Heathrow to Hotel

Our flight arrived early and we collected our bags quicker than expected. So, we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes for driver. Driver was polite but quite. Van was clean. Heavy morning traffic and a little more than an hour ride to hotel.

Our driver was on time for a very early pick-up for transport to Heathrow. She was pleasant and the vehicle was spotless

We had a very early flight to Boston from Heatherow and our driver picked us up at 4:15AM as if she's been ready to go for hours. The early morning ride was quick and carefree to the airport. The car we traveled in was spotless. a terrific experience all the way around.

Ridiculous

This was canceled. My credit card was charged and paid in full for a airport pick up from Heathrow Airport to hotel Holiday Inn Express in Southampton. $ 163.01 Then received a call on my way to the airport in US, telling me we would need to give the driver $120 pounds???? CASH! I was lied to. I canceled the transport. We used a urber! The cost was $164.00 !!! So this was unexceptable! What a scam!!!! I request a refund credit back to my credit card!

Tardy driver.

Driver was late for almost an hour. So frustrating. I had to call the office 2x. Glad my phone worked.

Driver was very communicative. We got an email telling us what type of vehicle he was driving as well as the license number. He was early-which was great. Vehicle was clean and spacious. Arrived at the airport without incident. After he unloaded our bags, he pointed out the direction we needed to walk to get to our airline

Late Pick-Up - Reading Phone While Driving

Anytime someone providing you a service is 20 - 25 (twenty - twenty-five) minutes late in picking you up from the airport that rates poor in my book. I supplied our airline name and flight number in advance of travel date. And it made us be in more of the traffic of the morning - which messed up our day. In addition, he was reading his phone the entire time, he was driving us into the city center to our hotel, which disturbed us tremendously.

Our drive from Heathrow to the Conrad St. James

Our driver was on time and met us at the airport. She helped with luggage and was extremely personable and charming. The car was plenty big enough for four large passengers and our mounds of luggage. Even though we were very tired from a long flight, she made the one hour drive from the airport to our hotel quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend Viator.

On time!!

Was contacted 48 hours prior to departure to confirm hotel and people traveling. Very fast communication and driver showed up 15 minutes EARLY which was a definite plus.

Sunday afternoon in London

Excellent service and communication throughout the entire booking. Our driver was on time, very helpful. We had some difficult traffic issues- however he navigated these brilliantly and we arrived at Heathrow on time. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

I want others to know how professional this company is. After reading good reviews, We booked an airport transfer with them for our holiday in August 2020. Due to Corona we decided not to travel and requested a refund. They sent our money back within a week. To my greatest disappointment I am still waiting for a refund from my airline and the hotel. We are planning our next holiday to Canada and definitely book with this company.

Excellent Service

Our family visited the UK last year for a month long visit. I came across ATN CARS on Tripadvisor and ended up booking several transfers with them. They kept communicating with me via emails and helped me to setup my itinerary. They came to pick us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel in London. My first impression of their service was good as our driver came on time and gave us a kind of a mini tour on the way to our hotel while explaining things along the way. Throughout the month we travelled with them to Oxford, Liverpool, Windsor castle, Harry potter studio, Bath, Bicester village, Stonehenge and Southampton cruise port. I highly recommend their rent a car for the day service to save money on long trips. We had several drivers and couldn’t find a fault in them. Almost every driver came on time and were highly professional. The driver who took us to Oxford and Bicester village was running late, The company kept us informed of his location. We requested a child seat and in every vehicle they had one available for our 3 year old. One lady driver was exceptional. (I can’t remember her name). I thank ATN CARS for providing us with an excellent service as they made our once in a lifetime holiday a memorable one.

ATN cars Awesome

We were a group of 6 friends who visited London during Covid pandemic. Driver was standing at the arrival hall with a name board as we came out to the arrival hall. He was friendly and helped us with our luggage. The vehicle was clean and had plenty of luggage room for our luggage. We were told to wear a mask and the driver also wore a mask during the transfer. We reached the Hotel without any issues and the same driver came to pick us up on our return journey back to the airport. We felt safe and highly recommending ATN Cars to our friends and family.

From airport to Hotel

We used this service to pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel right next to the London Eye. The connection was a bit hectic as we passed through customs being crowded, but contact was quickly made via cell phone, and a landmark was set where we could meet up, and from then on, it was a smooth ride with good conversation along the way.

ATN were a fabulous choice to get from Heathrow into central London. The driver was on time and the vehicle was in excellent condition and the trip into the city was without any issues. The driver was highly skilled and offered excellent customer service which was professional and friendly. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommended.

<p>That car in the picture...is NOT what will pick you up! I wasn't expecting that exact car, but for 80 I was expecting something nice...NOT! What I got was a driver who looked shabby and didn't barely speak to me but offer to help me with my bags. The car? It was an old VW van! Not nice at all. The driver didn't talk to me the entire way to the hotel and when we got to the hotel, he dropped me off on the side, not even the entrance!! I had to walk half a block around the corner. My advice is to NOT book this service! Total waste of money.</p>

Getting transfers to and from the...

<p>Getting transfers to and from the airport are worth every penny! We used the BIG BUS when we could and found that very convenient for getting around London with multiple stops so you could get on and off as needed, however at times the wait could be 15 mins. The Big Bus came with a river tour pass that was fabulous. We used the Tube system as well but found that cumbersome and time consuming. We also used Uber quite a bit with was FAST and reasonable.</p>

When she arrived, she helped us with the bags and was a good driver. Pleasant conversation and dropped us off outside the hotel which was tricky because it's a bus station.</p>
