I GOT RIPPED OFF BY TALIXO

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paid for a Heathrow to London hotel and Return hotel to Heathrow. First leg didn't go as expected but at least it happened. Return leg didn't happen. Driver at last minute called to pick us up over an hour early? Didn't pull up to the hotel. His English was terrible, made us walk in the rain to him parked on a side street a block away. When we got to him he said we had too many bags. 3 adults had 3 mid sized luggage and 2 backpacks and my wife's shoulder bag and purse. He left. I called the Talixo help line and representative said they cannot do anything because driver recorded us as a no show. Therefore no refund. This call took place before our scheduled time (because the driver told us to be over an hour early), so how could it be a no show. Put us hold. When she came back, said no cars in the area, we had to take a cab at our own expense, no refund??? Side note: the taxi cab fare was cheaper than what I paid for Talixo.

I recently used the private transfer service from Heathrow Airport to central London and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The driver was courteous and professional, met me right at the terminal exit, helped with my luggage, and provided a comfortable car. The journey was smooth and efficient, which was particularly pleasant after a long flight. The car was clean and well-equipped, and most importantly - the trip was safe and peaceful. Horrible experience

They called and messaged me while we were in the air. Our flight had take off from our original destination and hour late and our connection was delayed. They were messaging me saying they had been waiting for an hour and were going to leave. They claimed they didn’t have our correct flight information but I had texted the company 2 days prior the flight info because they had asked for it and he said it was good to go. They left because they said they were not waiting any longer when our flight had just landed. All they needed to do was look up our flight to see that it had been delayed. The gentleman said they don’t do that, they go off the original arrival time. Do not recommend!

Plane delay

Unfortunately our plane was delayed so we had to call our driver but he was there in short order. The rest was great

Service not provided as advertised. Caution: make sure you know what car is picking you up.

We had fully expected to be greeted as we exited the customs area. Everyone else, who arranged for pick-up, had their driver waiting with a sign showing their names. In our case we had to wait 45 minutes for our driver to show up. Then we had to squeeze into a Prius. I am 6’3” and this was a very uncomfortable ride. A comfortable London Cab would have gotten us to our hotel before our driver even showed up and for less money.

Transport LHR to London hotel

It was very easy to find my driver at LHR. Noor gave me good instructions on where to find him after I collected my luggage,. He assisted me with getting my luggage to his car. He was very nice to talk with during the drive. It was a very good experience, and I was glad I had a driver to get me to my hotel!

Our driver was waiting for us right outside immigration. He was personable and drove safely. We made a great choice with this company.

Good service but we need to pay extra for the time

Mr. Arulees our driver was very gentle and drives ok. He waited for us 1 hr because the immigration line took that time. We didn't delay in any way the airport exit. The bad thing is the following, he asked with insistence, a tip of 20 pounds. I was willing to give the extra time of parking, but he insisted on the tip for his time. Because i am in vacation i gave him 20 pounds. But this is not good.

Late change in driver and vehicle.

We were supposed to be picked up at Heathrow by our driver in a Mercedes S Class. This driver got a better deal, and handed us off to someone else. We ended up in a Toyota Prius, which was much smaller and my wife had one of her suitcases in her lap. That being said, our driver was very nice, and got us to our hotel safely. But, this was not the experience that I thought we had paid for.

Seamless transfer from Heathrow! Our driver even gave us an introduction to the city. This was a wonderful experience!

Terrible!

Airplane late arrival. Viator nor driver tracked & cancelled transport. Said we were a no show. Crazy!

Arriving in London....

It was so nice to have transportation pre-arranged upon our arrival in London from the US. Our driver contacted us via phone to let us know where to meet him. He was courteous and welcoming.

Use someone else

The driver was well over an hour late and both the tour operator and driver ignored my calls and texts. I don’t recommend using them!

Will never use those service or Viator again for transportation

Terrible. The drivers did not show. We got left at the airport. I received a notice to call a number, which I did, and someone answered, left me on hold and next thing I knew the call was disconnected. I tried to call 3 times back and no one ever answered. I got a shuttle at the airport. Far better service.

Good ride.

Driver was very nice. Car was dirty. We got to hotel fine after encountering much traffic. My husband had a lot of conversations with driver.

Pleasant first ride into Central London from airport.

Driver contacted me day before to discuss details of time and place to meet. Enjoyed conversation with driver in approximately 1 he drive to central London. Pointed out highlights and gave suggestions. Nice, comfortable car

Private Airport Transfer

Driver was punctual and courteous. Pick-up from airport was seamless. Joseph, the driver, was engaging and communicated with us the entire time.

We missed our fly connection and got to London a day after-We called the company to reschedule our new arriving date and time and they were on time to pick us up at the airport. The driver was very polite.

They just want your money!

We had booked a transfer from London Heathrow Airport to our hotel in the city through Booking. Unfortunately, we had to take a later flight than planned. Talixo had sent a link in advance that could be used to report any changes. I did that straight away. Before our later departure, the Talixo driver called me to say he was where we were. I then explained to him that I had reported the later arrival through their system. He knew nothing about it and said that it was not his problem, as we had booked through Booking, so I would have had to make any changes through Booking. So why do they offer their own contact option? I tried to clarify it through Booking, but they couldn't or didn't want to do anything. In any case, there was no driver when we arrived. So we had to take a taxi, which cost us an extra €100. Of course, Talixo's costs were not reimbursed.

non respect et mauvais service

Nous avions une confirmation écrite de la date d'arrivée à laquelle le chauffeur devait nous prendre, arrivés à l 'aeroport, PERSONNE. Nous avons appelé et on nous a dit que c'etait prévue la journée suivante. Par contre nous avions une confirmation écrite de notre agence de voyage. Malgré cette erreur, il me semble que Viator aurait pu s'arranger quand même pour nous envoyer un chauffeur pour nous emmener à destination, mais plûtot, ils nous disent de prendre un taxi local.
