Enjoyed trip, could have announced some of the famous sights as we passed along, main course was cold, singer was very good, overall I would give it 4out 5.

Excellent

Wonderful dinner cruise views and entertainment well worth it. The cruise went out past Greenwich so we got to see all the sights along the Thames, although a bit of commentary would have been nice as it was our first night in london

Relaxing, enjoyable

Had a fantastic evening and really enjoyed the entertainment. A relaxed atmosphere and London never disappoints when it comes to the stunning views along the Thames. This was so much better than I had expected, plenty of room to stretch out and the food was good too.

Pleasantly surprised a delightful experience

Good food, pleasant staff and the sights on the river were spectacular. A really enjoyable experience.

The food and entertainment were very good, would highly recommend it. London at night with all the lights is very photographic.

Better than expected!

Good atmosphere on the boat where we got quite a long way down the river and it was nice to see both banks of Thames in daylight and dusk, when the lights were lit on bridges, London eye and buildings. Good service.

Dinner Cruise on the Thames

The food and atmosphere was good. The cruise was fun and we loved seeing London from the Thames. The service was a little confusing as we were unsure if someone was assigned to us or not. We had to ask to order drinks but once we got the attention of a service, the rest was fine.

Great Night Out!

The meal was much better than I expected and the singer was amazing! The ambience was very good and I would certainly recommend this for anyone wanting to enjoy a nice evening out!

Enjoyable

Very enjoyable evening. The cruise had upbeat music, which had a great atmosphere. Would have enjoyed a bit of description of what we were passing by but still a great evening.

Horrible, scam

I was pier-side at the appointed time, but the ship had already left. They refuse to answer any emails (before and after the event). I recommend you stay away from these scam artists.

Not satisfied

I had a request from team. I got response that they will do something special and simple on cruise day, Unfortunately they havent!!!!

Thames River at Sunset

The views were great and the food was pretty good. I really enjoyed the music the entertainer had great energy and a wonderful voice. We got ti see London Bridge at sunset and opening, which was quite spectacular.

Fantastic experience

We came from Canada for a few days to enjoy London. Signed up online for your river boat trip down the thames. We had such a good time. Food was excellent. DJ was superb he sang and played great music for dancing also. The atmosphere from the moment we came on the boat,was what was what I expected. The glass of wine and hostess leading us to our table was classy and so much liked and appreciated. My wife and I were really impressed. Your buisness deserves to flourish greatly. Lovely cruise along the Thames

Leisurely cruise along the Thames. Beautiful as the city came to life after dark. The female singer was great and she really got the party started after dinner. A fun evening in London!

A tad expensive but worth it. Good food, great entertainment. Crew and caterers all provided excellent service

Loved this, very beautiful cruise on the Thames. It's so different when you see a city from the water. The music and singer were bith great and the food delicious. Couldn't have asked for more.

Lovely Dinner River Cruise with Live Entertainment

I had low expectations for this tour when booked, thinking it was just a standard river cruise with food. However, it was a lovely evening complete with a great meal, great views, and live entertainment. We enjoyed the evening very much. We went very far down the Thames River and wasn't expecting to see that much of the extended London area. The only thing that would have been helpful was perhaps some interjections of the areas of London we were seeing or identifying some of the buildings we were passing.

Boat Ride Fun

Cruise is good however the meal is extremly overpriced for a plate of Grilled Chicken? I would recommend to search for sight seeing boat tour only and skip the dinner, save the money for good dinner elsewhere

1st wedding anniversary

Celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary it was a fantastic night. Great food great entertainment the views was amazing best experience

Dinner Cruise

We have been on sightseeing cruises with city cruises in other places of UK but this was our first dinner cruise. Great atmosphere in boat as various age groups. Live singer was brilliant. Food was excellent, my 14yr old fussy eater loved his main meal so much he asked for seconds, the waiter very kindly went to see if any spare meals and came back with a full plate which my son ate all of!! Going top deck at night seeing all the attractions lit up was amazing. We all will be booking again and also going to try the lunch and Jazz night cruises very soon x

Relaxing way to end an evening

Well organized and clear directions. The boat was love and the staff was kind and courteous. The food was better than ex. There isn't much t on this other than a pleasant dinner, but what they did do was nice.

Could do better

The river Thames is a fantastic venue for an evening cruise. Some of the landmarks take on a new dimension at night when they are lit up. We were at the front of the boat and unfortunately the condensation prevented us seeing anything for quite a while. The meal was average and the vegetables served with the main course were raw not al dente. It wouldn't take much to correct the things that I mentioned but it certsaainly detracted from the experience.

Highly recommended and memorable experience

Went with my wife and we absolutely loved the atmosphere of the dinner cruise, the food was fantastic, and the team did great catering gluten free food (even the tiramisu!) The most memorable part was definitely the live singer, she did a fantastic job keeping people engaged and had a great song collection!

Great Supper Cruise, But.

This was my new girlfriends Birthday present from me, The reception was excellent with a straight forward boarding process followed with a glass of bubbly and taken to our seats were their was our very nice starter. But and I must emphasise BUT then came a lady singer who was very good and had a very varied catalog of songs of which she sang BUT the PA was far to loud to the point that we gave up trying to have a romantic riverboat trip. So my girlfriend is a massive rock music lover and I DJ’d professionally all my life so we are quite used to very loud music but this was just overpowering everything. The food and service was excellent, the surroundings were excellent too but why in the lady’s first set was it so loud? I hope that this review is constructive and not meant to be detrimental. Would i recommend this supper cruise? Yes but make sure you not sat on top of the entertainment.

Good tour program

Dinner cruise was good and they provide average menu for as I am an Indian. But cruise was neet and clean.

Disappointing

I am traveling with a mobility challenged person in a wheelchair. When the weather was rain all day, I cancelled for safely reasons with slipping and did not receive a refund. This is disappointing due to the specific situation.

Took my kids on the dinner cruise! It was a lovely setting! Fantastic views of the city from the river! The food was good and the singer was superb!

Worth It!

This dinner cruise more than met our expectations. The service was good, the food was good, the music was nice and the views were marvelous! It was a great way to end our London holiday.

Must must Do

Fabulous; boat ride. Service , dinner and music; the appearance in approaching the boat was a little questionable, but once we got on the boat, it was a fabulous night. Definitely a must would do it again.

Staff were great, very nice and professional. Cruise around River Thames was beautiful. And food was surprisingly very good.

Will definitely be back

We chose this trip to celebrate our daughter’s 25th birthday. We experienced some difficulties finding the pier bit where extremely impressed with how the cruise company handled everything.

Beautiful vacation wrap up

The cruise on the Thames river was the end of our vacation in London. Although I was there with family, I would highly recommend this cruise as a romantic date night for couples. I hope someday soon to return with my wife as she was unable to join us. The weather was amazing. The river was smooth sailing. It was great.

Great option for a dinner cruise.

Great live entertainment with a young British woman who was very enjoyable and played music to fit the crowd. Food was good as well as the service. It was a little strange stopping off at their "headquarters" to pick up the "mains" but that was just perhaps a different experience that ended up being fine and kind of funny.

Wonderful experience food and music very good and the sights on the cruise so good ,the staff was friendly and nice and looked after us well .

Nice atmospheric experience

All good, only criticism is the menu was not known until it was served. If you have dietary needs I'm sure these would have been taken into account.

Super fun dinner cruise - Highly Recommend

Did this dinner cruise with 5 couples. The food was very good, the singer was great and we had so much fun dancing. The sights of London at night from the upper deck of the boat were fabulous. The tower bridge at sunset was so beautiful. I would highly recommend this dinner cruise. Great value for the price!

The Thames River Dinner Cruise was spectacular, wonderful views. The hosts and quest was friendly, we had a wonderful time. At the end of our Cruise we give tips at the door, and not to forget the lady that entertained us with some great musics. Viator app really helped me planned my trips with my friends well. I didn't had any problems with any of my reservations.

An Amazing dinner cruise

This 3 hour dinner cruise was awesome. Got to see lots of iconic places along the Thames river and all lit up.

Wonderful experience

It was our last evening in London and was a perfect ending to our trip. The singer was great, service was excellent and the food was delicious. Very relaxed and memorable evening.

there was not any, food very average not worth the money singer was very good £60/£70 but not £100 would not recomend

Spend you money otherwise!

You really need to go to the cruise in Paris. We were charged the same amount for the cruises but the one in Paris is exquisite and the one in London not good. We lost a half hour of the cruise sitting next to a docked boat so we cold pick up cooked meals. That all occured during sunset which would have been beautiful if we weren't tied up the another boat. There were no choices given for menu items and we even got charged for a Coke. I was never even asked if I wanted anything to drink. We also were never told what the sites were we had passed. In general, it's a poor way to spend time in London. The lady providing musical entertainment was good, but next to really violin and a pianist, there's no comparison.

Great night in London!

I did this mainly for the experience of having my daughter see the city from the river on her birthday and wasn’t expecting the food to be great. But we were pleasantly surprised! Food was really great. Views were spectacular. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!

The music was good food was OK seen a lot of ciry from the river the boat was hard to find for Uber driver staff was ok we almost missed the boat the meal gave you no choices.
