Everything was amazing!...

Everything was amazing! Only thing would be to better announce when we are going by a scenic place. We only had to rely on the app. If they announced it we would understand more and be able to track where we are going as the app was unreliable.

Wonderful way to see the city

Wonderful way to see the city in the evening. The food was delicious, the staff was very kind and attentive, the value of the whole experience was fantastic.

Sightseeing while being driven!

Our server was amazing and funny! Food was good, mostly seafood. If you need anything else you will have to order it prior to arrival. Other than that, we had an amazing time! Thank you!

Jackson and Chris were fantastic and made us feel so special - even got a bit extra wine and really enjoyed the enjoyed the experience would recommend!

Great experience food was great. Seeing London at night along with great food was the best. The staff was the best Jackson who served us went above and beyond made us feel right at home.

Dinner with Bustronome is an experience like no other. The views of the city are amazing, the food is delicious and beautifully plated, and the staff is incredibly kind, energetic, and attentive. Lily took care of our table for the evening and is an absolute star! She made the night so memorable and went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back to London and to do it all over again!

Beware - scam

its a scam. starter: 2 slice of bread with butter 1st course: 2 raviolis with Parmesan main: steak - then didn't even bother asking for the level of cooking we would like Dessert: a little cake that could have been from Tesco. the most basic food served in the smallest portion for an absolutely extortionate price

Great experience

We ordered the 6 course vegetarian menu with wine pairing and it was really tastefull. The staff was also very friendly and professional. We did the tour by night and the views around London was spectaculare.

Unreliable, cancelled on us a day before

Cancelled my wife’s reservation one day before my birthday because there wasn’t enough people booked for the bus. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. I booked dinner a week and a half before and they had availability, they do not inform their customers whilst booking if there aren’t enough people on the bus they will cancel. Do not rely on them for important dinners, we were looking forward to this and it was cancelled last minute by the company. We received a call saying that because they don’t have enough customers due to other people cancelling they have to cancel my booking aswell. What does that have to do with us? How are we at fault for other people cancelling? Why ruin the experience for us? We paid over £300 and still waiting for the refund! Totally pathetic and I cannot even believe the other reviews on here after my experience.

An amazing experience

This was such an amazing experience! We booked Bustronome for our entire team's Christmas dinner and everyone had such a good time! Firstly, the staff gave 5* service and they were super attentive and accommodating to our requests. The food was delicious and all dietary requirements were accommodated for and nothing was too much trouble. We loved every minute of it! Definitely worth doing as a group or for an experience with friends/partner.

Expensive bus ride

Service very slow. Poor quantity of food and wine too expensive. No ice for drinks. Left waiting in the cold for half hour because the bus was late. Would not recommend or do again. Only plus was the sightseeing.

Excellent service

A great night out for a birthday. The food was amazing and travelling around London’s iconic sights added to the experience. Our waiter Rhyan did all he could to make the night special.

Graduation celebration

We booked an evening tour with pairing wines to celebrate our daughters graduation. I’d seen the Gastronome buses around London and always thought that it would be nice to try them out one day. We weren’t disappointed, we had an amazing time eating the excellent six course meal while being driven around all the tourist attractions of London. London looks spectacular at night and seeing it from a higher viewpoint than usual only enhanced the effect. Our waiter or more properly described host was a very bright young man who was friendly, engaging and attentive. The pairing wine was good and of a quality one would expect for the extra £30 paid. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and plan to repeat the tour in daylight to see London from yet another perspective. Would highly recommend this tour.

Unique way to see London but food could be better

Unique expérience and glad we did it however food was average and music was too loud at times. Overall a pleasant time and a great way to see London with great service throughout :)

Unique and Relaxing Evening

I took my mom and best friend on this dinner adventure last month -- just returned from vacation. This was one of the highlight tours we did. The concept is amazing. The food and service were excellent. The bus taking us on tour thru London at night was great. But I concur very much with one other review. There is no one to let you know at what landmark we were at or were coming to -- so basically the narrative pen is useless. THIS WAS THE ONLY THINK LACKING AND COULD NOT GIVE 5 STARS BECAUSE OF THIS -- I REALLY WISH I COULD. We met the driver, chef and server at the end of the night and they are three awesome men -- just have someone tell us when we are getting to a landmark so we can use our pointer narrative pen. Great job guys!!!!! Kudos

A Wonderful Experience

A wonderful experience especially if you've never done it before. We were greeted by the executive chef at the door where we posed for photos. The meal was high quality throughout and of sufficient quantity. The music was fine and they took requests. There was a single server who was kept very busy and he was friendly and professional. You got a map showing the bus route with a speaker pen that provided a short description of each site we drive by when you tapped the pen on that location on the map. My only complaint was that we didn't always know where we were on the map and there were no announcements to orient us. Because there were no announcements and it was dark for most of the trip, we missed seeing some of the sights. Otherwise, it was a most enjoyable experience.

Incredible experience with an amazing host - Uv

WOW, what an amazing experience! From start to finish it was exceptional. Our host Uv was incredible, he made our evening definitely one to remember and went out of his way to meet our needs. He was very attentive and knowledgeable both in terms of the food and drink served as well as his way around London. He made the whole trip pleasant, making us laugh and the whole trip a memorable experience. This is definitely something to book if you want delicious food with an amazing panoramic view experience of London. We will definitely be back!

Amazing in every sense!

Took my mum here for her birthday and what can I say the service, food and overall experience was top class. The seats were comfy, excellent ambience with fantastic views of all the London landmarks. You actually feel privileged driving past all the pedestrians looking up at you in awe. This isn't no ordinary tour bus when it includes a 6 course fine dining meal. The portions seem small but at the end of the journey, we felt fulfilled. Compliments to the chef because the food tasted just as good as the beautiful presentation. Lastly the host, called UV was excellent and added to the great experience. He was very attentive, organised and made the experience feel personal. We will definitely be coming back in a few months to try the winter menu. Highly recommend anyone to try this.

Would totally recommend, staff made it fun, very good service. Paid for a drinks package, but the drinks where always topped up, we didn’t know till the end that they did have some spirits on board at extra cost, only one downfall was the slow cooked lamb!! It was a kofta very disappointing . But we had so much fun

Nice drive not much of a tour

The audio equipment wasn’t charged so only one worked at our table. Music on board was so loud we could not hear the audio pen. They apologized for half the audio pens not working but did not offer any alternative. Did want hit was mostly seafood and none of our party like seafood.

A Wonderful Experience

A wonderful experience. We went for the dinner with wine pairings option. It was all delicious and the service was relaxing. The evening sun gave us some wonderful views especially of the Tower of London. This treat had to be cancelled from last year but it was worth the wait. We will be booking again in December to see the London lights.

This Is A Must Do Experience

Easy to book via the website. Very good instructions for locating the Bustronome on Victoria Embankment. We arrived at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm departure, however people already on the bus so arriving earlier seems fine. We were on the six course wine pairing menu with bubbly and canapes. This experience was unbelievable, it was so interesting, so much fun the food amazing and UV and J and the chef and driver did an amazing job to make our birthday celebration evening just simply out of this world. We never stopped smiling and enjoying this experience the whole way through. The bus has a glass roof, excellent air con. Everyone has a view because the dining experience is only upstairs. Downstairs at one end of the bus is the talented amazing chef and the other end the driver and immaculate toilet facilities. You have if you want to a system to hear about the sights you will see, it's all very clever. A dining table where it's impossible for the drinks to fall over. There is just very subtle quiet music. Everyone on this experience had a fab time, we all said to each other when leaving the Bustronome. Thank you to all the other diners on our 7.30pm Friday 6th May experience. There were birthdays on the bus (so let them know when booking if a celebration) because they will turn on music and the whole bus sing Happy Birthday at the end of the tour. This tour is amazing, it's a wonderful experience, it's classy and fun and it is in our bank of magic memories. Thank you to everyone and absolute applause and standing ovation to the team members on the Bustronome, this is something unique special and memorable.

Amazing Experience

Amazing experience for my Birthday! Service, food and views of the beautiful city of London were excellent! My wife and I really enjoyed it will definitely do it again the next time we visit London.. 10/10

BUSTROMOME DINNER TOUR - A MUST DO!!

The staff from point of entry, throughout the dinner tour and upon departure was wonderfully friendly. My booking date was wrong in my own calendar and I missed the original night. The tour operator phoned and rescheduled me. The pick up area was easy to locate and in a safe area (a concern as I went solo.) Each course surpassed the last. It was the most amazingly delicious meal I've ever been served. The presentation was simply beautiful. The tour itself was beautiful and I managed to take loads of wonderful memories on film with me. I highly recommend this outing. I was concerned about being a solo participant. I had a beautiful setting in the front with the largest window. Well met!

Like no other Tourist Bus Ride!

This was an absolutely fantastic experience. It happened at the perfect time of day to see the sights in daytime, sunset and night. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Meh … would not recommend

I was very disappointed. Depending on what side of the bus you were on you couldn’t see part of the sights. The portions were tiny. They don’t include any drink, but water for the price. The glare on the window was pretty bad for pictures. You had to scan a QR code to see the drink menu. Then they wait for the bus to stop and the tour to be over for you to pay for the drinks. I would not recommend this experience. It felt like a bad decision on what to do with my vacation.

Great concept, needs work

It was a nice experience, but it was hard finding the pickup location because it’s not marked. I ended up having to call the office. In the bus, it was very comfortable and felt like a high end restaurant. The food was a little blasé, expected a bit better. The service was great, very accommodating.

Bustronome Dinner Treat

A convenient pick up/ drop off point at Embankment on the banks of the River Thames. Easy to find the black Bustronome double decker vehicle. A lovely welcome from the staff and we took our seat on the front of top deck. The time (2hr 45) flashed by and during that time trundling around the sights of London we enjoyed the 6 course meal which was 1st class. The audio-pen was a good idea giving details of various London landmarks in different languages.

Must book when in London

We booked this experience as we were short on time in London, the tour allowed us to see the sites and eat at the same time! Win win! The bus was easy to get to via tube then a short walk. The chef warmly welcomed us on to the bus, and the waitress showed us to our table. It was well equipped to cope with movement and avoid any spills! The waitress was attentive and enthusiastic. The food was delicious, and they met our dietary needs with ease. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful, quirky dinner experience

Wonderful, quirky dinner experience. Food was lovely, lots of wine! Service was great, no idea how the waiter stayed upright on a moving bus! A great way to see the sights of London, although you have to keep your eyes open to spot the landmarks on your map. The audio guide is good, easy to use and not too long so the dinner and conversation is still the main part of the experience. Lovely in the dark - I imagine it would be even better during a summer evening in the daylight.

A Truly Outstanding Experience!

This was the most amazing birthday experience and I highly recommend this evening tour. The staff was welcoming and the bus was clean and sanitized frequently. The courses the chef prepared was delicious and beautifully plated, the service was excellent and they made sure to address my sister’s specific dietary concerns even though I forgot to inform them when booking the tour (double check with your guests first, as the menu is preset). Dining with the skyline of London in the background was breathtaking and the audio tour was more extensive than I expected. I will definitely visit next time in in London and look forward to attending the tour when they open up in the States.

Brilliant concept

Great concept! A lovely way to enjoy dinner whilst taking in the breathtaking views around London! Our waiters Ash and Jay were very attentive and friendly, adding to the great experience that we had. Food is good considering the tiny kitchen that it all comes out from but this is definitely all about the experience!

Booked this for my friend’s 50th birthday and we both LOVED it! Amazing experience. Food was excellent, bus was lovely and we had a blast!! Beautiful memories!!

Lovely Birthday experience!

I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday and this was an excellent way of celebrating on a cold February evening (bus was well air conditioned!). The food was excellent and the waiter was friendly, courteous and very efficient. Everything I requested was put in place to make the experience pleasantly memorable. From the glass of champagne for my husband (as I don't drink) to the birthday candle in the dessert! I would thoroughly recommend this lovely experience to anyone.

The staff were lovely. Very helpful and polite. The starters I wasn’t too keen on as I don’t eat sea food. And maybe a wider selection would be better. But alll round great time

Great fun and decent food

Great fun trip round London's key landmarks and the food was surprisingly good, given the small galley that produces it. The commentary on the digipens, linked to the map, was also very good, combining basic info with a few lesser known facts on each site Jay, our waiter made the trip even more enjoyable and is to be commended on his customer service

Brilliant night out

Booked this experience whilst visiting London. I would agree with the other views that the drinks are extortionate with a small bottle of coke £5, bottle of water £8 and bottle of basic red wine £40 upwards but the experience was fantastic. People have moaned about the food but it was hot and delicious. Perhaps people need to bear in mind food is being cooked in a limited space

Something a bit different to do!

This was just brilliant, something a bit different than just dinner. The food was great, lovely wine and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s a great atmosphere and the tour you can listen to if you wish was great as we were going along and seeing the landmarks. Really recommend!

Perfect date

A perfect/dofferent way to date. I took a date on this bus… absolutely brilliant views, with great staff. Also catered for all my allergies. Couldn’t be happier with this
