Hot-Air Balloon Ride over Madrid’s Guadarrama Regional Park

Grand, breathtaking

The trip started off with an added bonus where our balloon would fly over Segovia to see sights we would not otherwise see. The staff were all friendly, helpful and you always felt safe in their obvious competency flying.

Unforgettable Experience

The flight was amazing!!!! Worth every penny!!! The views were breathtaking and our pilot was a total baddy; she knew exactly what she was doing. I felt safe the entire ride.

Just Do It!!

It was a beautiful morning flight. My first time on a hot air balloon and loved it. My location was Segovia rather than the park. Crew was very professional and fun. Smooth ride and landing. Highly recommend!

The company ended up going to Segovia instead because of the weather. The trip was excellent and the company was great to work with.

Great Bucket List Excursion

The hot air ballon ride was wonderful. The tour operator communicated very well. Pick up and drop off was directly at our airbnb which was helpful. Watching them prepare the ballons for flight was almost as interesting and fun as the actual balloon ride. One thing to know is that climbing into and out of the basket could be challenging for older people or people who are overweight or out of shape but the tour people were awesome at assiting people with entry and exit. My only "compaint" for this excursion was saying that after the ballon ride a "Spanish buffett breakfast" would be provided. I assumed (I know my fault for assuming) this would be a sit down at table/facility for breakfast. Instead it was a card table set up in the field where we landed with mimosa and some salami and pepperoni with some crackers. You just had to stand and eat these snacks...no tables or seats. We had to stand for a good amount of time while the workers defalted the balloons and packed everything up before we could leave. Might be difficult for some people to stand that long...I ended up sitting on a rock in field. With that said, I still think this was an awesome excursion and I would do it again...it was probably my family's favorite thing we did during our week in Spain! Also the young men leading this excursion were all wonderful and did great jobs!! Love that we each got a "cerificate" at the end saying we bravely survived the hot air ballon ride!

Amazing experience

It was an amazing experience. Exceptional views from up in the air. We also learnt some curiosities about flying in a hot-air ballon that made us enjoy even more the experience. The crew is very professional and made us feel safe during the flight. Moreover you received a very complete colection of photos and a video of the flight. I highly recommend the experience for everyone, we'll repet it for sure!

Watching the balloons get set up was almost as interesting as going up. It was very cool to see the landscape and town from such a low, yet aerial angle. Definitely a worthwhile experience. And the Cava helps! Only wish we had enough people to go to Guadarrama and not Segovia and that communication would have been clearer about that. I did not know I was going to Segovia until I was picked up

Amazing!!!

Such a fabulous tour!! Nyx was a great operator. Everything was run so professionally and I was especially appreciative that the van picked me up right outside my airbnb. This was a highlight of my trip and do well worth the money. I’ve already spread the good word about you all. 🤗

The tour guides were very personal. Loved being in the air with my friends. staff was super fun! Felt incredibly welcome. Service after the flight was super cute. Was very appreciative of the staff picking us up.

Be warned.

Most memorable is getting screwed by the tour. He canceled our original location of Madrid and offered a different location. I asked him what time would we be picked up and he never responded. Just sent me a confirmation which I didn’t receive until the night before. He told me the next day that he put us as a no show and charged me $500 USD. Definitely not ethic.

I loved it. It was my first time doing this kind of experience and I’ll never regret it. It’s a wonderful team that makes you feel secure and comfortable. I enjoyed from the first moment until last minute. Over all, the best activity I could done in Spain!

The balloon operator was great. The ride was peaceful and the area we went over was beautiful. It was the best birthday gift I could give my husband.

Once In A Lifetime Adventure

Our hot air balloon tour was incredible! We had the best time with the whole crew. Nyx, our pilot, was truly wonderful! Her passion for flying balloons made everything that much better. Segovia is such a beautiful city, and we were very thrilled to be able to fly over (parts of) it. They also surprised us with a locally sourced brunch that was delicious. Thank you so much, crew! We will absolutely be coming back!

Amazing Segovia in a Hot Air Balloon

This activity did not disappoint. Although we could not go over Madrid (due to weather) we had the option of taking the trip over Segovia. It was amazing and from pickup time at our hotel to bringing us back the journey was wonderful. We saw how they inflated our balloon; they took amazing pics of us and emailed them to us; they gave us a small breakfast afterwards; we even received certificates . I would highly recommend this tour. It was well worth it!

Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience, definitely worth it! Due to weather our flight was changed to depart outside of Segovia. The pilot and staff are in constant communication with you making process very stress free. Ended being WAY better than we expected both afraid of heights but Nyxs our pilot and the staff were great!

This is my fourth balloon...

This is my fourth balloon ride and it was the worst. The pilot didn’t seem to know how to land at all. It was only abt a 44 minute ride where we had a terrible landed crashed into multiple piles of rocks to finally land in a construction site. And it flew pretty close to the ground we only went high up for maybe 10 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful views of Segovia and sorrow ding countryside. A small amount of excitement in there as well. The pilot and team were great hosts and very nice and generous.

Incredible experience

My fiance and I booked the tour over Madrid's park but the weather was not nice over this area for the day we booked so they offered us to go to Segovia instead and it was INCREDIBLE. Choose Segovia ! The castle and the cathedral from up in the air is stunning. The staff was nice, pick up from hotel was perfect. Little snack and glass of sparkling wine in the field after the landing was great. Would recommend ! Only down side was the 2 other client that listened to music on speaker phone while the hot air balloon was in the air and did'nt bother the other 12 persons around, but was not the fault of the companie. Next time i would book a private tour 100% worth being alone !

An experence of a lifetime.

The day started with silence and nerves, but as soon as we saw the hot air ballon the adventure started. The customer service that was provided was 100% excellent. The flight and landing was wonderful. The best part of the trip, besides the view from up there, was the fun we had in helping our team pack the balloon and basket before our brunch. Stunningly beautiful views

David and the crew were amazing and kind. They made the experience fun, and the views were stunningly beautiful! This was my first hot air balloon ride, and I would do it again.

We loved the ride

The trip in the balloon was fabulous We were picked up at our Madrid hotel at about 6:45 snd arrived at the launching site about 8:30 where we watched the balloons being inflated. Then after about 10 minutes we were ascending into the sky for our one hour flight over Segovia. It was marvelous and everyone on board had a great trip. We then landed in a field about five minutes drive from where we started, and had a champagne celebration before our transport back to Madrid where we got back to the hotel about 12:45. This should be on your “must do” list The only thing I didn’t get were the photos as promised. 😱😂

<p>The ride itself was great, but there was a little disorganization around me getting picked up and dropped off back at my hotel. I had to wait about 30 minutes on each end for the driver. However, the employees were very nice and I had a great time.</p>
