Awesome Experience

Our extended family of 7 had rented an Airbnb in London for a few days after a British Isle cruise. We booked this ride to take us from the Airbnb to Heathrow. It was a great experience. I was a little worried about how we'd get all the bags (8 large checked bags and 4 carry on rollerbags) and us into the van, but it was no problem. We opened the door to our house 10 minutes early to start moving the bags our and the driver was there waiting for us. He was great. All super easy -- just the way you want a trip to the airport to be.

Don't do not refundable in unexpected flight cancellation!

Our flight was cancelled due to British Airlines and we contacted the tour right away with the email from British Airways. They refused to refund us. I suggest only refundable tickets. We gave 24 hours notice.

I will give second thoughts to using this service again.

We went to England, and used visitor 3 times. the 1st and 3 rd pick up trip was perfect, but our second pickup trip the driver was trying to be helpful but the company he worked for was horrible. The car was too small for the luggage and they would not send another car. We ended up ordering an additional taxi to take us from the Southampton cruise port to London.. we had pre paid aviator 657.00 and had to pay an additional 330.00 for an additional taxi to take the luggage. So no I am not happy with that .

Driver was excellent - loaded the vehicle completely by himself

The driver was 15 minutes early and helped lift & load the suitcases and wheelchair into the vehicle completely by himself while I returned the keys to our flat to the local key drop off location. Driver was very friendly and made our experience great!

Disappointing Service

Booked for pick up from hotel to heathrow airport. We received a notice from the airline to arrive 4 hours before our flight. We requested the driver to come 30 minutes to 1 hour earlier due to the airline’s request. This request was made 20 hours before departure. They replied saying no changes can be made as it was beyond the 24 hours point. We ended up having another service pick us up instead. The other service was amazing. Please take this into account when booking with this company. Airline pickups and drop offs are always reliant on the airline. Their inability to accommodate was shocking and I would never book with them again. We were charged anyways.

Used service to have prompt and relaxing transport to the airport. The car was clean and it was door to door delivery from the hotel to the airport.

Reflection on my first Viator experience.

My pick up was planned due to the early departure from Heathrow thereby avoiding the extremely early start if using public transport. The pick up was on time. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver attentive, well groomed, courteous and chatty in a respectful way. The transfer was not cheap but it took the stress out of the final hours of a great and enjoyable holiday. I would do it again in the same circumstance.

Poor Viator Service

We had no problems with the supplier although we didn’t travel with them. It is with Viator and the fact your web site sold the product to us with no indication that an extra fee would be payable because of where we were staying. I have lodge a claim to get a full refund and dispute numerous e mails and attempts to get information about this I have had no response. At this point in time I would rate Viator service poorly!

Confusion.

You canceled my trip. I had to call a regular taxi. You told me you couldn't confirm my flight. Then the next morning, the same morning I was leaving to go to Heathrow, you called me. Said you would be at the airport to pick me up. You were able to confirm my flight #. But I went with your email that said Mt trip was canceled and I called a taxi the night you sent the email. I was not leaving the airport for London. I was leaving London for the airport. Total confusion. I am waiting on my refund. I have saved my emails if you need them.

Loved my Driver he was the nicest Man. He was on time, Efficient, engaging and kind. Did not miss a beat. We got to the Airport with time to spare he brought our luggage to the door of the Terminal and we just had such a nice experience. We booked the transport but the company did not show up after 15 minutes. Additionally there was not message about being late. I would not recommend you use them.

Never showed up and didn’t answer to our calls/texts. Had to go through Viator help line. Had confirmed pick-up for 9:20 am a few days prior. Cost us less using a cab we flagged down. 😡

Great trip, great Driver

The driver got us to Heathrow with plenty of time to spare in spite of massively heavy London traffic. Even with many closed roads, he found a way around and got us to the airport in about one hrs.

Excellent experience

Driver (Faisal) arrived on time. He greeted us by name and introduced himself. He took care stowing our luggage. As we left the airport he explained that traffic was very heavy and the trip would take longer than usual. During the trip we noticed he was very courteous towards other drivers as well as pedestrians. When we arrived at our destination, he handled our luggage to the hotel entrance and gave us useful suggestions about getting around London. We were fortunate to have had him as our driver.

Was more than 30 minutes late with no phone call to indicate running late. Ended up calling a taxi to avoid missing flight.

We booked a private transfer from our hotel to Heathrow airport for the assurance we got to the airport on time and in comfort. The driver was on time, courteous and helpful.

St Pancras Commute

Basem, our driver was prompt at meeting us at St Pancras Station in the pick up area and transported us to our Heathrow hotel in a timely fashion. Although our arrival time by EuroRail was 5:00PM it took about 20 minutes to detrain and arrive at the designated parking area. It was suggested by Viator that our driver arrive 15 minutes early for the pick-up. Perhaps drivers should arrive at the designated time as this makes their waiting time difficult. Basem also performed well in London rush hour traffic.

Excellent service. Driver arrived at our hotel in London 10 minutes early and was waiting for us when we got downstairs. Helped us load our luggage and then we were promptly off to Heathrow for our international flight. Easy communication before hand confirming all details. Highly recommend.
