Excellent Experience

Our 3-hour bike tour in Madrid started on time at a very convenient location in a reasonably sized group. The bikes were in great condition and were comfortable. The tour itself was very informative and gave us a good idea of the history of the city and its main monuments in 'manageable-to undetstand-and-remember' chunks. Our guide was well-prepared, knowledgeable and created a great vibe during the tour. I would recommend BiziTour to any age group and people with different level of interest in history.

Perfect introduction to Madrid

A wonderful morning out with easy to ride bicycles. The route was not strenuous for unfit folk like myself and found the route pleasant and well thought out. Our tour guid Adrian was friendly and very knowledgeable about the city and its landmarks. He gave us enough time to soak in the sights and was very patient. Would highly recommend this!

Amazing bike tour

The bike tour was a great fun. The bike was easy to ride and navigate. The route was carefully selected so we got to see the essence of city of Madrid. We didn’t have city biking experience prior to this, but the guide Adrian was incredibly patient, considerate and made sure every member of the group was safe and had time to take photos. He was knowledgeable and shared a lot of history and interesting stories about the city. He went beyond and a friendbove and sent us a list of recommendations about the food and things to do. I usually like to take a walk tour in a new place but in a city as big as Madrid, a bike tour turned out to be a perfect choice. Overall, we had an amazing time and would 100% recommend Adrian and Bizi.

Tired of walking tours….Then this is a Must !!

We had an excellent bike tour with our guide Adrian !! This is such a unique way to see plenty of Madrid in a shorter period of time. The ride was relaxed and took a leisurely pace, so we had plenty of time to enjoy the various stops while not feeling rushed. We had been doing plenty of walking tours to this point, and this was such a nice change to see Madrid on a bike !! Our guide Adrian was a perfect guide to help immerse us in the history and sights of Madrid as we pedalled the streets and enjoyed the beautiful morning.

Great way to see Madrid without too much walking

This is a great way to see the sites without too much walking. Bikes are in great condition and I was even given an e bike but it is not too hilly. Manuel was friendly and helpful providing lots of information and also giving time for photos. Highly recommend

Beautiful experience in a beautiful city

Madrid is a really beautiful town, with an amazing history. From the oldest restaurant in Europe to the nuns that sell biscuits. I also loved the rose garden at El Retiro Park. I am glad I visited at this time of the year when the roses are colourful are vibrant. The city is truly a visual feast.

Amazing Experience

The experience was amazing. Very informed and wonderful recommendations for places I would have otherwise not known had I visited the place on my own. I feel like I know the Madrid a whole lot better.

A must do in Madrid

I would say it is a must go in Madrid. The tour is amazing. Even if you aren't a sport person, you will be able to visit the most important places in Madrid and Adrian was very friendly, spoke spanish slowly with us and made sure we were having a good time.

Excellent introduction to Madrid

A wonderful introduction to Madrid. I would highly recommend you go early in your trip so you can gain your bearings and decide where you want to go back to to visit in more detail. Our Guide was extremely knowledgeable, really fun and totally charming. He spoke both English and French fluently and was adept at dealing with the two groups . You visit all the main sites but get really interesting details and insights into the history of Madrid. Bike in fantastic condition, really easy to ride and helmets provided if necessary. Electric bikes are an option, but although Madrid is a bit hilly, the cycling is not difficult. Would highly recommend. Great value for money too.

Great way to see Madrid

We had a great tour of Madrid with Adrian. Great communication before and after the tour as well. Adrian had lots of information and stories that bring the city to life. The tour itself is an easy ride, pretty flat and the guide helps with the areas that seem like bike and more busy road. The vintage looks bikes are cute and thanks for them having hand brakes. Ebikes are always fun (IMO), but not a must do for this tour. The tour is a perfect way to see many of the must see areas in Madrid while enjoying the outdoors and learning about the history. And thanks for the list of recommendations!

Fun bike tour through Madrid

My family of five loved this bike tour! They had both Electric and regular bikes to choose from, and we had a fabulous early evening tour throughout Madrid. Our tour guide gave us lots of details and interesting are you facts about the city and it was a wonderful way to see much of the city in a short amount of time. This was great for us since we were only in town for two days. I highly recommend this tour!

Perfect Start to our Madrid Vacation!

This was such a wonderful tour to kick off our Spain spring break. We booked the bike tour for our first full day in Madrid and it was the perfect way to familiarize ourselves with the city. Our tour guide was phenomenal and he explained SO much history and details. We ended up being on the tour just with our family of 4 and it felt exclusive and special. Highly recommend!!

We had an awesome ride experience with Adrien. We had a private tour: with my son, 40, and my wife and I, 70. Not a teen family. We saw many of the key places in Madrid. Adrien was knowledgeable and fun. A great guy! I highly recommend!

Fantastic way to see the city!

Manuel was a fantastic tour guide and shared many interesting facts about the history and sights of Madrid. This was such a fun way to cover a large area of the city when we have only two days to experience it. Sadly for us, we are here at an incredibly busy time of year, so the crowds and traffic made it tricky to navigate on bike, but Manuel clearly knows the city well and got us through unscathed. I highly recommend this tour!

Great experience

This tour is very informative. It’s our first time doing a bike tour with our 6 and 8 years old. My 8yo loves it! My 6yo did a tandem with us as the bike is too big for her. The tour was well paced to ensure a family like us can keep up. The guide was informative and we get to tour Madrid with ease.

Nice experience, good guide

Did the tour with Manuel. Very good guide, took us to all the important places and locations and provided good information as well as a local viewpoint. As always, best to do a tour early on. Many of the places and locations we rode by I ended up passing by again so it was good to be able to get my bearings!

Brilliant!

Manuel, our guide, was so knowledgeable of Madrid and took us to many of the key sights from parks to buildings and pointed out so many things made the streets signs and monuments meaningful. He happily answered questions. We had over 3 hours on tour, the bikes were easy to ride even on the occasional slight inclines. We took the morning tour, beautiful blue cloudless skies. Cool time of year to go. Highly recommended.

Excellent Tour for 1st timer in Madrid

Beautiful morning July 2023 with a vintage bike through the historical streets of Madrid. Excellent Guide who was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and the tour was NOT rushed. Great introduction to the lovely city of Madrid. Helped us chose where to revisit and navigate our way around. Palace, parks and “gates” all covered in trip with info and history from lovely guide. Definitely recommend!

Excellent tour, excellent equipment, excellent guide, excellent value!

Equipment: My husband and I booked 5 bike tours during our 3-week vacation, and these "vintage" eBikes were the best! Madrid is surprisingly hilly, so eBikes are a must. The seats were comfortable, the pedaling did not become difficult after gliding, and the controls were easy to use. Route: The stops were relevant and the route was well thought out Guide: there were 4 of us on this tour -- a French-speaking couple and us. Our guide made his comments in English to us and then in French to the other couple.

Booked the English tour however turns out I was the only one who booked that slot so I tagged along a big French group. They could have just let me go with that group but the tour operator, BiziTour told me that a guide will also go with me so they can explain it in English as originally booked. That alone is five stars for service. The bikes were impeccably well maintained for a vintage one. They were easy to pedal and came in cute neutral colors. The tour was to me exceptional, yes we went to areas which are relatively touristy, however, in my opinion what sets this apart is how the guides tell you the story. They present it in a way that is not too bookish and my phases. We started in the newer part of Madrid until we end up in the oldest part. Historically tracing Madrid by time and also by layers. They will tell you not only the significance of a statue or a building but how it came to be. The most that I appreciate though is that, Adrian, my guide was not only knowledgeable about Madrid but he also inserted facts about these places which tie in with the Philippines, where I am from. This makes the tour more personal and special to me. Also, questions are also encouraged and they take time to answer and if they don't have an immediate answer they will certainly get back to you. So all in all, they deserve more than 5 stars. They have great service and great set of guides

Very good and nice guide! Shows you local and hidden spots. Very nice bikes. He gave us free water at arrival which is very handy when biking the city.

I thought that riding a bike through the streets of Madrid will be tough but the bikes we had are very easy to pedal, well maintained and got a very nice color to it. I went with a big group of French people so my guide Adrian told me that we will tag along with them but the explanations for me will be separate, since I booked the English tour. What I really like about the tour is that they have a very historical and cultural tour which an ordinary tourist will not necessary know about. Also, Adrian, the tour guide was very knowledgeable about Madrid and he encourages questions and answers them even if it’s not entirely related to the tour. I would have given them 10 stars but only 5 is allowed. All in all I am very happy with the tour, I am very grateful to Adrian, he is very nice and makes sure that you are always safe. I would definitely recommend this tour to friends visiting Madrid and i might even do it again next time I visit. Thank you Bizitour it was wonderful

I highly recommend this bike tour of Madrid! Super bikes and Aidan is a really excellent guide. We took the option of electric bikes and although it is pretty easy cycling, it was good not to have to exert ourselves in the sunshine!

A fantastic 3 hours exploring the sights of Madrid. Adrian, our guide, was charming, personable and knowledgeable. He provided a fascinating insight to the history of Madrid and its people plus lots of great tips of where else to visit and eat. The vintage bikes were good fun to ride too. Outstanding value for money. Would highly recommend. 10/10!

Informative, safe, easy cycle tour

Highly recommend. Great introduction to Madrid. Recommend to do on first or second day of a first visit to Madrid to give a perspective of older city centre. Personable and informative guide. Very easy, slow and safe cycling. Can cover more city than on a walking tour. Bicycles were perfect for tour.

Favorite Bike Tour To Date

Adrian and Manu were the best! Manu gave a great tour that was informative, fun and hit all the major city highlights in 3h. I was traveling solo in Madrid for a few days, and it was the perfect activity to do. Bikes were high quality and super confortable, too. After the tour, Adrian shared a list of recos to further guide my trip. I’ve done bike tours in multiple cities in Europe through various companies, but BiziTour was my favorite in terms of bikes, information and overall experience.

Fantastic tour and shop!

One of the highlights of our trip to Madrid! Miguel and Adrian are extremely friendly and hospitable guides. The tour was comprehensive, fun, and full of info about the history and layout of Madrid. Our rental apartment happened to be next door to their shop, so we chatted with them regularly and played with Adrian’s adorable dog; they were kind, friendly, and offered us some excellent recommendations of places to visit in the city. We can’t recommend highly enough!

manuel was an excellent guide! i ended up being the only one on the morning booking so got a private tour! Manuel was super knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions that ranged from historical to the current political climate of spain! The tour encompassed a good amount of destinations and facts/information spanning many centuries of madrid's history! I also used to find cycling on roads scary but madrid is super easy to cycle around and also very flat! definitely no need for an ebike :) traditional bikes work just fine! i did this during a heatwave (reached 39 degrees on this day) and you are provided with a water bottle and stop at a few water fountains to keep hydrated throughout
