The best experience I has since 2019 the nile cruise waas very wonderful, Ali from charming tours travel team was very helpful and provide help him time we need him, Egypt is a wonderful country deserved to be visited specially with agency like charming tours, in the beginning we were thinking it may be so cheap and we may not have the experience we want, but we had a wonderful experience with wonderful guide and a very calming nile cruise, thank you guys

Great experience

Loved this tour from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward and questions dealt with promptly. On arrival at luxor airport Ahmed helped us get our visa, change money etc which was very welcome at 7am. Our tour guide Safi provided more than information; he made the tour enjoyable and had a caring approach to the group. There was a lot packed into this tour especially if taking the optional tours which we did. Overall we found it to be excellent value for money and we are looking forward to booking our next tour!

My Wife and I had such a nice time in Egypt. But the biggest reason was because of charming tours. We appreciated the professional service and friendly atmosphere they created. Sailing Nile cruise from Luxor for 6 nights

I was in luxor last week and I stayed two nights.was my best time in Egypt.luxor it is more quit than cairo.valley of the kings and Karnak temple were my best places.my guide ahmed is amazing Egyptian tour guide.he knows every thing by details.i really do appreciate his job.he never stop to explain to me all the details inside the temples.can not find words to thank him.sure I will come again sooner I can.thank you ahmed for the great time

Arnaque ! La croisière n’a pas eu lieu, et n’a pas été remboursée

Arnaque ! Nous avons payé une croisière qui n’a pas eu lieu! (We paid for a Cruise that never happened) Nous avons reçu un mail de TripAdvisor/Viator précisant le statut « confirmé » de la commande. Puis dans un second temps l’organisateur de la croisière nous a envoyé un message indiquant que les dates n’était plus disponibles, mais ce, sans annuler la réservation. L’organisateur nous a proposé, par messages, des options toutes inacceptables (départ d’une autre ville lointaine un autre jour, réduction du nombre de jour, remplacement par un circuit en bus!) tout en maintenant le prix. Lorsque nous avons compris qu’aucune solution ne pouvait être trouvée, nous avons informé l’organisateur que nous chercherions par nous mêmes. Pourtant l’intégralité du montant a été débité ! L’organisateur nous a précisé qu’il ne rembourserait que si Viator lui envoyait un mail. Nous sommes toujours dans l’attente d’une réponse de TripAdvisor/Viator pour un remboursement. A ce jour nous avons donc payé 4 places pour une croisière qui n’a jamais eu lieu!
