From the start to the end abso lucky perfect , the lunch , the service , the seating , the staff , the commentary my goodness booked this on a whim but will do it again everything perfect !

Great Cruise!

The food was delicious. Previous reviews indicate that people are in very close proximity by tables, but I thought there was plenty of space. The captain gave a nice overview of landmarks as we passed them. I was thankful to be inside as it was raining. I highly recommend!

Lovely lunchtime cruise

Had a really lovely trip on the lunchtime cruise along the River Thames. Very nice meal and as we paid the additional price we had a great table by the window. Service was good too. The experience was very enjoyable and the commentary was exceptionally entertaining (thank you Dillon). The only downside was that the cruise felt a little rushed and would benefit from being a little longer so that you have time to relax a little after eating and do not have to leave almost as soon as you have eaten. Would still recommend.

Messing about on the river

Booked this on a whim so we do something different with a family member , and so glad we did . Very very comfortable seats that swivel for an all round view . Absolutely brilliant 2 course meal , and on the return trip after lunch a brilliant entertaining commentary . Like I said booked this on a whim but I know we will book it again enjoyed every minute

Great experience! Even better than expected. The shipmate Dillions tour information was so much fun. He had everyone laughing.

Lunch and River Cruise

We enjoyed the river cruise it was well organised and we had a lovely window view. The food was good although there was no real options for people with allergies and this wasn’t asked about prior to trip. The staff were helpful but one waiter was rude when he asked if we had any allergies and my husband did he just threw the desert down shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The tour guide was ok couldn’t really hear him and he wasn’t actual tour guide just a member of staff he was quite funny though.

Surprisingly good food

Great wait staff and tour commentator. Really good food and drinks. Boat was spotlessly clean especially the windows.

Everything was even better than our expectations!

We so enjoyed our river cruise! The commentary was amusing, light and very informative and the staff were very nice and accommodating to all our needs. Our lunch was delicious and of a better quality than I dared hope. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would go again on a future trip. Come hungry and ready for a relaxing but fun time.

The food was superb and the views along the river were spectacular. The commentary was entertaining and informative about the history of various buildings.

Lovely friendly staff, funny and well informed tour guide. The main meal was excellent, but the dessert was a bit disappointing.

Relaxing break from hectic tour schedule

Wonderful relaxing break in our hectic tour schedule. Boat was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great views from every table inside boat and of course outside on top open deck. Not cramped at all! Staff were very courteous and helpful. Food was good. It really helped that we cruised on a gorgeous day because the views were awesome from every angle. Also the running commentary from the cruise director once dinner was finished was informative and interesting. Well worth the money. Highly recommend!

A Delightful Lunch Cruise with Delicious Vegetarian Options and Excellent Views

I enjoyed the fantastic lunch cruise and had an overall wonderful experience. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the meal option provided—a delicious bean stew that exceeded my expectations. While I didn’t care much for the dessert, the rest of the meal was delightful. As a single person, I had a great table with an excellent view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Throughout the cruise, I heard interesting facts that added to the charm of the trip. The crew was incredibly lovely and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. In summary, I had a great time on the lunch cruise and highly recommend it to others, especially those looking for a pleasant vegetarian meal and a memorable outing.

Very nice lunch. Saw different sites with different angles. Raining but under cover. Tour guide on cruise was very knowledgeable.

The lunch cruise on the Thames was excellent. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly! I got to see much more of London on the water which was great. Highly recommend!

Didn’t make it on time taxi dropped us off in wrong area

We didn’t make it on time taxi dropped us it the wrong area completely so we missed the boat .i can’t write anymore becouse I didn’t get to go .

Excellent lunch and viewing

A very good trip and lunch, well worth the money. There was plenty of room on the cruiser to be able to move from having your lunch in the cabin to the upper deck to view the river and the surroundings. Have also got to say that the commentary was very good especially the pub crawl!

A leisurely enjoyable cruise along the Thames

Had a lovely cruise along the Thames ahead of further entertainment in the evening at the Wembley Arena to watch Michael Mcintyre. Food was excellent and there was plenty of time to eat and then enjoy some time on the top deck in the sunshine. Staff were excellent and looked after us very well. The overview of the sights of London by one of the crew was also very informative and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Please change dessert

This is a lovely cruise and the food is usually perfect,but I don’t know whether they have changed caterers,but the dessert served today was not at all nice.Most people hardly touched it. Please please bring back the Triple chocolate dessert you served in 2020-2022,even the lemon meringue was good.

That was disgusting!!! Terrible experience with 178£ per 2 person for 1 course of food with very poor service !!!! Would be better to visit some nice restaurant in the center of London. Never again!!!! Yes, it’s only 1 course, because terrible lemon tart we are not counting at all!!! We couldn’t even eat 1 bite🤮 Glass of Moët cost 16£. Bottles wasn’t be introduced next to the table!! First we received some white wine in champagne glass😵‍💫. Only after when we asked to show us bottle and pour champagne next to the table Moët has been presented. But!!!! Why waiter doesn’t know how to pour drinks??? Why they are holding glass in their hand when pouring champagne? Why they are not using trays at all??? Glass had been delivered by hands only. Is it great service? When we ordered another glass of champagne, bottle hasn’t been present. Just again waiter pour champagne somewhere else and delivered glass without using a tray. My husband ordered Negroni. Terrible!!!! The most awful Negroni in our life. Ok Chicken with potato and vegetables was nice, I agree (but not even something like salad on plate((( ), and let’s be honest, it’s not cost 178£ per 2 portions chicken with potatoes!!!! And with very unprofessional service. Never Again!! Strongly Not recommend anyone!!

Give it a miss

Save your money, have a cruise down the river and lunch somewhere else. Boarded quickly and efficiently, drinks served quickly then came the food. There was a menu with a mushroom dish or chicken, we were not asked what we wanted just served chicken. The plate was cold, the food was just warm. The beans were tough and not cooked, it was not enjoyable. No choice for the pudding a lemon cake, tasted stale with sickly butter cream, it was awful. The boat was half full so while we were eating they started laying the tables for the afternoon tea. Not a cheap cruise and certainly not good value for money. Never again.

Missed the boat!

The most memorable part was seeing the boat leaving the jetty just as we arrived in the taxi - the traffic between Waterloo Station on the jetty was awful and so we missed the dinner - great disappointment as I live in Cornwall!

Great experience

The food was very good, service also good. Our only complaint is that there was no time allotted to give diners time to go up on deck and see the sights hat were being described in the last part of the trip. Having said that, it is still a great experience!

Wonderful lunch cruise, they sat my husband and I next to the window for a beautiful view. Felt very fancy, delicious food and we were able to see beautiful views of the London landmarks!

Fantastic lunch on a lovely boat.we had excellant photo oppertunities BIG WHEEL BIG BEN HOUSES OF PARLIMENT .TOWER BRIDGE .SO peacefull.The food was excelery hard working and polite..The staff very hard working and polite.if you want to tipyou can at end of the tripwhen getting off the boat.the seating on board was very comfortable.we had table at window.worth every penny thank you

Comfortable and relaxed

A very comfortable and well managed cruise. The service was excellent and the food was tasty and filling. The cruise had good views of many London icons and was a lovely way to end a holiday. Highly recommended!

View of London from the river with a lovely meal too

An excellent trip with lovely food and attentive staff. Best view in the house. Thoroughly recommend this for a relaxed view of a side to London not normally seen.

A most enjoyable meal with good service. But delivery of commentary was rather stilted. Environment and facilities were very acceptable, especially the flowers.

This is a MUST-DO!

Our family of five absolutely loved this darling cruise and lunch. My three teenagers even said this was their highlight. The boat and ride were great, but the real winner was the delicious lunch. Food was fantastic and the presentation was top-notch. Great servers, and all was fantastic. Felt like a 5-star restaurant. The guy narrating was hilarious. We had a lot of good laughs from him. Don't miss this!

This needs to change

It was great however I was very shocked to be told we couldn't have tap water at our table and that we had to pay for mineral water. Its a human right to have free tap water All licensed premises in England and Wales are required by law to provide "free potable water" to their customers upon request.

Excellent waiting service. Very polite staff. The. Guide guy was absolutely amazing too. Very good jokes.

Waste of money

Save yourself, your money, and find a tour that is more intimate. They sit you at a table two with other people and all the other tables are so close. You can barely have a conversation with anyone because you’re hearing everyone else’s conversation. And the food was awful.

The whole experience was enjoyable from the meal to the narration on the tour. Was well worth the cost. The crew / wait staff did a fine job.

Brilliant lunch experience on the Thames with lunch Not only was the food beautiful and tasty the staff are welcoming and friendly Service was quick Boat was clean including toilets and you could go out on top deck for a smoke or soak in the sun ☀️ A1 to the tour guide on the boat we were in think it was called (the millennium 30.03.24) He was funny and very good craic Will defiantly be recommending to friends and family

Best meal in London.

We barely made the cruise due to bad traffic, but luckily we did. We had a window seat which was nice, i guess because we made the reservations about 1 month before. There was no tour director trying to talk while we ate... I prefer it that way. They served us drinks and cocktails quickly. They had plenty of very nice servers. When the meal came out i was very surprised to see how tasty it was... maybe the best meal i had while in London. Then after the meal was served, the sight seeing moderator came on the speaker. We moved up on top deck to see better. He was hilarious and we enjoyed him a lot.

The views on the Thames River were lovely. It’s a nice way to see the city on the water. Lunch & desert were included. Cocktails were not included in the booking price. It was a lovely experience.
