Driver arrived early to pick us up. He was professional, friendly and an excellent driver. He provided cold water and the vehicle was clean.

The driver was on time, pleasant, and her vehicle was immaculate.

The trip was from London to Southampton. The driver estimated the trip would take two hours, and her estimate was spot.

Pleasant Travel to Southampton Cruise Port

We had a wonderful experience traveling from our hotel in London to the cruise port in Southampton. Our driver, Amel, did a fantastic job getting us out of London traffic. We were kept informed of delays, knew who and what kind of vehicle we were to ride in for the trip. The van was clean and handled all our luggage. (There were 7 of us travelling together.) Our kudos to Amel and the company representative for providing quality service.

Comfortable ride

We were a little worried because the driver was fifteen minutes late but in his defense the traffic was horrible due to construction. The car was comfortable and the driver was courteous. I would recommend but suggest giving yourselves plenty of time.

Private car during railroad strike

This was a great idea! All of England was threatened by a railway strike on exactly the day that we needed transportation from Victoria to Southampton to catch our cruise ship. We hired this transfer a couple of days ahead of time, and they called off the strike! We kept our reservation, and it was incredibly convenient. Our driver picked us up at our hotel and told us exactly how long it would be to Southampton. He was off by one minute. We're glad we did this!

Amazing experience

Transfer experience deserves five stars. We had a small issue with the pickup time set for our transfer. The immediate response when I called to correct this and get a substitute driver to us was amazing! I don’t know how Emanuel pulled it off but it was magical! Thank you for your help.

Texting and driving

The driver was prompt and helpful loading and unloading our luggage. However, he spent a large portion of the ride texting while driving. His phone was visible to us in the back seat so it was very evident when he got messages and when he was returning them.

Great experience with Julian our driver. Another company didn’t show earlier in our trip so I was very concerned to make the port in time. I communicate with the company several times and they were prompt in their response. Julien was prompt! He was a great driver and we never felt unsafe as we were on the “wrong” side of the road. Highly recommend this company!

Great Transfer to Ship

We booked a transfer for 5 adults with 8 pieces of luggage from Waldorf Hilton to Southampton for our cruise. Went very smooth! Driver was there early, van was large and comfortable, ride went well. It was a Sunday morning so only took 2 hrs to our ship. Highly recommend them.

The driver was very knowledgeable and gave us insite on the drive as to towns, distance from London. Made the drive most interesting. Very impressed with this service and will use again.

By taking this van to Southhampton was worth it. There was just a couple of other people going which made it comfortable and relaxing. Driver was great.

Seeing the beautiful countryside from the bus window.

I think taking the Shuttle bus via a tour a great way to get from A to B and see some of the country at the same time. The day we took the Shuttle from London to Southampton via Stonehenge, London's traffic was pretty bad. We had to pick up another 28 people from various other hotels which got us out of London about one and a half hours later.It was then about one hour to Stonehenge from the outskirts of London. We got some great photos as we approached Stonehenge ( the only ones). Our tour guide said we had an hour and a half to look at the visitors center, grab a coffee if we wanted and take the shuttle up to Stonehenge. We headed off to the toilet, grabbed a coffee and made our way to the shuttle bus line up. My husband said after being in the line for 15 minutes we weren't going to get their, as there wasn't enough time! I said lets just give it a try. He was right we had to stay on the shuttle and not get off, as the Que to get back to the bus was as long as the one going to Stonehenge. I was devastated and I had to hold back tears.In hindsight the tour guide should of directed us to the shuttle first. We got to the Ship in good time and they dropped us off at the door of the shipping terminal. We did do a shuttle back to London after the cruise via Bath and it was fantastic!!
