Lovely meal and drinks. Bill came with added service charge… fair enough pay it. Then the server asked for another tip adding that the tip on the bill was all the servers, and an added tip was just for him??? What a joke how much do they want?

Tasty food with great atmosphere

Great spot for a good tasty meal with atmosphere. This place works like a well oiled machine. So quick service, and with a friendly smile. Had to wait 30 mins for a table (didn’t have a reservation), they gave us a buzzer. Didn’t mind as we had a wander in the merch. shop. Toilets are large and impressive too.

Hard Rock is a cool, fun place to eat

Great cool place for dinner. The food was amazing. Cocktails were lovely, too. It's always fun visiting Hard Rock. Staff were amazing and a nice touch was they all sang Happy Birthday to me.

Overpriced and extremely poor quality.

We were at Hard Rock Café Piccadilly in London today. It was a very bad experience. The food was inedible; both the burgers and the meat were very poor in quality. The chicken wings tasted odd. The orders were also mixed up and taken incorrectly. Although they were promptly replaced, it wasn't done as we requested. We paid £100 for two soft drinks, two small appetizers, and two main courses. The entire experience wasn't even worth £10. For this reason, it's not recommended. Hard Rock Piccadilly is a no-go.

Lived Up to Expectations

Took our great-nephew for a treat on his 6th birthday along with his Dad. He was treated like royalty by the friendly staff and the food was pretty good too. Recommended.

Unacceptable

Food was awful, we have visited numerous Hard Rock’s and this is by far the worst one. It’s more like a fast food diner but massively overpriced. Burger was poor quality meat with absolutely no flavour. Very disappointed and would not go back

Freat value , great venue .

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit , the staff were very efficient and friendly. So much memorabilia to see and all very interesting. We had the pre - booked 2 course meal with a soft drink for £25.33 each, the main course portions were very big and delicious. Highly recommended and at a very reasonable price. Lots to buy in the onsite shop !!

Best restaurant in london!

Absolutely amazing experience… staff were all so lovely and friendly, made us feel so welcomed. This was the second time coming here and will definitely be returning. We didn’t even book and they found us a table straight away!

Wonderful experience

Andrzej was brilliant. It was my friends 27th birthday - he overheard us speaking and brought out an ice cream surprise. It was delicious. It really made us feel welcome. Thank you! Come visit!!

Another good hard Rock cafe

London Cinema Trip - 20-10-23 Nice to visit another hard Rock cafe and one I never knew existed, went in the shop and got a logo fridge magnet, pint glass and the wife a panda bear doll like I always do, asked the girl on the desk if I can have a seat at the bar and there was a space, went downstairs and got served and had a pint, only had 1 but a good atmosphere like all hard Rock cafes, a good visit and will return.

Dylan our waiter was absolutely fabulous tonight, a credit to your seem. Even organised a complementary dessert for my partners 30th so he made it extra special. He definitely deserves a 5* review. Of course food was top notch, filling and the setting is amazing. Unexpected live music on a Thursday evening too which was great!! X

Amazing

Lovely meal, very quick service, our server was micheal and he was absolutely lovely!!! very attentive, and made sure we had an enjoyable meal, thank you 😊😊

Great place for children

Great place to eat with children, I had salmon noodles and asked for them hot. They were delicious. Grand daughter had kids burger and chips and loved it. Shared huge brownie sundae and loved it. Children’s plates come in a guitar shape which she loved.

Amazing service and meal.

Visited today for some lunch before a show. Tried to book online but no tables available so we went and asked if they took walk ins. The person on the desk was very helpful and told us they did at 11:45 for lunch service. Our lunch was brilliant - our host was Iris and our server was Tom. Both where brilliant and very helpful. A member of our party has a gluten allergy and this was handled very well. The manager spoke to us, the server had recommendations and the chef brought out the meal. Food was all lovely! Service was so fast and overall 5 stars.

Outstanding service at Hard Rock Cafe

The service was especially good: relaxed and friendly but at the same time very efficient. Our server, Tom, was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. He recommended avocado with the salmon and noodles, which was an excellent suggestion. At no point were we hanging around, even though the place was quite busy, although we did not feel hurried in any way. The food was tasty and the prosecco was beautifully presented with half a strawberry on the rim. A great experience and we will certainly come again soon!

Brilliant for teen family

Great food, great service, great location, we loved it. 5 of us, kids aged 17, 13 and 11. Rocked up for lunch with no reservation. Got a table quickly, and staff sorting that were happy and helpful. Our server, who’s name badge said Patel, was fantastic. Funny, smiley, helpful. Food came pretty quickly. My salad was one of the best salads I’ve ever eaten. Archie’s Messi burger was disappointing compared to the picture on the menu, but the onion rings made up for it. At the end I had to ask Patel if it was possible I could leave an extra tip, so he had to cancel the transaction on the card machine to allow me to do that. The meal was 3 weeks ago but I’m writing this review because I feel guilty I haven’t done it already. That’s how good it was. Well done Hard Rock, we will be back. P.s. loved the music stuff everywhere too. Brilliant

Excellent food & service

We were looking forward to our summer visit to Hard Rock and we weren’t disappointed. Even though they were very busy the staff were super friendly, as always and the food was great! Our server Zlatka was lovely, friendly and helpful. This is one of the best Hard Rock cafes around!

Great experience

We had a great experience at this Hard Rock. Our son has severe food allergies and our server Katalin was extra diligent in making sure that his food was safe. We really appreciate it. She was very attentive and made the expert great.

Utter sh!te

Arrival staff rude, our party arrived separately wouldn’t allow our children to join us unless one of us went upstairs to get them rude American guy stood on the stairs. Toilets horrendous and dirty. Food was vile. Nothing else to say! Oh wait 30% service charge should be donated to a homeless charity not deserved at all Only gets away with it due to novelty of location

Fantastic 1st time Visit 😃

Absolutely fantastic, first time we have visited Hard Rock Cafe. This was for our daughters 6th Birthday. It did not disappoint, the food & drink was great, atmosphere great, waiter Patel was a credit to the company & the attention everyone gave our daughter on her birthday was memorable.

Amazing staff

I suggested we go to Hard Rock for an early dinner/late lunch with our daughter who is nearly 7. I thought she’d enjoy the experience as we have been on our own previously and enjoyed it. We arrived without a booking and we were given a pager to let us know when our table would be ready. We waited around 20 minutes for our table. We were shown to our table and served for drinks within 10 minutes and our order was taken for food promptly afterwards. Our waiter was polite and attentive and the atmosphere was amazing, especially for our daughter. The staff made it even better as they all seemed happy and got along, which was great. Our food was tasty and of a good standard. I had the pulled pork sandwich, my partner had the spicy chicken sandwich and my daughter had a cheeseburger. We ordered onion rings which didn’t arrive but as soon as I made the staff aware of this they quickly rectified the situation and bought us the onion rings but knocked them off the bill. They also served my partner with a free beer which was such a nice touch. Great experience! Our waiter was Mariano

Hard Rock Cafe, Piccadilly

I came to the Hard Rock Cafe with my friend for lunch. The staff were very helpful, particularly Roy. He was very friendly. The fish cakes were tasty, and the onion rings. The brownie ice cream was lovely, too. It was our first time here. I will recommend it to friends and be back again.

New hard rock cafe

This was a new hard rock cafe, brilliant, the family loved it. The staff were very helpful. Food is good, drinks even better.

Good Venue, but very Average Food

Great venue, but very disappointed with food. We had the Diamond menu. I had the vegan burger which didn't seem fully cooked. There was only one option for dessert and the waiter just brought it out without even checking if we were ready for it. I said our son was not at the table and could we wait until he was back. The waiter suggested we ate ours and he would bring our son's dessert later. I had to explain that the whole idea of eating out is that we eat together. I would not recommend this offer. The food was very average and quite frankly a waste of money

Rip off- food was terrible and drinks overpriced

Drinks were a rip off. We ordered two Pina coladas which were served in a tall glass but when the bill came they were £17 each!!!! No bar staff told me this included the glass ( why would I pay for a glass to take home?) The food was terrible. The chicken nachos was cold, lacking both cheese and chicken. Spoke to the manager who said he would sort it, but came back with the same nachos with a cheese spread all over it. I really couldn’t be bothered to order any mains when the experience was so bad. So asked for it to be removed from the bill. Which was nearly £50 for one starter and two cocktails. I wrote to the assistant branch manager but not had any response. Do not waste your money or custom here. Much better places to eat with better food in Piccadilly. I guess they make their money on tourists!

Service refused in the bar after leaving the restaurant.

A group of 8 50+ ladies booked in for a bottomless Prosecco brunch to celebrate the reaching of this milestone birthday. The wait staff were excellent; friendly and efficient. During the meal the birthday girl spoke to staff both in the restaurant and bar area and arranged for a table afterwards in the bar so we could continue chatting. We drank Prosecco, water and Diet Coke in equal measures with the food and when the time allocation for our table ended we moved to the reserved table in the bar as directed by a staff member. At this point we were approached by a manager who informed us that they would not serve us any alcohol (only 2 people in the group of 8 wanted an alcoholic drink at this point and the lady who had ‘already had her fill’ was being steered to water by the rest of us). We were informed that “although it’s ok to move from the restaurant to the bar in the States, UK licensing laws were stricter” and they were unable to serve us. Despite asking him several times which law he was referring to he ignored us. One of our group was staying in the hotel and quietly pointed this out after he had walked away, unwilling to answer our questions. At this point he was prepared to offer us a drink. Needless to say we turned down his offer and took our business elsewhere to a nicer establishment who could see we were perfectly OK to serve. This spoilt an enjoyable meal. Had he been able to quote the law he was referring to, or said it’s company policy not to serve diners in the bar area following a bottomless brunch (I can imagine they’ve had a few unfortunate incidents) it would have been acceptable. The law states they responsible for stopping serving once someone is obviously drunk - we were not. We shall be looking elsewhere to celebrate in the future!

Good start with an average finish

Greeting upon entering was good. When we arrived doorstairs our maitre d was very polite and helpful. Our server on the other hand was ok. It seemed that because we only ordered entrees and drinks we weren't as good as others. Food was good however not as good as other hard rocks. A little of a let down...

Feel bad !

First we had to wait more than 25 min after the time planned (7:00 pm) then I’ve reserved and prepaid for the ULTIMATE and I got gold I took the number one and they delivered the third ( Ultimate , diamond , gold ) in other words they invoiced the highest price and delivered the lowest product ! They apparently was not aware about Ultimate…

Amazing

Was absolutely amazing Especially, The manager Toby. Who gave us the wonderful experience for my sons 21st and my daughters 20th birthday. Which both my son and daughter won't forget. The food was out of this world and the cocktails too. Thank you Toby for making our day extra special with a birthday sing song with the staff

Best meal of 4 day trip

We were welcomed with open arms. Ed and his team were brilliant. Ivan, our server, made sure our drinks were full and we wanted for nothing. Food and drink runners were quick and friendly too. Kids were well entertained with their wee kiddy packs/colouring and they loved the food which was a bonus. We sat for just under 2 hours which is unusual for us because the kids normally get antsy and we need to leave restaurants. They were so happy here though and I would recommend for food and service. We could have easily sat for longer. If you read these: thanks for a great evening. We will be back.

Would not return

A nice place decor wise but definitely overpriced for what you got and its ridiculous that you have to buy a "substantial meal" (not a starter or pudding? To be able to buy an alcoholic drink 😂 crazy. We had to wait to go in even though there were many empty tables when we went in. To top it off, they add an optional £10 service charge at the end and do not inform you, luckily we looked at the bill properly before paying. We got them to remove it then had to wait ages for them to come back with the new bill without the service charge. Would not return

LOVED THIS PLACE

This place was so cool! We have one in Nashville,TN but the experience here was amazing Good Food and we had a great waiter! bought some cool shirts too!

This was a massive bargain and the food was delicious. Would 100% recommend to anyone who’s in London for the day
