Best tour for true music fans. Off the beaten path, time to get out and see things up close and our guide Gary was fantastic AND cool. Best birthday ever.

A GREAT experience that was worth every dime. My driver, Gary, was entertaining and informative. Saw everything I wanted and a few I did not know even existed. WOW!!!!

Great Time

Sam was a great tour guide he was on time and had lots of knowledge on London’s Rock and Pop scenes. He was also great at taking many photos for us.

Great ride!

Alan was an awesome driver & guide. We booked a music tour but asked him to show us some non music sites. He covered a lot of ground, added on time because of traffic delays & dropped us in a spot we spontaneously had changed from our booking. I would highly recommend trying this company!

Big Disappointment

Unfortunately, our tour did not happen. Our tour was booked through Viator well in advance. We received confirmation from Viator, as well as Visit London Taxi Tours. Two weeks prior to the tour, Cheryl sent me the Tour Guides name and contact information. At 10:00am on the morning of our tour, no one showed up. I tried to contact the driver, but received no response. I was able to get in touch with Cheryl who said she would contact the driver, and call me back. Cheryl got back to me promptly, and advised me that she did book our tour, but failed to book the driver! She advised me there were no other drivers available. What a disappointment! We were really looking forward to the Rock and Pop Tour, and were really let down. We were leaving the next day, and they had nothing available until Monday. Cheryl issued a refund, which we expected, but we never got the experience.

Would have been impossible to see so much so effectively on our own!

Sam made our Rock and Roll tour amazing! We'd never have seen as much as well as we did without him. Highly highly recommended!

Fantastic Tour!

Sam was a fantastic tour guide on this extensive and thorough tour of the Rock n Roll history of London. We visited all the sites we were expecting, and more that we weren’t. Sam kept us four engaged and interested the whole time. He made sure to take lots of pics of us and was so pleasant to be around!

A must do for music fans!

So glad we booked the Rock N Pop Taxi Tour—a highlight of our family trip to London for sure! Our driver, Sam, was great fun and very knowledgeable. We saw famous spots, clubs, studios—all with ease and fun spirit. We could never have found or seen these on our own, and nice to ride around the city in high style. Entertaining for us and two teenagers—high praise indeed! Definitely recommend finishing at the Hard Rock Cafe, rock on.

Awesome Tour

Sam is a great tour guide. Informative and humorous. He brings you to all the great Rock n Roll History spots and gets you the best pictures so you can remember what you saw. He was a lot of fun and has great advice on touring London too. Thank you Sam!!

Perfect In Every Way

Had a fantastic Rock & Roll tour with Simon plus a sprinkling of Harry Potter. Would 100% recommend London Taxi Tours. A brilliant way to spend the afternoon see some of hidden London. Making the arrangements were a breeze with Cheryl too who tweaked things to suit us 👍🏻

Wonderful!!! A must do!

Sam was the best! This tour is a must-do, especially if you aren’t a ‘tour person.’ We did the rock in roll tour with a few Harry Potter spots and a bit of Secret London. Sam was knowledgeable, fun to be around and a great photographer.

Fantastic tour. The highlight of our trip. Alan is so knowledgeable about London and about music. He listened to us and was able to tailor the tour to our music tastes and interests. He even tailored the trip to accommodate my daughter getting car sick! What a Legend. Alan was able to give us an experience that we wouldn't have been able to find ourselves and it was a great introduction to London in general as well as the best sites of music history. The cab was comfortable and the fact that he picks you up right at the door of your hotel makes it very easy. Thanks again, Alan. We loved it!

Simply the best!

Book this tour! Our tour guide, Alan, has a wealth of rock and pop knowledge. He tailored the tour to our interests and we loved every moment! Our tour was comprehensive. The taxi is extremely comfortable. Alan is such a skilled driver, so personable, a great conversationalist and listens very carefully to what you are interested in seeing and learning about. The tour was a delight. We give it 10 stars…5 from me and 5 from my husband. Visit London Taxi Tours has numerous tour options and will work with clients to personalize the tour for maximum enjoyment. When we return to London we intend to book with them again. Superb!!

Very good tour

I first tried to book a tour on a larger bus, but apparently I was too late. I am glad that I booked a smaller "Taxi Tour" instead. My son, three of his friends and I were able to get a more intimate tour of the standard Rock and Roll spots in London and a few other spots that a larger tour operator would never have included. When we got to the Abbey Road studios, Freddie Mercury's former walled house, or a club where Queen played, the taxi driver stopped and let us walk around, take pictures, etc. Since we had the taxi for several hours, all we had to do was ask to suggest something or suggest a stop. Great experience for everyone.

Loved our music tour with Alan!

We took the Black Cab Night Music Tour with Alan and it was terrific. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he tailored it to our interests and tastes. We saw things we would have never found on our own. He is also a musician, which added a level of information we enjoyed. We have told several friends about it and recommend this tour to all music lovers. Doesn’t matter what genre of music you enjoy. London is the source of so much great music. They’ll ensure you enjoy your tour.
