London boat ride

It allowed us the opportunity to see some of the London sights from a different perspective than a bus. We enjoyed our time on the water. The only down fall was asking for tips at the end. That should be a decision based on each person’s experience.

Funny and informative.

Beautiful views and a guide with good information and some great jokes sprinkled in along the way. Great for young kids.

Towers tour

Paul , our guide was very good. Enjoyed the crown jewels immensely. The history and size of the towers is extraordinary. Could have done without the portion of the tour that went through a recreation of “palace life”.

Great time - would do it again!

The guide was knowledgeable and funny. We cruised from Westminster Pier down to the Tower Bridge. Had I known how nice the experience would be, we might have booked the longer one. We will definitely do it again when we are back in London. We had tickets after this for a Tower Bridge tour, and the cruise was PERFECTLY on time, allowing us to stay on our planned schedule. We all loved it!

Mixed experience

We boarded at Westminster and because the outdoor seats were filled we had to sit indoors. It wasn't possible to see most of the sites through the windows from there and the sound system was so staticky that we couldn't hear much of the commentary. On the return trip the boat was newer, larger and nicer, and sitting outdoors was a much better experience. Be sure to allow lots of time to find the departure location since the instructions on the website aren't very specific.

As it was very busy at Westminster and cold and windy. We asked if we could take our boat tour a little earlier, so we were given the 11:30 trip and the compare was very good and made us laugh.

Good day

Boarding was easy. Our guide was informative and very funny . It was worth the money. The boat was not crowded and we were able to take an earlier boat without a problem.

Awesome experience of London

I would recommend this trip to anyone who’s like to discover more about the British culture, history and what’s happening in this beautiful city. Staff is excellent and presenter is very informative. Well done !!

Tower tour

Not much narrative. I hoped to hear more history but it was slanted more to just scenery. Would have liked to hear more about some history of London and maybe more details about the buildings themselves. Or some history on the royals.

A great time seeing London by boat!

Great and entertaining crew! This trip is short in duration but very much worth the time to see London from a different perspective.

Way too short

It was raining during our tour, but that wasn’t the problem. We were on the inside and could still see out. The problem was the tour guide spoke for a grant total of 10 minutes and our entire trip from Westminster Pier to where we offloaded was 22 minutes. The sites he pointed out were good, but way over priced for not much at all and entirely too short. Overrated for sure.

Sardines

Not being able to see most things because it was so packed. It’s a lovely think to do, especially in the sun. But wow are you packed on there like sardines!

Great trip

The captain had a great sense of humor. And all information provided on safety and also on tourist attractions was clear and insightful.

Dissapointed

The cruise was not what was advertised. We booked an hour, it went for 45 minutes and a good chunk of that was picking up other passengers from two other wharves. Very disappointing

Loved this boat ride-

Worth the money, Amazing views by the bank of Thames, we started from London eye and passed through all the bridges London bridge, tower bridge etc and then went all the way to Greenwich. Guy who was commentating was great told us everything about the historical side of all those places. i would highly recommend this boat ride, bare in mind it will take you 1 hour and around 15 mns for a round trip.

Hi it was enjoyable , wheat by so quickly, guy at the front was very helpful. Boat could do with some maintenance/ decor. Perhaps they could sell more variety of snacks/ food. Apart from that ok

Great River Cruise

I love a river cruise. I think it's a great way to see a city. This one was very nice. We thought the captain did a great job pointing out the sites. He was informative and funny. We sat on top and it was lovely on the way out, but freezing on the way back (we could have moved downstairs, there was plenty of room). I would recommend.

The Thames and Jordan

The sight was wonderful and the guide was so funny and friendly. Jordan (the tall cool guy) was so nice and he needs a raise. :)

Great value for money

Spent the day in London yesterday making memories with my 6 year old grandson. This cruise was certainly a highlight … he loved it! The crew were very entertaining and knowledgeable.

nice view, comfortable ride

we had a trip on Apr. we missed the original scheduled time, but they allowed us to take next boat. in general, It covers Westminster to Greenwich area well. and nice commentary. ride was smooth, and I realized that you can get off on a few spots including Tate Modern, Greenwich. so it's good for transport as well as tour. I learned that even Taxi or Uber is not any faster than this boat for those locations specifically.

The ride was great. Clear and easy directions and the meet up spot was easy to find. The weather was a little gloomy, but the guide brightened things up with wit and wisdom. Highly recommend.

Awesome tour guide - without her the cruise will be boring

Me and family had a wonderful moment on the cruise. I bought the ticket right after experiencing the London Eye. I know there were stories behind the many old and new buildings, and war ship along the river. What make me appreciate the short journey was the tour guide. I did not know her name, but she make her briefing something like standup comedy. Funny, witty, and full of information, all throughout the cruise. Non-stop feeding me with interesting information. Without her talent, I think the ride will be boring.

Informative and funny tour

We had a great tour going between Westminster and Tower Bridge. The guide was hilarious and loved his commentary on the various sights. Great for a quick orientation of the river. CON The boat was 30 minutes late to leave and then docked very soon after leaving to pick up some additional passengers. What should have only taken 30 minutes, ended up being over an hour. Much of that in wait time. I’d still do it again but keep in mind in scheduling other activities.

Great experience with amazing views of the city and main features/sights. The ship captain was entertaining and provided interesting information about the city. The boat also stopped near Tower Bridge for a while for everyone to take pictures. 5/5 for sure

Super awesome experience, great to do in conjunction with the Tower of London as it drops you off right beside it.

Brilliant customer service

My friend had booked a river sightseeing trip with another company, but unfortunately had not redeemed the voucher so we were unable to book for that day. We tried to redeem online, but the Internet was very poor so we went to the next cubicle which was Thames River sightseeing. The two ladies were really helpful in there and actually went back to our original company and managed to secure a booking on one of their trips. In future, we would definitely use Thames River Sightseeing over any other company.

Relaxing way to see the sights

We had a fun time on this river cruise. We were especially grateful when we ended up at the wrong pier but they came and got us anyways. We weren't the only people who made the mistake, they picked up another couple at a different pier after us. It was a fun and relaxing way to spend some time

Thames River Cruise

Really good value and a great way to see everything from the river on a sunny day. Recommend wrapping up if it's cold as it got very windy. Fantastic photos at the bridge at the end.

Interesting commentary

The commentary on the boat was excellent. It was very informative and numerous, we learned quite a lot. Very good safety warnings too.

It was not made clear when to actually get there we got there for 3pm and was not allowed to get on and therfore did not experience this tour at all

Despite arriving on time and expecting a smooth boarding process, I was shocked to be denied access without any valid explanation. When I reached out to your helpline for assistance, I was informed that nothing could be done to rectify the situation. I am requesting a full refund for my tickets. I was only 2 minutes late I trust that you will take swift action to address this matter and restore my faith in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Nice short 30-minute no nonsense tour. Commentator very knowledgeable and funny (dry/droll sense of humour) … kept it real.

Five star for the funny one⭐️

When we started the journey, the guid who was talking was really funnier, I feel sad as I did not see him 😕.. However, when we return the guid was not, and even did not show any happy emotion to thank him for it, finally collect tips!! Really if the tips were for this first part of the journey, I would accept it!!
