Ease of ticket purchase. I didn’t think the actual musical was great…but that’s not a Viator thing…next time I’ll book a better show.

Fun but hard to understand the singing

Great theatre, good actors. Difficult to understand. I had seen it in the states so knew the story. Those 1 st timers could not follow it. Singing was not clear and not loud enough. Would not recommend for 1 st time

The absolute most incredible show I've ever seen in my life. You must go especially in London!!!!!! The acting, dancing, singing, atmosphere, and venue blew us away.

I was very surprised that many places do not accept cash, and that the museums are free, Sky Garden is not to be missed!!!

London is very beautiful and they are at the forefront with technology, but don't forget your cape or umbrella, there are many homeless people, it was what caught my attention the most, I didn't think I would see so many homeless people, otherwise the experience was good I recommend it, do not change money at the airport, I changed money at the airport in NY and for $193 I only received £120 in the entire center, the most there are exchange houses that do not charge you a commission and you get a better deal, cash is not It is necessary, there are even many places that do not accept it, although it may seem like a lie, they only accept cards.
