. They went to contact the driver. Put on hold again and after 1 minute, the call was disconnected again! Called back and was told the driver had left because we didn't show up!! Had to take another taxi and didn't get our money back!! This despite the fact that we were indeed at the right place and time!!! Not a reliable company!! Do not book with this!!!!

O motorista nos deixou a...

O motorista nos deixou a uma qudra da acomodacão porque segundo ele a rua estava fechada. De fato, uma das ruas estava fechada, mas demais nao estavam...estava com 4 malas e duas pessoas de 75anos. Se contratei um carro, gostaria de ficar na porta da acomodação.
