Premium tours appeared very organized. I was easily able to talk to them on the phone and also message them on Viator before the trip, just to be sure all details were set. Riding the Eurostar is an awesome experience and my kids loved it. Anna was a fantastic tour guide! I appreciated her commentary and fun facts about Paris. This was the best way to see Paris on limited time!

Great trip, great guide

If you just want a day trip to Paris that hits all the high spots, this is the experience for you. Our guide Anna was both knowledgeable and entertaining. Not a dull moment! I would suggest this trip with her to anyone.

A great day in Paris

We had a great time I was able to see a lot history that read about in school.I truly enjoyed my trip. I would recommend this kind of trip to my family and friends. Paris is beautiful city with plenty of history. The people that live here are very friendly.

The tour was great. Anna was extremely helpful from leaving London throughout the whole day. She gave very interesting historical information and made the logistics a breeze.

You can’t do a Paris in a day - but this trip is a great way to try! Taking in the city from the Seine River cruise is a fantastic way to cover a lot of ground. And Anna is a wonderful tour guide. What a great day!

Paris experience

The trip was greater than expected, Dinner was exceptional. The Eurorail was speedy and quiet. Our tour guide Ana was very good at keeping the group organized and entertained. She was also very knowledgeable.

We did day trip to Paris from London. It included Eurostar train round trip, Paris history, Eiffel tower lunch, river cruise , some shopping. Anna our tour guide was awesome and ensured she checked entire group was present at all stops, good humor and made the experience memorable. Definitely will recommend Anna and the company.

Lovely Day in Paris!

Our day trip to Paris was wonderful. Not only did we see the beautiful sights of the city, but we also met fun people when we had lunch at the Eiffel Tower. Our guide, Anna, was knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of keeping our group together and navigating through the city.

Day trip to Paris

We have just been on an escorted trip to Paris with Premium tours . We travelled by Eurostar and had a fantastic guide called Anna . She met us on the train and was very informative and helpful throughout our whole day . The day included a bus tour of Paris sights then a river cruise after which lunch in the Eiffel Tower . Then trip to The Louvre and free time . The whole day was well organised and Anna was very efficient and friendly . Ricky & Chris Fletcher .

Anna is top notch!

Anna is an absolutely exceptional tour guide. Our entire tour went very smoothly. She is very knowledgeable and provided a variety of interesting historical facts about Paris, and about Parisian culture in comparison to London and British culture. It is obvious she loves Paris. She is a very experienced guide, and is very warm and friendly. We felt safe with her and she kept our entire group together throughout our entire tour. Even when one stray person was late coming back to the bus, Anna was very patient and kind. She waited 7 minutes while the gentleman (slightly inebriated) stumbled back on the bus. Anna created a family-like atmosphere and a lot of us in her group became like family. Anna was our Mother hen leading all of her chicks happily with her yellow smiley face flag and polite and pleasant demeanor. Anna is also very funny! We thoroughly enjoyed her sarcasm and humor. We would definitely recommend this tour and specifically Anna as a tour guide to all of our friends and family! Even though our train back to London was delayed by an hour, Anna was very calm, cool, and again patient and kind with everyone. Miraculously she once again kept our entire group together in a peaceful manner. She is excellent and I would not hesitate to give her a raise for her work as a tour guide. She is one of the best guides we have ever had and we have had dozens of guides from all over the world. She is a true diamond, and one to be treasured within the Premier tour company. Thank you Anna. Anna is amazing!

Anna was wonderful, funny, entertaining, caring and so much more. She made sure we stayed together and lost people were found. She has so many facts to share and engaged the group to make it fun. There was a train issue on the way home. She handled the situation for us, kept our spirits up and was able to get us priority on the new train. Anna made visiting Paris an amazing experience. We would love to have her be our guide on our next trip!

Paris Day Trip

Anna was an amazing tour guide, she receives 5 stars for her professionalism, knowledge, and patience with some difficult people on the trip who were late to the meeting spot. I wanted to tip Anna, but she hurried off the train before I could do so. The river cruise was overcrowded, but it was still nice to go on. This review gets a 4/5 stars because I was extremely unhappy with how Premium Tours handled my friend and I's reservation. We had a flight cancellation less than 24 hours before our flight was supposed to go to London and they tried to rebook us on a crappy flight that made it so we would have missed this day tour we booked. I know this is a non-refundable trip, but we emailed Premium Tours begging for a refund since we didn't want to lose nearly $1000. When we arrived at St. Pancras International and met the workers handing out everyone's train tickets, they couldn't find our reservation. They said Premium Tours had taken our names off the list because we emailed about our flight cancellations and they wanted to try and resell our tickets. So Premium Tours just read our email and ignored it, and they wanted to try and make more money by selling our tickets. I am glad they didn't resell our tickets or else we would have been majorly screwed. I wouldn't recommend Premium Tours if this is how they handle business.

Wonderful tour

Anna was the best guide I’ve ever had. The sights were amazing. Would recommend again and again. The food at the Eiffel Tower was the best.

Paris in a day!

If you only have one day to see Paris, this is the way to do it! Anna took us to the best places to see the key landmarks in Paris. The river cruise was a family favorite amongst my teens. Lunch at the Eiffel Tower was a monumental experience we will never forget. Anna shared so much history and current context for what we were seeing. She gave of insight into the culture there which was amazing!

I had the best time on this tour. I would recommend Anna for your tour guide. She made the experience fun. The was a lot of walking but she kept the group together!

Great Guided Tour of Paris

Loved everything about this tour. We only had 1 day to spend in Paris and wanted to make the best of our time. This tour helped us to achiever our goal. I really enjoyed each aspect of the trip. Ana our tour guide was great! She has a wonderful sense of humor, gave detailed instructions and very accommodating. She remembered everyone’s name and made sure to account for everyone in the group. You can tell she enjoys what she does. What I enjoyed most was the lunch in the Eiffel tower and the last stop to get reasonably priced souvenirs. I highly recommend this tour.

Day Trip with Anna

Some friends and I made a day trip to Paris from London with Anna from Premium Tour, as our guide. She made the the trip a great experience. We were bused around Paris, took a pleasant cruise for an hour, and ate in a beatutiful restaurant located in the Eiffel Tower. Food was great and the wine was better. Anna was very knowledgable and funny of all things France. This trip was worth the money.

Amazing Anna!

This excursion was amazing!!! And…Anna made it even better! She was very knowledgeable about Paris and so warm and friendly. Lunch at the Eiffel Towers Madame Brasserie was even better than we could have hoped for!!! Anna made the trip stress free and even took wonderful photos of my family of 5! Book this trip, ask for Anna and you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous, Excellent

Anna was excellent. She was very helpful, especially with my husband who has mobility issues. She did everything possible to make him comfortable when walking. Even getting the staff at the train stations to let him use the handicap lines. She was very concerned to not loss anyone in the group. Pre

Paris Day Trip

We did the Paris Day Trip with Lunch at the Eiffel Tower. Anna was our tour guide and she did a great job! She is very knowledgeable and organized. We had a large group and she kept us on track every step of the way. It was a great way to see the main attractions briefly with the Eiffel Tower in more detail. The lunch at the Eiffel Tower was good but not great. I would recommend this trip and it left me wanting to see Paris again in more detail.

Perfect way to spend a day in Paris

Perfect day trip from London to Paris. Our tour guide Anna was fantastic at keeping the group organized and providing direction on where to go and when to return to group meeting areas. She was also a great guide and provided excellent information on the sites the bus drove past. Highly recommend the lunch on the Eiffel Tower - delicious food, wine, and good service. About 2 hours in total for exploration on our own which was perfect. Anna was fantastic and so was this tour.

Exceeded our expectations

The tour was a long, action-packed day just like we were hoping for! They more than delivered on our expectations and our tour guide, Ana, was both informative and hilarious. The trip went smoothly and we saw everything we hoped to experience.

Worth it!

Anna was great! Smooth train ride there and back. River cruise was great and the meal at the Eiffel Tower was amazing. Tough to spend much time at any one place (especially with Parisian traffic) but we got a good exposure to things for a future trip! Definitely worth the time and expense.

Delicious Paris

Traveling through Paris admiring the views from the river boat as well as the Louvre gardens was amazing, but our favorite was the Eiffel Tower and the delicious lunch! Such a wonderful meal, wine, and dessert you can dream about. Anna was very thoughtful and knowledgeable while traveling. She shared so much information about the city’s history as well as its culture which made the experience very fun and interesting. We truly enjoyed our day in Paris!

Busy but interesting day trip from London.

The trip packed in a lot for a single day. That gave it a feeling being rather busy. But in one day, we traveled by the train under the English Channel and across French countryside to Paris. We took a bus through some of the iconic streets and buildings of Paris. We took a marvelous ride down the Seine River to see the reconstruction site at Notre Dame Cathedral and all of the other spectacular buildings along its banks. After that, we went to the restaurant on the first level of the Eiffel Tower for rather nice lunch. We took the bus to the Louvre and were able to browse around the outside. Clearly, given the fact this was a one day tour, able to see even these was quite remarkable. Anyone wanting to visit Paris in more detail would have to spend many days. Day trip from London this was impressive. Our guide, Anna, made sure that we were aware of what we were seeing at various sites and made sure that we were all kept together in our group to move efficiently from the bus to the sites and back.

The Luxury Paris Day Tour was the highlight of our trip. We chose the full package that included an enjoyable cruise on the Seine River where we took in some spectacular views. The delightful lunch at the Eiffel Tower that followed didn’t disappoint either. My husband and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking to see Paris in a day with a VIP pass that gets you through the long lines!! We were very fortunate to have Anna as our guide. She was very caring about the tour participants and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Paris, its culture and the various sights we took in. Her commentary throughout the tour was informative as well as entertaining. Anna, you rock!!! Thank you!!

Whirlwind Through Paris - can’t wait to do it again!

The River Cruise Lunch was so delicious and fresh. The route was cool because they take you past the Eiffel Tower a few times so every table gets a great photo op. Only bad thing is there was no live music. The tour allows for enough time to walk the areas around the Louve, Eiffel, Arc of Triumph, the Carrousel Gardens, and Trocadero Square. It’s quite a full day, lots of walking. My particular tour didn’t allow me into the Eiffel, and often it was either sight seeing or shopping, not both with so little time. Best tour guide is Anna! She’s funny, knowledgeable, shares lots of facts, and works really hard to ensure the group stays together, but without being bothersome.

Sunny day in Paris

This was a very very long day, but got to see all of the amazing sites of Paris. Our guide, Anna, met us early in the morning, but by the time the train was heading back to London, we felt like old friends. We loved the river cruise and the weather was sunny and beautiful as we headed up to the Eiffel Tower restaurant. I truly felt I got all the highlights in our time here and maximized only having one day to spend on our first trip to Paris. Thank you Anna for all the stories and smiles!

Amazing view of Paris in a day!

Anna was an amazing guide! Booking the train ride this way for first time riders is good because it can be confusing. This was an awesome experience to see Paris!

Needed better tour guide

This is the second time I’ve gone on a day trip from London to Paris. I would highly recommend doing the lunch in the Eiffel Tower for additional cost! It was the highlight of the trip! Comparatively, this most recent tour guide was not as good as the one previously. He talked wayyyyyy too much gibberish and not enough history about the city. The tour guide will make or break your experience! Overall I gave this trip 4 stars but with a better tour guide it would have been a 5.

Guide Anna was awesome

Our guide, Anna, was informative, funny, and engaging. The tour was well organized. One piece of advice- there is a charge to use the toilets in the Louvre.

Not impressed

Me and my sister arrived at the meeting place early. One of the 2 woman tgat were passing out the tickets were rude. My sister was sitting on the bench right next to the 2 young ladies passing out the tickets. The particular woman she was watching didn't ask for Identification to verify, she was asking for last name only and would give the ticket When my sister gave my name for the ticket the associate from Premium Tours asked my sister for verification. So, my sister asked her why are you asking me for Identification, you have not asked anyone else. I'm sitting here watching you. So, it was a whole big thing and I was asked to show my booking number number. I asked would you like me to show you my passport? So, we belive we were being racially profiled. We get on the train Anna introduced herself to the tourist. We, get off the train she's walking incredibly fast to have such a large group. It was hard to keep up with her during this entire tour. Anna was explaining all the different attractions, there was 1 attraction that she advised the tourist tgat she'll pull over for 5 minutes to get the picture mind you we had 15 minutes to get to the river boat fir our first actual stop that's on the schedule. One of the tourist sonvwebt off to God nowhere and we had to wait on him. When he was seen he took his time getting to the bus. Mind you everyone was waiting. I don't believe Anna should had stopped the bus. Which this cut into our time of getting to the next destination. We had 3 minutes to get on the boat. Anna jumps off the bus telling everyone to hurry she started running to the port. We had to run to get on the boat, that was not professional and had she would have stuck to the schedule we wouldn't have had to go through that.

Awesome Trip

Had an amazing experience. Anna was a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable and personable. We felt confident the entire trip and saw plenty, lots of time to explore.

First Time in Paris

We were guided by Anna, her explanation of how modern Paris came to be was fascinating. The focus on beauty and the history of Paris was beautiful. Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower were unlike anything I expected, I loved the trip.

Once in a Lifetime experience!!

Anna was fantastic very knowledgeable of Paris and kept the ride enjoyable. We had some trouble missing our train on the way back because it was very busy!!!! She rebooked our tickets and got us straight on another train. It was an amazing experience with lunch on the second floor of the tower. The river boat tour was nice also. A definite must do once in a life time trip! Thank you for making it fun and enjoyable!!!!

Outstanding day trip to Paris

Anna our guide tour was incredible. Just went above and beyond to make sure our families stayed together as well as the group. She made our experience incredible and kept us on schedule. Without Anna the trip wouldn’t have been the same. Thank you Anna and Premium Touds.

Must be physically fit

Good start to tour and guide went through train to explain tour items. I notified him that my wife walked with a cane and was slow. At Paris train terminal there was construction and the group had to traverse around construction and up steep ramps. There were multiple turns around blind corners and the group was soon out of sight as they were moving faster than we could keep up. The bus left without us and we took a taxi to catch up at first tour stop. Unfortunately the preparations for the Olympics was ongoing and it would have been a long and difficult walk to the entrance for the Eiffel Tower so we ended up skipping the lunch. We were not prepared for so much walking over difficult terrain and would not recommend this tour if you have any difficulty walking.
